Positiv Sehr angenehmes Personal Schöne Schwimmbäder und einwandfreie Schwimmbadausrüstung (Entspannung, Sonnenschirme… von sehr guter Qualität) Einwandfreie Hygiene auf Restaurantebene Abwechslungsreiche und reichhaltige Gerichte trotz einiger kleiner Kommentare zur Qualität der Küche Negativ Gute Lage, aber nicht so gut im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Taghazoute Bay (den ganzen Tag und Abend Lärm vom öffentlichen Platz und dem Souk neben dem Hotel, überfüllter Strand vor dem Hotel usw.) Es gibt keinen Privatstrand für Hotelgäste wie in anderen Hotels in Taghazoute Bay Der störendste Punkt während des Aufenthalts ist der muffige Geruch im Zimmer und im Badezimmer, der trotz unserer Meldung und der Intervention des Personals während des gesamten Aufenthalts anhielt. Das Unterhaltungsprogramm tagsüber ist nicht so toll, da es tagsüber wenig Musik am Pool gibt (an manchen Stellen fast unhörbar und sehr früh am Tag gegen 16:30 Uhr unterbrochen). Abendunterhaltung zur Verbesserung (zu langweilig und eintönig) Zimmerhandtücher zum Wechseln (nicht auf dem Niveau eines 5-Sterne-Hotels, fast alle beschädigt)

Highly recommend this excellent hotel and facilities, on the beach and delicious food with plenty of variety. Special mention to all the staff from reception, breakfast, housekeeping to pool/ lobby bar who were all very welcoming, attentive and helpful. Reception team advised on navigating souk el had with kids and kindly phoned nearby restaurant to move our reservation as we were running late. And Maha was very helpful with late check out as we had a night flight. Hanane at breakfast was so lovely and remembered our preferences, always greeting us with a smile. iskander at the pool bar also very helpful and patient with kids during lunch time! Room upgrade for our stay was a bonus; extra room space, quiet with garden view was very much appreciated. Shukran jazilan!

The staff members were so nice and helpful. Special thanks to Azedine, who was helping me to organize surf lessons or also trips to Marrakech or finding opportunity to participate on cooking lessons. The location of the hotel is perfect for people, who want to stay just at the hotel, as you are directly at the beach. Most of the guests were either families or older people. If you want to walk to Taghazout it is possible, but it takes around 45 minutes. The pools are not heated, which made them not so enjoyable as the water really gets cold. The breakfast has a lot of variety to offer, but it gets very crowded and at some point the food is not refilled. The rooms were spacious and clean. What I did not like so much is that the live music, which is offered mostly every night is playing either Spanish or Latin American Music. It doesn’t feel authentic to come to Morocco for this. I rather would like to listening to Moroccan Music there. But in general the hotel is nice with nice staff members.

Ich habe zwei Hotels über die Website gebucht. Das erste habe ich bereits bewertet, aber ich möchte Trip hier besonders loben. Das Hotel war All-inclusive (drei Mahlzeiten täglich), aber beim Einchecken wurde mir für ein neunjähriges Kind zu viel berechnet. Ich kontaktierte Trip noch am selben Tag, und nach drei Tagen hartnäckiger Bemühungen kommunizierte Trip mehrmals mit dem Anbieter und dem Hotel, bestätigte schließlich den Sachverhalt und erstattete mir den Betrag. Der gesamte Service war hervorragend, und das Ergebnis optimal; sie sind absolut vertrauenswürdig. Ich möchte alle daran erinnern, dass Marokko im Allgemeinen besser ist als Serbien, insbesondere was den Service und die Einstellung der Menschen gegenüber Chinesen angeht. Allerdings können auch Marokkaner unehrlich sein und sich ahnungslos stellen, also Vorsicht.

The staff are all amazing really friendly. Hotel location is great close by to everything probably a 10 - 15 min walk to the beach. Place was clean but only issue I faced if I’m honest is the room I was given the lock chain was broken and door lock was broken I have provided pictures below. Was a bit scary knowing I couldn’t lock my door and did ask them to fix it but they didn’t. Other issue is this hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel but did not feel like it, other then having a fridge in the room there was no basic amenities like a kettle to have teas or coffees and no iron or ironing board. I would expect those at least for the price paid for the hotel. The breakfast was quite poor also very limited options. The reason why I’ve ranked this hotel high is the cleanliness and staff service but if they modernised and added more amenities this place would be amazing

Schöne Position. Perfekte Aufnahme. Mangelnde Organisation. (Überprüfen Sie den Schachtel von Obst, Obst ist kaum reif. Macaron sehr gut). Pet Buffet Dej. sehr mittelmäßig trotz einer großen Auswahl. Hotel preiswert für die Leistung. Das Dorf Taghazout ist leicht zu Fuß zugänglich. Eine Ecke des Paradieses. Ich verstehe nicht, warum ich den Eingang/Ausgang vom Parkplatz des Hotels 15dhs bezahlen muss.

Professional, polite and very caring and willing to help. Need a taxi to get to the main promenade, or it’s about 45-60mins walk along the beach. Exceptionally clean! It was my first time in this hotel room was amazing food was amazing waiting time was long because I came from other hotel at 12.30pm room was not ready so I was tired waiting till 3.00pm I order chicken tajeen was nice and burger meal was very nice food room was amazing but I don't recommend the view as the sea is not clearly visible like atlas amadil hotel has only thing was nice everything was brand new in the room that was standing out

Alles war super Etwas ärgerlich war, dass ich beim Schlafengehen Haare auf dem Bett vorfand und eine tote Spinne, die vier Tage lang, von der Ankunft bis zu meiner Abreise, in der Ecke des Waschbeckens lag. Die Reinigung lässt also zu wünschen übrig, und das ist angesichts des Preises für diesen Aufenthalt eine Schande. Aber ansonsten Top-Personal und ein sehr angenehmer Ort zum Kraft tanken.

Ausstattung: Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist relativ alt und die Schalldämmung ist zwar nicht sehr gut, aber andere Hoteleinrichtungen wie der Fitnessraum sind Essen: Beide Mahlzeiten werden in Buffetform serviert und die Qualität ist in Ordnung. Das Frühstück ist grundsätzlich gleich, das Abendessen wechselt jedoch jeden Abend. Wenn es Grillabende gibt, empfehle ich Rinderleber zu bestellen! Das Mittagessen ist kostenpflichtig und geschmacklich durchschnittlich... Service: Mit Ausnahme der Rezeptionistin verfügen alle übrigen Kellner über ein gutes Servicebewusstsein und können sich normal auf Englisch verständigen. Die Lage ist auch gut und es liegt sehr nah am Strand. Es sind nicht viele Leute am Strand vor dem Hotel. Im Allgemeinen ist es ok, dort zu bleiben.
