There is no lobby welcoming you, but a Front desk running 7am-12am everyday in a room served with free drinks and magazines. We appreciated the early check-in at around 2.30pm, which was 1.5 hour before the normal check-in time. The check-in was quick and smooth. There was no hair dryer in our room. When you wanna make a phone call for help, there is no landline telephone in the hotel room, meaning that you have to walk out to the office to ask for a dryer. Luckily, we found it out an hour before mid night and the front desk was in the storage room. There is no amenities here besides of a free access to the mini golf course opposite the road. It will be boring during rainy days, especially the shops nearby closed early around 5pm. The location is great, right to the main road. This hotel company also owns Tide’s Inn and the Mini Golf Course where they are at other two corners of the intersection. Mini golf is free to access and the pool table is CAD2 for each game. The upside of this hotel room is that everything in this room is newly built. Many plugs on the wall. There is a. Work desk, containers for your belongings, a fridge, a microwave, a TV, a clothes rack, a luggage rack and a coffee maker. We love the mattress here, unlike those in the old hotels. They are firm and supportive to my back. Also, the car is just outside our door, it makes the luggage unloading very convenient and quick. There is a big window with mosquito net in our room, but the window faces inside the car park, where people would walk around, drop on and off their luggage. We don’t feel private not to put the curtain down, and the sun light couldn’t come into the room when the curtain is down. Especially during the days we don’t use the air conditioning or heater, we can always hear the noises from next door, outside the car park and the main road. Also, we found that the bedsheets were wrinkled when we flipped over the duvet. Not sure if the bed sheet was not ironed or was not changed to a new one. There is no desk lamp on the desk meaning that if I turn on the main lights, the lights on top of two beds will be very bright and disturbing to whom is sleeping. There is laundry room with 1 washing and drying machine on site. It charges CAD1-1.5 for each laundry by card payment via an app according to the front desk. There is no iron equipment in your room, not sure if you can borrow one by asking the front desk. Reminded to bring your own slippers, tooth brush and paste. And always check what you need is missing for your stay before the front desk closing.

Hotel is convenient located near eatery and airport. Sharon the front desk was extremely helpful to locate my reservation . Trip.com gotten my reservation thr agoda and Sharon spent fair bit of time to trace my agoda booking number. As trip.com booking number is not found in trip.com. Sharon worked extra hour to trace my booking to avoid me to make any payment as couldnt locate trip.com booking. Overall, my stay was plesant and shittle service is good and prompt.

Es ist nur eine kurze Zugfahrt mit der Canada Line vom Flughafen entfernt. Es liegt mitten in der Innenstadt und ist daher ideal zum Einkaufen. Es ist etwas laut, aber mich hat es nicht gestört. Manche empfindliche Menschen könnten es als störend empfinden. In einigen Bereichen riecht es stark nach Drogen, und es gibt Obdachlose, aber das scheint nicht nur auf das Hotel beschränkt zu sein. Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt, sodass Sie jederzeit auschecken können. Ich kam gegen 8:00 Uhr an und hatte Glück, dass mir gesagt wurde, die Reinigung sei bereits abgeschlossen, sodass ich einchecken konnte. Es waren viele junge Leute da, einige im Urlaub, andere auf der Suche nach einer Unterkunft für ihren Work-and-Travel-Aufenthalt. Handtücher wurden immer aufgefüllt, und Shampoo und Duschgel standen im Duschraum bereit. Es gibt auch einen Haartrockner. Ich konnte ihn sofort benutzen, aber bei großem Andrang muss man eventuell warten. Das Frühstück wird zwischen 8:00 und 10:00 Uhr serviert und umfasst Bagels, eine Auswahl an Gemüse und Obst. Kaffee ist rund um die Uhr erhältlich.

Ich genossen meinen Aufenthalt im Stoke Hotel. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, ich war neben dem Wasch-/Wartungsraum und bemerkte einige Lärm am Tag, aber nicht in den Abenden oder Nächten, es störte mich nie. Mein Zimmer war neben dem Heißräder und ich hörte einige laute gute Zeiten, aber es störte mich nicht und es war ruhig bei der Bettzeit. Das Frühstück hatte so viel Auswahl. Waffle, Eier, Kartoffeln, Bacon, Sauce, Oatmehl, Getreide, Yoghurt, Äpfel, Grapefruit, Oranges, Muffins, Bagels und verschiedene Brote und Cookies. Die heißen Lebensmittel werden wechselnd, nur so viele Optionen, es war fantastisch und für langsamen Morgen manchmal gemacht. Das Frühstückspersonal war sehr willkommen, großartig bei der Lagerung und dem Auffrischungsstuhl. Der Busshuttle-Stopp war in der Nähe und das Front Desk gab Bus-Gutscheine, als ich fragte. Es gab auch einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Service im Zentrum, zum Regent Hotel, nur eine Frage nach 5:30 Uhr. Gute Lage und komfortable Aufenthalte.

