Toilet bowl had mosquitoes. Bed was not properly made . Room cards were deactivated when we returned from our shopping n we had to go all the way down to get it fixed. When asked why this happened , they said we were out for too long n too far from hotel. . Supposed to b a luxury business hotel but there were kids running ***** the corridor past midnight. Food at the Chill restaurant was good. We had mutton biryani there. Expected more from a 5 star hotel.

Excellent hotel experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding, the rooms were very clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. Everything exceeded expectations — highly recommended and would happily return anytime.

The overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela. The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room. Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

Ich habe geliebt, dass ich mit einem Lächeln und einem erstaunlichen Check-in und Check-out-Service gegrüßt wurde. Das einzige Problem war, dass der Frühstücksservice mir nicht ein 5-Sterne-Gefühl mit Menschen, die umherlaufen und unzureichende Orte zu sitzen gab. Ich war 30 Minuten da, um einen Sitz zu finden und jeder lief überall. Obwohl ich das Frühstück bezahlte, ging ich nicht die übrigen Nächte. Abgesehen davon war alles erstaunlich und perfekt

Die Service und Qualität des Restaurants sind ziemlich schlecht. Ich saß im Restaurant für mehr als 5 Minuten ohne Service während des Abendessens. Etwa 30% der Cousins sind entweder leer oder fast leer. Basierend auf dem 5-star Hotel, ist es sehr schlechte Service und Qualität.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Courtyard von Marriott, Hyderabad. Die allgemeine Erfahrung war komfortabel und gut verwaltet, von Ein- bis Aus-Check-in. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer bereit, zu helfen, was den Aufenthalt reibungslos und stressfrei machte. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und gut gepflegt, mit allen notwendigen Einrichtungen. Die Standards für die Hauspflege waren ausgezeichnet, und die Umgebung fühlte sich sicher und entspannt. Das Essen war ein Highlight des Aufenthaltes. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Variante, das sowohl an lokale indische als auch internationale Geschmacksempfindlichkeiten zu verpflegung. Die Qualität der Lebensmittel war sehr gut, frisch und gut vorgestellt. Das Restaurant war aufmerksam und der Service war schnell und professionell. Insgesamt war es eine zufriedenstellende Erfahrung, und ich würde Courtyard Hyderabad für Geschäfts- und Freizeitaufenthalte definitiv empfehlen.

Check in was good, fast & efficient Room was clean but room refrigerator was not even cold , can’t even have a cold drink Bottle water was given which is good Breakfast was 80% indian food probably catering for local or indian guests not international guests so had mainly toast , fruits & eggs Service staff tends to forget your orders hence need to be repeated or told a couple of times Could have improved on it Reception staff were helpful

An absolute gem! Stayed here for five nights alone but felt like family. The staff named Mr. Sudip Vats and Mr. Gannul Laxman Reddy who are managing were welcoming and accommodating from check-in. Our room was spotless with a stunning city view. Breakfast was a highlight—great variety of fresh foods. Perfectly located, allowing us to walk to major attractions. Will definitely return!” The great thing that I had extended my hotel bookings for more 3 nights in same hotel due to excellent support. ❤️🙏

Had a great stay at Vivanta Hotel. The staffs are courteous, helpful and hospitable. The rooms are clean and neat, able to sleep comfortably. The buffet breakfast was good, a lot of choices of indian and western food.
