Stayed in room 1024 Pro: Room clean Efficient check in and check out Nice view of mountain and trees Dish variation were nice, lots of options, i love the kuah bakso so comforting. Cons: Unable to set AC QR in tv to see room dining menu unable to open, sent email to reservation no response. So we cant order food for room service. At night room smells of solar fumes like machine fumes and in the toilet smells like thinner or paint or some chemicals which is significantly disturbing. Please check room 1024. No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area. Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible. Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.

A Fantastic Stay and the Perfect Birthday Surprise! My recent visit to Botanica Sanctuary was absolutely wonderful, and I can't recommend it highly enough. We stayed in one of the Family Lofts, and the layout was just perfect—it felt spacious, modern, and really well-designed for a family. We especially appreciated how well the space was utilized. Beyond the room, the staff and service truly stood out. Everyone was incredibly nice, attentive, and professional throughout our entire stay. They genuinely went the extra mile, which really elevates the experience. A huge highlight was the lovely little birthday surprise they arranged for us. It was so thoughtful and made the day feel extra special. The mirror art decoration was such a creative and beautiful touch, and the delicious slice of cake was the perfect way to celebrate. All the little details showed how much the team cares. If you're looking for a beautiful, relaxing place with excellent service, this is it!

Super love everything about the hotel. We even extended 1 more night! Very comfortable. Family friendly place! We were short of luggage and asked if they can spare us a big empty box, they delivered right to our room. EVEN PROVIDED A TAPE WHICH WE DIDNT ASK. They went the extra mile. Will definitely love to come back here again if we're going to Bandung again.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Bandung und der Paskal 23 Mall mit einem Supermarkt, vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Sie können auch problemlos Grab-Tickets buchen. Die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen sind sehr gut und das Hotel ist sicher. Der Service jedes einzelnen Mitarbeiters ist sehr angenehm, herzlich, freundlich und fantastisch. Auch der Concierge ist stets hilfsbereit. Das Personal hat sich an unserem zweiten Tag erkundigt, ob wir mit allem zufrieden sind und ob wir Wünsche haben. Der Zimmerservice ist sehr effizient und kümmert sich während unseres sechstägigen Aufenthalts sehr um unser Wohlbefinden. Nur die Toilette könnte etwas sauberer sein. 😅 Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder im Hilton Bandung übernachten!

Love the design and ambience of the hotel. Truly modern and exquisite vibes. The beds is comfy. Pillows isn’t the best. They provided some mini bottled snacks which was cute. However the sofa has some visible stains. Love that the vanity mirror is available in the large bathrooms. Breakfast is delicious and pretty good selection. The Hotel is not crowded hence we were able to enjoy peaceful and comfortable breakfast.. Location is great as well. If u love taking photos, very instaworthy.

Wir hatten kürzlich die Gelegenheit, in Ihrem Hotel zu bleiben und insgesamt, ich schätze wirklich die Gastfreundschaft und die Einrichtungen, die angeboten. Ich möchte jedoch einige konstruktive Feedback zu den Pissen im Zimmer teilen. Die Pisten waren zu fest und leider beeinflussten die Qualität des Schlafes während meines Aufenthalts. Für ein Hotel von Pullman’s Standard wäre es meiner Meinung nach wunderbar, Gäste mit einem Pillow Menü oder zumindest eine Wahl zwischen weichen, mittel- und festen Pillows zu bieten, um zu verschiedenen Präferenzen zu passen. Außerdem fühlten sich die Handtücher ziemlich dünn und spiegelten nicht den luxuriösen Standard einer Pullman-Eigenschaft wider. Für ein Hotel dieses Kalibers, denke ich, wäre es sinnvoll, Optionen für weichere Kissen sowie dickere, komfortablere Handtücher für Gäste zu bieten. Ich hoffe, dass dieser Vorschlag dazu beitragen kann, die allgemeine Erfahrung der Gäste in Zukunft zu verbessern. Frokost ca.

The location of the hotel is near to tourist spot which is Braga Street. The room so spacious and i got connected room as per request. The breakfast menu is good, have so many choices from appertisers to desserts. Good job to the staff who gave really nice services to make sure we have comfortable stays. Will choose this hotel if we come again.

Service was excellent, all staffs were friendly. Cleanliness was not the best! At Verandah restaurant during breakfast we witnessed birds were eating from the serving spoons and bread/pastries that was in the open. Also there were webs on the shelves where they keep spoons/forks and plates. It was disgusting to see those!
