Toilet bowl had mosquitoes. Bed was not properly made . Room cards were deactivated when we returned from our shopping n we had to go all the way down to get it fixed. When asked why this happened , they said we were out for too long n too far from hotel. . Supposed to b a luxury business hotel but there were kids running ***** the corridor past midnight. Food at the Chill restaurant was good. We had mutton biryani there. Expected more from a 5 star hotel.

Friendly stuff I really love the way that they welcome us with a traditional and captivating cultural, full of spirit and traditional. The hotel is really close to the mall and restaurant.

The overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela. The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room. Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

Ich habe geliebt, dass ich mit einem Lächeln und einem erstaunlichen Check-in und Check-out-Service gegrüßt wurde. Das einzige Problem war, dass der Frühstücksservice mir nicht ein 5-Sterne-Gefühl mit Menschen, die umherlaufen und unzureichende Orte zu sitzen gab. Ich war 30 Minuten da, um einen Sitz zu finden und jeder lief überall. Obwohl ich das Frühstück bezahlte, ging ich nicht die übrigen Nächte. Abgesehen davon war alles erstaunlich und perfekt

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Courtyard von Marriott, Hyderabad. Die allgemeine Erfahrung war komfortabel und gut verwaltet, von Ein- bis Aus-Check-in. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer bereit, zu helfen, was den Aufenthalt reibungslos und stressfrei machte. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und gut gepflegt, mit allen notwendigen Einrichtungen. Die Standards für die Hauspflege waren ausgezeichnet, und die Umgebung fühlte sich sicher und entspannt. Das Essen war ein Highlight des Aufenthaltes. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Variante, das sowohl an lokale indische als auch internationale Geschmacksempfindlichkeiten zu verpflegung. Die Qualität der Lebensmittel war sehr gut, frisch und gut vorgestellt. Das Restaurant war aufmerksam und der Service war schnell und professionell. Insgesamt war es eine zufriedenstellende Erfahrung, und ich würde Courtyard Hyderabad für Geschäfts- und Freizeitaufenthalte definitiv empfehlen.

A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The main palace building is stunning and historic. The stay includes a free tour, yoga, traditional concert, and afternoon tea. Dinner was very nice, although expensive, and you are not able to order food from outside. However, as a special treat, I was happy to pay and the food was great. Award winning food. The hospitality was outstanding, and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast, there was live music, and they even offered me a champagne breakfast. The complimentary horse and carriage arrival was an added great surprise. Highly recommend staying here. I've been fortunate enough to stay at a few different Taj Hotels across India, and this was by far the best one that I have experienced. I did not want to leave!

Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Einrichtungen. Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und sorgte für eine reibungslose Ein- und Auscheckerfahrung. Die Lage ist bequem und leicht zugänglich, was die Reise rund um sehr einfach machte. Die allgemeine Umgebung war angenehmen und entspannt. Das Essen war auch gut mit einer anständigen Vielfalt. Gesamt, ein komfortables und wert-für-Geld-Stadt. Ich würde definitiv empfehlen und überlegen, wieder zu bleiben.

While the hotel location is excellent, the rooms and amenities are out dated and the property needs refurbishing. Staff are friendly. Valet service is quick. The executive chef is very professional and gave us when asked. The hotel general manager is over smart and I am surprised how he got job there.
