Danke für den angenehme Aufenthalt! Es war so eine tolle Erfahrung und wir genossen wirklich die Momente. Zunächst einmal war das Personal sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schrecklicher Kundenservice! Wir waren mit so einer schönen romantischen Vibe im Zimmer und auch ein nettes Hinweis vom Haushalterteam auf dem Spiegel begrüßt. Zimmer war sehr sauber, zeitgemäß und perfekte Lage für einen erstaunlichen Blick! Liebe die riesige Sofa am Fenster btw :) Aber es gibt auch einige Fragen, die ich erwähnen möchte. Erstens bestellten wir in Zimmer-Essen, aber es gab kein Essenstisch. Ich ging zu mehreren Hotels und bestellte in Zimmer-Essen und sie werden immer einen Tisch / Trolltisch zumindest bieten, um uns zum Abendessen im Zimmer zu lassen. Aber das war das erste Mal, dass ich diese Erfahrung hatte. Der Kellner hinterließ die Lebensmittel auf dem Studium. Aber wir können nicht auf dem Abendessen, wo der Studiumstisch war, weil es nur einen Stuhl zur Verfügung stand. Deshalb mussten wir den schweren Tisch zu dem großen Sofa schließen. Ich fragte den Trolltisch, aber, offenbar, sie können uns nicht zulassen, es zu verwenden. Zweitens war die Suppe kalt. Das war sehr enttäuschend :( Ich habe gerade ein paar Lippen gehabt und kann es nicht mehr nehmen. Nun, ich denke, das waren die geringsten Teil meines Aufenthalts. Aber im Allgemeinen genossen wir unserem Aufenthalt dort. Ah, noch eine Sache! Das Angus-Balsamsaft war das beste Gericht! Sehr wert zu versuchen!

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High-quality room and high-quality service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bogor. Keep it up.

Crowne Plaza Bandung war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt für ein paar Nächte. Das Zimmer war ok, aber es fühlte sich ziemlich laut mit den ubiquitous lauten Motorrad-Mufflern, die in das Zimmer filtern die ganze Nacht. Doppelt Glas / Lärmreduktion Glas scheint fehlen. Die Fenster brauchen eine gründliche saubere und die Zimmerkarten sehen ziemlich schmutzig in Teilen. Auf einer positiven Note ist das Bett bequem, die Lage ist günstig und alle Hotelpersonalinteraktionen waren freundlich, hilfreich und freundlich. Besondere Erwähnung an den Restaurantmanager, der gratuliert bei der Angebot und Lieferung eines besonderen leckeren gesunden Safts an meinen Tisch zum Frühstück über mehrere Tage unterstützt. Das Frühstück im Restaurant hatte eine frische und umfangreiche Vielfalt an leckeren lokalen indonesischen Gerichten sowie die üblichen westlichen Stapel. Unser Zimmer war bequem im Executive Lounge Stock, das eine geräumige und relativ ruhige Unterkunft war, um die Abendsänge und Getränke zu genießen. Ein weiteres besonderes Vermerk an Faisal für seine freundliche Unterstützung mit unseren Zugkarten und all dem pflichtigen Personal im Lounge, das meinen vielfältigen Kaffee- und Getränkeanfragen erfüllt. Der Pool auf Ebene 5 war einladend für ein Schwimmbad mit angenehmer Aussicht auf die Stadt und auf die Berge. Alle Betreuer und Türbetreuer waren sehr hilfreich, und der besondere Service, der die besetzte Straße außerhalb des Hotels zu überqueren, wurde geschätzt.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Mason Pine Hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Even before our arrival, the communication with the hotel team was excellent. They responded promptly to our requests and made us feel truly welcomed. Upon check-in, we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with a beautiful pool view. The room was also thoughtfully prepared with a personalized welcome message on the mirror, a delicious cake, and adorable elephant towel decorations. These small touches made our family feel very special. The facilities are outstanding, especially for families with children. Our little one had so much fun enjoying the swimming pool, trampoline, arcade games, and the various kids’ activities available throughout the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised to find pickleball facilities, which added another enjoyable activity during our stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the entire hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What impressed us the most was the genuine hospitality of every staff member. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. They even kindly granted us a complimentary late check-out until 1 PM, which we truly appreciated. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and family-friendly getaway near Bandung. This is not just a hotel stay—it was a memorable family experience that we will always cherish. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was how runner-friendly the location is. I started my morning with a 5K run from the hotel to the Bumi Hejo and IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan area before returning to the hotel. The route was enjoyable, the morning atmosphere was fresh, and it was a perfect way to begin the day. This is definitely an added bonus for guests who enjoy running or morning walks. We’ve stayed at several hotels before, including a beachfront resort in Bali, but Mason Pine Hotel has become our favorite family staycation destination. It wasn’t just because of the facilities—it was the genuine hospitality, thoughtful attention to detail, and the complete family-friendly experience that truly made the difference. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back.

