An experience that exceeded expectations! If you're looking for a safe, worry-free, great-value seaside staycation just steps from the beach, I would recommend this place to everyone. 1. Service: Absolutely Fantastic I have to say the service at this hotel is truly impressive. All the staff are well-trained, almost everyone greets you with a warm, friendly smile and frequently asks if you need any help. You never feel neglected here. Any request you make is promptly attended to. In the restaurant, table-clearing is extremely efficient, and our table was always kept spotless. I was amazed by the quality and efficiency of their service — this is the best service I’ve experienced at an all-inclusive hotel in this price range. 2. Room: Clean and Comfortable The room is well-equipped, with air conditioning, a hairdryer, toiletries, a fridge (with complimentary soft drinks), and a safe. My room had floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the courtyard, offering a lovely view. The mattress was very comfortable, and daily housekeeping was thorough and spotless. The only minor flaw was that the bath towels were a little worn, though they were clean. 3. Hotel Facilities: Great, with Plenty of Pools The hotel sits on an elevated platform with sweeping views overlooking the beach. There’s direct access to the beach, guarded by security staff, which made us feel very safe. There are so many pools! Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas are available, and the poolside bar serves drinks and cocktails. Activities like water polo are organized daily — something that will make water lovers very happy. 4. Dining: Very Rich Selection, Mostly Western Cuisine The hotel has three restaurants — an international restaurant, an Italian restaurant, and Azha, a Moroccan speciality restaurant. The bakery bar is almost open 24 hours, so even if you're jet-lagged and wake up at 11 pm, you won’t go hungry. Food preferences are, of course, personal. For us, although there weren’t many dishes tailored to an Asian palate, we were still able to find things we really enjoyed. A special highlight — we were lucky to book the Moroccan restaurant with help from the staff. There was live oud music, very distinctive starters (Moroccan soup, appetizers), a main course (tagine), desserts, and an amazing flaming coffee (which was seriously cool). The staff introduced each dish in detail, and we had a wonderful dining experience. The only small drawback was that the portions were a bit too generous for two Asian women; we felt sorry we had to leave some food behind because we were simply too full. 5. Activities: A Few Options, Though More Could Be Added The hotel’s activities mainly revolve around daytime pool parties and evening shows at the sports club. The dancers in the evening show were incredibly engaging, and they invited guests to dance at the end — my mum and I really loved the atmosphere. Unfortunately, due to limited time, I couldn’t try out more activities, which was a bit of a shame. Overall, this was an incredibly relaxing staycation, perfect for travellers who value safety, comfort, and great value. Once again, heartfelt thanks to all the hotel staff — your warm smiles and friendliness made my mum and I feel so at home during our four wonderful days here. We truly felt the warmth and comfort of home.

Our experience at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout was superb! What left the best impression was the kindness of the staff members. Everyone was so friendly and was caring so much that we received the best service. Upon request we received even an upgrade on our room, which made our stay even better with an awesome view. The breakfast offered a huge variety. The staff members around Yassine and specially the female staff members like Asma amaray, Chaimae and everbody else really was making sure that we felt welcomed. They also remembered our preferences and took care that the service was excellent. The location of the hotel is also great at it is right at the beach. You have an amazing view from the pools or the break fast area or also from your room. To Taghazout it is an easy walk either on the beach or path, which is even lighted in the dark that takes about 20 minutes. The rooms were very clean and spacious for two people. The bed was also very comfortable. To sum up we can only recommend highly this hotel and it won’t be the last time that we have stayed there. Special thanks also the the hotel manager Hicham Hriouad, who supported us and was available for our questions that made our stay just great.

Ich habe zwei Hotels über die Website gebucht. Das erste habe ich bereits bewertet, aber ich möchte Trip hier besonders loben. Das Hotel war All-inclusive (drei Mahlzeiten täglich), aber beim Einchecken wurde mir für ein neunjähriges Kind zu viel berechnet. Ich kontaktierte Trip noch am selben Tag, und nach drei Tagen hartnäckiger Bemühungen kommunizierte Trip mehrmals mit dem Anbieter und dem Hotel, bestätigte schließlich den Sachverhalt und erstattete mir den Betrag. Der gesamte Service war hervorragend, und das Ergebnis optimal; sie sind absolut vertrauenswürdig. Ich möchte alle daran erinnern, dass Marokko im Allgemeinen besser ist als Serbien, insbesondere was den Service und die Einstellung der Menschen gegenüber Chinesen angeht. Allerdings können auch Marokkaner unehrlich sein und sich ahnungslos stellen, also Vorsicht.

