Gàià Hotel. Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt während meines Geburtstags und Familienurlaubs. Ein wirklich angenehmes Hotel, von der Rezeption bis zum Schluss. Ein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel ist ein Kinderspiel. Der Preis ist die eine Sache, aber das Erlebnis und die Freude, die es meiner Familie bereitet, sind unbezahlbar. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Pak Wendy (Leitung Küche), Pak Fauzi (Kinderclub), Pak Anam (Fitnessstudio) und Pak Rio (Rezeption). Ihr seid wirklich großartig in dem, was ihr macht, und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Ausstattung? Selbstverständlich. Pool und Tal sind für mich das Highlight, das Amphitheater, die Laufbahn, der Koiteich, das Fitnessstudio und der Kinderclub – mehr kann ich nicht sagen, einfach wunderschön!

My stay was very enjoyable. The view is truly breathtaking and one of the highlights of the hotel. The facilities are diverse and well-maintained, offering many options for guests. There is also a small grocery store inside the hotel, which is a new and convenient idea that I really liked 👍🏻 The food was delicious and varied, and the laundry service was fast and well organized — I really appreciated that. However, room cleanliness needs more attention and stronger disinfectant scents to feel fresher. Also, they do not allow delivery drivers to go up to the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

There’s a reason why this hotel is rated as Top 3 on trip.com. Its location and hotel services is tip top. We spent one full day at the hotel and enjoy its internal Kardon Restaurant on rooftop with Bandung chilling wind. The cafes nearby all has the best Indonesia nasi goreng and mie goreng. For golf lovers, there is this driving range and golf course just 5 mins drive away. Most importantly, i love the unlimited water bottle supplies as I myself used to drinking lots of water daily. Going into town takes around 30-45 mins depends on where you going. I love this place. Quiet and peaceful.

From arrival to checkout, the stay felt warm and welcoming. Staff greeted us kindly and were consistently courteous throughout, which set a good tone from the start. The room was very spacious, and being on the 18th floor, we had a lovely view over Bandung. The bed was excellent — super comfortable with great pillows. I fell asleep almost immediately, which says a lot. Facilities overall were solid and worked well. The furniture shows a bit of age, but it still feels classic and well maintained rather than run down. The only real downside was the bathroom shower. The shower head is old and the water flow was uneven, which took away slightly from the experience. Towels, however, were clean and perfectly fine. Breakfast was a highlight. A wide spread with lots of local options, including jamu and rebusan. It was fun sampling different traditional flavours, and the variety made breakfast something to look forward to rather than just routine. Location is another plus. The hotel is just a short walk from Braga City Walk, making it very convenient for exploring the area, dining out, or taking an evening stroll. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent service, a great bed, and a strong breakfast offering. With a small update to the bathroom fittings, it would be even better.

Ein schönes naturnah gelegenes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Besonders ruhig sind die zum Garten gelegenen Zimmer. Die Ausstattung lässt fast keine Wünsche offen, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jedoch ist bei dem einen oder anderen noch etwas Ausbildung bzw. Praxiserfahrung erforderlich. Insbesondere im Restaurant fiel mir auf, dass man als Ausländer mit einer indonesischen Ehefrau gerne völlig ignoriert wird, während meine Frau sehr höflich behandelt wird. Ein Fakt, der mir immer wieder in Indonesien passiert. Zumal ich selber leidlich indonesisch sprechen kann. Der Check-In erfolgte schnell und unkompliziert. Natürlich mit Welcome-drink. Unser Zimner mit Poolblick war komfortabel mit schönem Balkon. Kühlschrank, WLAN, Tresor etc. waren vorhanden. Das Hotel verfügt über 3 Restaurants. Wir haben nur das „LL One“ genutzt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Zum Abend gatte ich Iga Bakar (Rinderrippchen), die sehr gut waren. Meine Frau hatte Rujak Cingur und war leider enttäuscht, da es nicht dem Originalrezept aus Ost-Jawa entsprach. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Der Preis ist durchaus angemessen.

Freundlicher Service, luxuriöser Eingang war sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, aber ein enttäuschender Punkt ist, dass das Rauchen im Freien erlaubt ist. Für diejenigen, die morgens nicht rauchen, ist es schmerzhaft. Es war so ein Hotel, das in mir den Wunsch geweckt hat, es zu besuchen, als ich wieder nach Bandung kam.

lumayan oke , tapi krna baru jadinya blum benar2 oke pelayanannya.. dpt kamar diujung bgt dan masih pambangunan jd berisik tukang. lalu dpt kanar yg pintu kamar mandinya susah tutup jd harus panggil maintenance nunggu 1.5jam benerin pintu, gk ada niat untuk mindahin ke kamar lain jd waktu kita habis sih.. lainnya oke staff nya so so kurang inisiatif, ball boy gk lgusnh ambil koper klo gk diminta.. mungkin krna baru smoga bs ditingkatkan lagi

Das Einkaufszentrum und das Hotel sind gut erreichbar. Die Sicherheit im Hotel muss jedoch verbessert werden. Viele Personen gelangen problemlos ins Hotel, möglicherweise auch Nicht-Hotelgäste. Es könnten beispielsweise Besucher des Einkaufszentrums sein, die das Hotel betreten möchten. Der Wachmann sollte sie anweisen, die Sicherheitskontrolle zu benutzen. Vielen Dank.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High-quality room and high-quality service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bogor. Keep it up.