We recently stayed at this stunning 8-bedroom private villa in the Dago area of Bandung, and it exceeded every expectation for a family reunion/group getaway. Nestled in the cool highlands, the villa offers breathtaking natural surroundings with lush greenery everywhere, both outside in the beautifully landscaped grounds and inside with thoughtful plant integrations that make the space feel fresh and alive. All the rooms facing a stunning hills. The layout is incredibly practical for larger groups: • 2 underground floors, each with 2 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms total downstairs), perfect for privacy or families with kids. • Ground floor features a massive, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need, a large dining table for group meals, huge tv with comfy sofa, and a fantastic sound-proof karaoke room that kept the fun going late without disturbing anyone. • 2 upper floors, each with 2 bedrooms (another 4 upstairs), all comfortable and well-appointed. Every bedroom is ensuite (private bathrooms), and the villa comfortably sleeps 16–24 people depending on extra beds. One of the absolute highlights is the private heated swimming pool, a game-changer in Bandung’s chilly highland weather (we loved dipping in when temperatures hovered between 16–24°C). The water stays perfectly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler evenings. The pool area feels luxurious and relaxing with those mountain/city views. Everything is provided thoughtfully: unlimited mineral water, complete kitchen setup (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), clean linens, WiFi, and plenty of space. The huge parking area in front easily accommodated multiple cars, no stress about parking at all. The design embraces nature beautifully, lots of glass for natural light, open spaces, and that signature Dago greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet still close enough to cafes and attractions. If you’re looking for a spacious, fully-facilitated private villa for a big family, friends’ trip, or celebration in Bandung, this place is highly recommended. The heated pool alone makes it stand out in the cool climate. We’ll definitely be back! Rating suggestion: 5/5 stars Would stay again? Absolutely!

Das Hotel bietet einen hervorragenden Service in allen Aspekten. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfreich von Anfang an, bis wir das Hotel verlassen. Zudem nahm ich einen Hinweis auf das Wasser, als ich ein Frühstück hatte, am nächsten Tag nahm der Vertreter mich an und zeigte mir einige Dankbarkeit für die Erfüllung der Umfrage und gab mir einen Komplimentarkohl. Es war der Kuchen, den ich liebe, den ich erwähnte. Vielen Dank an Herrn Lucky & alle Mitarbeiter der F&B für das schöne Geste. Und für das Hotel selbst, die Atmosphäre, Lage, Lebensmittel - alles war großartig! Wird sicher einen anderen Tag zurückkommen. Halten Sie die gute Arbeit! 😊

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Botanica Sanctuary. Nestled in the refreshing mountain air, it provided the perfect, peaceful escape from the city. My room was beautifully designed and spotless, but the real highlight was the exceptional hospitality from the staff, who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Between the stunning rooftop pool and the delicious breakfast spread, it was a truly luxurious getaway that I highly recommend

Das Hotel war perfekt für Aufenthalt. Viele Kinder Aktivitäten. Das Personal war wirklich hilfreich und freundlich. Das Frühstück war deli und verschiedene. Wird sicher zurückkommen.

Die Dekoration ist voller Elemente des chinesischen Neujahrs ~ warme und lächelnde Gesichter ~ das im Zimmer angebotene Abendmenü ist auch sehr gut ~ die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, der Bahnhof Padalalang der Hochgeschwindigkeitsbahn Jakarta-Bandung ist direkt mit der traditionellen Linie zum alten Bahnhof in Bandung verbunden und das Hotel ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom alten Bahnhof entfernt. Bandung, Indonesiens kreative Stadt!

Breakfast is rather disappointing, brewed Coffee ( americano or long black-doesnt have one I guess) is watery,,No Coffee aroma bad taste. Few variety of food ( no chinese, japanese, indian, sundanese corner?). Not worthed for the Price we paid 250k per pax. Roof Top (only suitable for outdoor, when its raining Party is over. There should be ways to provide indoor part.. Rain was was just atopped When I was Having a glass of wine. Eveeythibg is wet. Ezeot high Chair in the Bar. And There is no music. Live music or DJ is only on saturday. The good thins of the Roof Top, is the 360 degree Mountain and City view Huge, spacious, and modern minimalistic design lobby lounge. But, no Touch of parahyangan or Sundanese atmosphere. Exept angklung ornamen at M floor . This could be in jakrta or Any other metropolitan citie. No local culture and historical Touch. Exeot the long corridor at G floor connected to Pelataran Resto Deluxe room with King size bed and Mountain view is great. Wifi and TV are also great. However the structure of bathroom (shower) with too many wooden seperation walls give rather Tiny space feeling. The pool is too small for two adjacent hotel Tower (Pullman and Ibis Style) . Just good for Kids. Gym space is fine in termos of space. B