The staff members were so nice and helpful. Special thanks to Azedine, who was helping me to organize surf lessons or also trips to Marrakech or finding opportunity to participate on cooking lessons. The location of the hotel is perfect for people, who want to stay just at the hotel, as you are directly at the beach. Most of the guests were either families or older people. If you want to walk to Taghazout it is possible, but it takes around 45 minutes. The pools are not heated, which made them not so enjoyable as the water really gets cold. The breakfast has a lot of variety to offer, but it gets very crowded and at some point the food is not refilled. The rooms were spacious and clean. What I did not like so much is that the live music, which is offered mostly every night is playing either Spanish or Latin American Music. It doesn’t feel authentic to come to Morocco for this. I rather would like to listening to Moroccan Music there. But in general the hotel is nice with nice staff members.

The staff are all amazing really friendly. Hotel location is great close by to everything probably a 10 - 15 min walk to the beach. Place was clean but only issue I faced if I’m honest is the room I was given the lock chain was broken and door lock was broken I have provided pictures below. Was a bit scary knowing I couldn’t lock my door and did ask them to fix it but they didn’t. Other issue is this hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel but did not feel like it, other then having a fridge in the room there was no basic amenities like a kettle to have teas or coffees and no iron or ironing board. I would expect those at least for the price paid for the hotel. The breakfast was quite poor also very limited options. The reason why I’ve ranked this hotel high is the cleanliness and staff service but if they modernised and added more amenities this place would be amazing

Schöne Position. Perfekte Aufnahme. Mangelnde Organisation. (Überprüfen Sie den Schachtel von Obst, Obst ist kaum reif. Macaron sehr gut). Pet Buffet Dej. sehr mittelmäßig trotz einer großen Auswahl. Hotel preiswert für die Leistung. Das Dorf Taghazout ist leicht zu Fuß zugänglich. Eine Ecke des Paradieses. Ich verstehe nicht, warum ich den Eingang/Ausgang vom Parkplatz des Hotels 15dhs bezahlen muss.

The staff were amazing and the hotel was very clean, aesthetic and the garden views are great. It was always a sigh of relief returning to the hotel after a day out in Agadir. The beach near the hotel also was not as busy as other areas on the strip, so definitely a good spot if you want to be away from the crowds. What let’s this hotel down is the average breakfast, wasn’t really 5* and they definitely need to improve on variety of warm breakfast options and it isn’t clear that you can order certain things on a select menu. The hotel restaurants also weren’t great and overpriced for what you get, I wouldn’t recommend. Found it odd that you also had to pay to use the padel court! Usually activities like these are available to access as guests!

It was my first time in this hotel room was amazing food was amazing waiting time was long because I came from other hotel at 12.30pm room was not ready so I was tired waiting till 3.00pm I order chicken tajeen was nice and burger meal was very nice food room was amazing but I don't recommend the view as the sea is not clearly visible like atlas amadil hotel has only thing was nice everything was brand new in the room that was standing out

Alles war super Etwas ärgerlich war, dass ich beim Schlafengehen Haare auf dem Bett vorfand und eine tote Spinne, die vier Tage lang, von der Ankunft bis zu meiner Abreise, in der Ecke des Waschbeckens lag. Die Reinigung lässt also zu wünschen übrig, und das ist angesichts des Preises für diesen Aufenthalt eine Schande. Aber ansonsten Top-Personal und ein sehr angenehmer Ort zum Kraft tanken.

Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Sofitel Royal Bay Agadir und kann das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das gesamte Personal: Alle Mitarbeiter waren außerordentlich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit – egal ob an der Rezeption, beim Concierge, die Kellner beim Frühstück, die Angestellten am Pool oder die Putzfrauen. Jede Frage wurde beantwortet und alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt, was den Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm gemacht hat. Die Lobby ist ein echtes Highlight – stilvoll gestaltet und mit täglichen Live-Acts, die für eine tolle Atmosphäre sorgen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig, mit einer großen Auswahl, sodass wirklich für jeden etwas dabei ist. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut: Mit dem Taxi ist man in etwa 10 Minuten an der Marina von Agadir Marina. Alternativ kann man auch entlang der Strandpromenade laufen – das dauert ca. 55 Minuten und ist ein schöner Spaziergang. Die Poollandschaft ist top – sehr gepflegt und optisch wirklich schön. Besonders die Sonnenliegen sind hervorzuheben: Es handelt sich hier um große, bettenartige Liegen, die super bequem sind. Außerdem gibt es einen hoteleigenen Strandbereich, der durch die Strandpromenade vom öffentlichen Strand getrennt ist. Vom Hotel aus hat man direkten Zugang zum Strand, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, sodass man sich wohlfühlen kann. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Einige Bereiche bzw. Komponenten im Hotel könnten renoviert werden, um das Gesamtbild noch weiter zu verbessern.
