Der Mitarbeiterservice vom Autoeingang bis zum Gepäcklieferservice aufs Zimmer war rundum zufriedenstellend. Das Frühstück ist super umfangreich und hat viel Abwechslung. Die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren alle freundlich und schmutzige Teller wurden schnell vom Tisch entfernt. Die Aussicht vom Hotel ist atemberaubend... Frittierte Bananen ohne Mehl sind mein Favorit. Als es zu einem Erdbeben der Stärke 5,8 auf der Recter-Skala kam, waren alle Mitarbeiter wachsam, ruhig und beweglich, um alle Gäste im Sammelpunktbereich zu versammeln und allen Gästen eine Durchsage über den aufgetretenen Zustand zu übermitteln. Vielen Dank GH universal, hoffentlich bleiben noch mehr Gäste über Nacht.

Exceptional Stay with Truly Wonderful Staff! I recently completed a stay at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. Everything about my visit, from the moment I checked in until I departed, was good and comfortable. The physical property itself is excellent; my room was well-maintained, spotless, and provided a peaceful retreat after a long day. The hotel atmosphere is pleasant, and the facilities were exactly what I needed. However, the highlight of this hotel is unquestionably the nice staff. Every member of the team I interacted with—from the front desk to housekeeping—was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, always greeting me with a smile and making me feel valued as a guest. Their dedication to service truly elevated the entire experience. If you are looking for a hotel that offers great quality and is staffed by people who clearly take pride in their hospitality, look no further. Highly recommended!

The hotel provides excellent service in every aspect. All the staff are being very nice, friendly, and helpful from the very start we came until we left the hotel. In addition, I took a note about the water when having a breakfast, the next day the representative approached me and showed some gratitude for filling the survey and gave me complimentary cake. It was the cake I love that I mentioned before. Thank you to Mr. Lucky & all the F&B staff for the nice gesture. And for the hotel itself, the atmosphere, location, food - everything was great! Will definitely come back another day. Keep up the good work! 😊

Frühstück ist ziemlich enttäuschend, gebraten Kaffee ( amerikanisch oder lang schwarz-doesnt haben einen ich denke) ist wasserdicht,,Kein Kaffee Aroma schlechte Geschmack. Einige Lebensmittel (keine Chinesisch, Japanisch, Indianisch, Sundanisch?). Nicht wert für den Preis, den wir zahlen 250k pro Pax. Dach Top (nur für den Freien geeignet, wenn seine Regen Party ist vorbei. Es sollten Wege, um inneren Teil zu bieten.. Regen war gerade aufgetaucht, als ich ein Glas Wein hatte. Eveeythibg ist nass. Ezeot Hochstuhl in der Bar. Und es gibt keine Musik. Lebende Musik oder DJ ist nur am Samstag. Die gute Tinten des Dachs Top ist die 360 Grad Berg- und Stadtblick Große, geräumige, und moderne minimalistische Design-Lobby Lounge. Aber, keine Touch von Parahyangan oder Sundanes Atmosphäre. Außer angklung Ornamen auf M Stock . Dies könnte in jaktrta oder irgendeine andere Metropolstadt sein. Keine lokale Kultur und historische Touch. Ausführen der langen Korridor im G-Ebene mit Pelataran Resto verbunden Deluxe Zimmer mit King size Bett und Mountain view ist groß. Wifi und TV sind auch groß. Allerdings gibt die Struktur des Badezimmers (Dusche) mit zu vielen Holzseparatur Wänden eher ein kleines Raumgefühl. Der Pool ist zu klein für zwei angrenzende Hoteltoren (Pullman und Ibis Style) . Nur gut für Kinder. Fitnessraum ist in Bezug auf Raum gut. B

Die Lage ist hervorragend, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Bandung und der Paskal 23 Mall mit einem Supermarkt, vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Sie können auch problemlos Grab-Tickets buchen. Die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen sind sehr gut und das Hotel ist sicher. Der Service jedes einzelnen Mitarbeiters ist sehr angenehm, herzlich, freundlich und fantastisch. Auch der Concierge ist stets hilfsbereit. Das Personal hat sich an unserem zweiten Tag erkundigt, ob wir mit allem zufrieden sind und ob wir Wünsche haben. Der Zimmerservice ist sehr effizient und kümmert sich während unseres sechstägigen Aufenthalts sehr um unser Wohlbefinden. Nur die Toilette könnte etwas sauberer sein. 😅 Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder im Hilton Bandung übernachten!

Das ist nicht das erste Mal, dass wir in Novus verblieben. Wir lieben das Design ihrer Lobby. Es ist sehr gemütlich und elegant. Es sieht aus, als würden sie ihr Zimmer renoviert. Das Zimmer ist sauber, aber aus irgendeinem Grund haben sie nicht Rüstung außerhalb des Waschraums. Dies geschah in allen Zimmern, die wir reservierten (3 Zimmer). Als wir einen Rug gerufen und gefragt haben, dauerte es so lange, bis sie einen in unser Zimmer brachten. Es scheint, sie waren unterbesetzt. Novus ist nur perfekt für eine Familiengehäuse. Sie haben einen Kinderclub, Golfplatz für Kinder, Pferderei und Kunstaktivität, und Sie können Ihr Kind zu den Kaninchen bringen.

Sehr schönes Hotel für Familie mit Kindern. Ich habe Upgrade für Corner Room bekommen. Vielen lieben Dank. Frühstück war alles in Ordnung. Vielleicht mehrere Auswahl von traditionelles Essen oder Snacks und Eiscreme für 5 Sterne Hotel ist vielleicht auch schön. Schrank im Zimmer ist leider zu klein für länger Aufenthalt. Komme ich gerne wieder.

My stay was very enjoyable. The view is truly breathtaking and one of the highlights of the hotel. The facilities are diverse and well-maintained, offering many options for guests. There is also a small grocery store inside the hotel, which is a new and convenient idea that I really liked 👍🏻 The food was delicious and varied, and the laundry service was fast and well organized — I really appreciated that. However, room cleanliness needs more attention and stronger disinfectant scents to feel fresher. Also, they do not allow delivery drivers to go up to the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

From arrival to checkout, the stay felt warm and welcoming. Staff greeted us kindly and were consistently courteous throughout, which set a good tone from the start. The room was very spacious, and being on the 18th floor, we had a lovely view over Bandung. The bed was excellent — super comfortable with great pillows. I fell asleep almost immediately, which says a lot. Facilities overall were solid and worked well. The furniture shows a bit of age, but it still feels classic and well maintained rather than run down. The only real downside was the bathroom shower. The shower head is old and the water flow was uneven, which took away slightly from the experience. Towels, however, were clean and perfectly fine. Breakfast was a highlight. A wide spread with lots of local options, including jamu and rebusan. It was fun sampling different traditional flavours, and the variety made breakfast something to look forward to rather than just routine. Location is another plus. The hotel is just a short walk from Braga City Walk, making it very convenient for exploring the area, dining out, or taking an evening stroll. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent service, a great bed, and a strong breakfast offering. With a small update to the bathroom fittings, it would be even better.