Wir waren mit dem Hotel zufrieden, nicht aber mit Trip.com, wo wir gebucht hatten. Bei Buchung über Trip.com mussten wir das Frühstück extra bezahlen, obwohl das Hotel ein kostenloses Frühstück anbietet. Wir aßen also im Endeffekt dasselbe, egal ob wir dafür bezahlt hatten oder nicht. Ich denke, das Problem liegt bei Trip.com, die Touristen, die die lokalen Gepflogenheiten nicht kennen, ausnutzen und uns ein teures, eigentlich kostenloses Frühstück in Rechnung stellen.

Vier Familien mit Kindern haben Geschäftstätigkeit in Campbell River, so die Reservierungsmöglichkeiten für einen Tag sind ein bisschen ungünstig, aber im Allgemeinen gut

Die Lage des Hotels war super. Der Central Park war ganz in der Nähe, und es gab viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut gepflegt, was sehr angenehm war. Allerdings war die Bedienung des Warm- und Kaltwassers in der Badewanne nicht intuitiv. Beim Einchecken unterlief dem Mitarbeiter ein Fehler bei meiner Zahlung, ohne dass er sich entschuldigte. Das Frühstück war für meine Kollegen und mich etwas zu salzig, und die Anweisungen des Frühstücksmanagers waren unklar und verwirrend. (Bei einem erneuten Besuch werde ich das Frühstück nicht mehr bestellen.)

Absolutely stunning view. Cabin was older but very charming, we made the most of the fireplace in the room and enjoyed a view of the lake from our balcony. Bathroom was clean with everything we needed. Coffee also provided in the room which was nice. I read the beds were uncomfortable on other reviews and I’d partially agree - not the best but again not the main reason or expectation for visiting emerald lake. I will say the pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable.  Staff were very friendly and attentive. Shuttle service was easy. Restaurant was pricey but overall good. No wifi or signal in the room is something to be aware of, but heightened the experience in my opinion. Overall, great!

I had a really great stay at Grand Park Hotel & Suites Downtown Vancouver. What stood out right away was the service. The staff were excellent, quick to respond, and very reliable whenever I needed anything. It made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. The facilities honestly exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. Everything felt well-maintained and comfortable, so it definitely felt like great value for money. I also have to mention the food. It was genuinely delicious, with good quality ingredients and generous portions. That was a pleasant surprise and added a lot to the overall stay. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort, good service, and solid value in downtown Vancouver.

It was my second time staying at this hotel. There were two things I really needed to mention. First, I turned on Netflix and started watching a movie around 8:00pm but I fell asleep shortly after. Around 9pm someone started knocking on my door very loudly, which woke me up. I then heard someone outside saying, “Hey, lower the volume.” I was honestly super confused because the TV wasn’t even that loud???? and the knocking itself was louder than the TV and was what actually woke me up. I didn’t open the door because I found it creepy. After that, I called my friend, and he suggested I contact the front desk. When I called, the lady told me their housekeeper had already checked and there was nobody in the lobby anymore (which makes sense because it had happened around 20 minutes earlier). She also said other people shouldn’t be able to access guest floors without a key card. When I asked whether anyone staying beside me had complained, she said nobody was staying next to my room, and the guest next door had only just checked in. Maybe it was just someone passing by, but it was still really weird and uncomfortable. I’ve stayed in many hotels in different countries and have never experienced something like this before. The second issue was that both the internet and TV stopped working at night and were still not working the next morning when I checked out, which was really frustrating. I mentioned it during checkout, and the front desk staff simply said the whole building was having the same issue and they were trying to fix it 🥲 The good thing is they’ve now fixed the access issue, so everyone needs a key card to access their floor. The hotel itself is brand new, very quiet, and clean, which is why I chose to stay here again. Since it’s owned by Hilton, I honestly expected the staff to be a bit more professional when speaking to customers. The housekeeping staff were all super friendly though.
