Morderner Hotelkomplex. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber mit guter Ausstattung (Balkon, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine). Kostenlose Snacks und Getränke werden täglich aufgefüllt. Die Zimmer zum Garten hin haben eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Das Bett war groß und bequem. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel verfügt über 2 Restaurants und eine eigene Kaffeerösterei, die sehr zu empfehlen ist. Die Restaurants haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Der Garten lädt zum Spazieren ein und verfügt über einen Fischteich und mehrere begehbare Gewächshäuser. Der Pool ist ausreicgend groß und im Infinity-Style gebaut, also mit schönem Ausblick. Das Frühstück ist ist recht umfangreich, geschmacklich liegt es für indonesische Maßstäbe eher im Mittelfeld. Cappuccino, Cafe Latte etc. gab es nur geben Aufpreis. Wir bewohnten ein Zimmer im Tower B mit Gartenblick, in dessen Nähe sich anscheinend ein Hundeheim befand. Von morgens früh bis spät abends war ein lautes und fast permanentes Hundegebell von vielen Hunden zu vernehmen. Dies machte einen Aufenthalt auf dem Balkon sehr ungemütlich. Das uns anfänglich angebotene Zimmer im Tower A zur Straße war uns wegen des Straßenlärms zu laut. Wer dieses Hotel bucht, sollte dies unbedingt berücksichtigen. Wir würden dieses Hotel zukünftig nur noch buchen, wenn er wir ein ruhigeres Zimmer erhalten können.

Der Mitarbeiterservice vom Autoeingang bis zum Gepäcklieferservice aufs Zimmer war rundum zufriedenstellend. Das Frühstück ist super umfangreich und hat viel Abwechslung. Die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren alle freundlich und schmutzige Teller wurden schnell vom Tisch entfernt. Die Aussicht vom Hotel ist atemberaubend... Frittierte Bananen ohne Mehl sind mein Favorit. Als es zu einem Erdbeben der Stärke 5,8 auf der Recter-Skala kam, waren alle Mitarbeiter wachsam, ruhig und beweglich, um alle Gäste im Sammelpunktbereich zu versammeln und allen Gästen eine Durchsage über den aufgetretenen Zustand zu übermitteln. Vielen Dank GH universal, hoffentlich bleiben noch mehr Gäste über Nacht.

Exceptional Stay with Truly Wonderful Staff! I recently completed a stay at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. Everything about my visit, from the moment I checked in until I departed, was good and comfortable. The physical property itself is excellent; my room was well-maintained, spotless, and provided a peaceful retreat after a long day. The hotel atmosphere is pleasant, and the facilities were exactly what I needed. However, the highlight of this hotel is unquestionably the nice staff. Every member of the team I interacted with—from the front desk to housekeeping—was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, always greeting me with a smile and making me feel valued as a guest. Their dedication to service truly elevated the entire experience. If you are looking for a hotel that offers great quality and is staffed by people who clearly take pride in their hospitality, look no further. Highly recommended!

The hotel provides excellent service in every aspect. All the staff are being very nice, friendly, and helpful from the very start we came until we left the hotel. In addition, I took a note about the water when having a breakfast, the next day the representative approached me and showed some gratitude for filling the survey and gave me complimentary cake. It was the cake I love that I mentioned before. Thank you to Mr. Lucky & all the F&B staff for the nice gesture. And for the hotel itself, the atmosphere, location, food - everything was great! Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Der Highlight erhielt eine kostenlose Upgrade in ein Executive Room auf einem hohen Stock, was die Erfahrung noch besonderer machte. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, obwohl die Klangfestigkeit etwas verbessert werden könnte, da ich etwas außerhalb von Lärm hören konnte. Das Frühstück ist ein Muss so viele Optionen und sehr hohe Qualität zu versuchen. Seien Sie einfach für die Menge vorbereitet, da es keine Frühstückszeiten. Die Fitness- und Saunaeinrichtungen sind hervorragend, und trotz des kleinen Pools ist es immer noch sehr angenehm. Gesamt, fantastische Service!

Das Zimmer ist in Ordnung, aber das Hotel ist zu eng, die Grundfläche ist relativ klein und die Aussicht außerhalb der Hotelmauern ist nicht sehr gut, nicht sehr komfortabel, aber es ist vielleicht das beste in Bandung. Das Hotel selbst verfügt über gute Zimmer und Dienstleistungen.

It was an aesthetically good resort in my opinion and basically enjoyed quite a bit. The food and the room was good overall however the water from the shower was very dirty. Some black small particles came along with the water, it was clearly visible since the shower was installed in the tub.

Sehr schönes Hotel für Familie mit Kindern. Ich habe Upgrade für Corner Room bekommen. Vielen lieben Dank. Frühstück war alles in Ordnung. Vielleicht mehrere Auswahl von traditionelles Essen oder Snacks und Eiscreme für 5 Sterne Hotel ist vielleicht auch schön. Schrank im Zimmer ist leider zu klein für länger Aufenthalt. Komme ich gerne wieder.

My stay was very enjoyable. The view is truly breathtaking and one of the highlights of the hotel. The facilities are diverse and well-maintained, offering many options for guests. There is also a small grocery store inside the hotel, which is a new and convenient idea that I really liked 👍🏻 The food was delicious and varied, and the laundry service was fast and well organized — I really appreciated that. However, room cleanliness needs more attention and stronger disinfectant scents to feel fresher. Also, they do not allow delivery drivers to go up to the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

From arrival to checkout, the stay felt warm and welcoming. Staff greeted us kindly and were consistently courteous throughout, which set a good tone from the start. The room was very spacious, and being on the 18th floor, we had a lovely view over Bandung. The bed was excellent — super comfortable with great pillows. I fell asleep almost immediately, which says a lot. Facilities overall were solid and worked well. The furniture shows a bit of age, but it still feels classic and well maintained rather than run down. The only real downside was the bathroom shower. The shower head is old and the water flow was uneven, which took away slightly from the experience. Towels, however, were clean and perfectly fine. Breakfast was a highlight. A wide spread with lots of local options, including jamu and rebusan. It was fun sampling different traditional flavours, and the variety made breakfast something to look forward to rather than just routine. Location is another plus. The hotel is just a short walk from Braga City Walk, making it very convenient for exploring the area, dining out, or taking an evening stroll. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent service, a great bed, and a strong breakfast offering. With a small update to the bathroom fittings, it would be even better.
