Die Lage ist hervorragend, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Bandung und der Paskal 23 Mall mit einem Supermarkt, vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Sie können auch problemlos Grab-Tickets buchen. Die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen sind sehr gut und das Hotel ist sicher. Der Service jedes einzelnen Mitarbeiters ist sehr angenehm, herzlich, freundlich und fantastisch. Auch der Concierge ist stets hilfsbereit. Das Personal hat sich an unserem zweiten Tag erkundigt, ob wir mit allem zufrieden sind und ob wir Wünsche haben. Der Zimmerservice ist sehr effizient und kümmert sich während unseres sechstägigen Aufenthalts sehr um unser Wohlbefinden. Nur die Toilette könnte etwas sauberer sein. 😅 Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder im Hilton Bandung übernachten!

Ich liebe dieses Hotel! Ich komme wieder. Es näher an den Lembang-Bereich? Deshalb wird es mit Windblows abrupt kalt, vor allem am Morgen! Aber das macht eine perfekte Morgen-Frühblick & Atmosphäre. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und nett, sie können Englisch auch gut sprechen - plus Punkte, da meine bahasa war.. nicht gut, haha Liebe auch die Ausstattung so viel, es gibt Kinderclub (viele Variationen für Kinder zu spielen). Der Pool ist erstaunlich, sowie die Koi-Pond ( Sie erhalten zu feed für kostenlos). Nur unten ist das, das Zimmer ist nicht klangfest. Ich nahm denjenigen, der sich dem Berggebiet gegenüber stellt, kann ich hören, dass Menschen ihre Tür zulaufen/schließen/verschließen. Sie können ein Auch hören Sie den Wasserfall aus dem Pool (aber das ist schön) hahah. Ich liebe die Morgenaussicht durch dieses Zimmer, aber so erstaunlich! Anderenfalls lieben Sie dieses Hotel! They have the best view!! You can swim in a pool with a very beautiful mountain view! There's a jacuzzi and kids pool too. Breakfast is also very good. Indonesian, Japanese, Western, Arabian, everything was tasty! You can try some activities too, like ATV rides, archery, mini golf, etc. The staff was also helpful, they won't let you walk and have an always-ready free shuttle. You can also have brunch or dinner at the Club Huis or The Lake House, an aesthetic place to eat with an aesthetic forest view. Will definitely come back!

Wir hatten kürzlich die Gelegenheit, in Ihrem Hotel zu bleiben und insgesamt, ich schätze wirklich die Gastfreundschaft und die Einrichtungen, die angeboten. Ich möchte jedoch einige konstruktive Feedback zu den Pissen im Zimmer teilen. Die Pisten waren zu fest und leider beeinflussten die Qualität des Schlafes während meines Aufenthalts. Für ein Hotel von Pullman’s Standard wäre es meiner Meinung nach wunderbar, Gäste mit einem Pillow Menü oder zumindest eine Wahl zwischen weichen, mittel- und festen Pillows zu bieten, um zu verschiedenen Präferenzen zu passen. Außerdem fühlten sich die Handtücher ziemlich dünn und spiegelten nicht den luxuriösen Standard einer Pullman-Eigenschaft wider. Für ein Hotel dieses Kalibers, denke ich, wäre es sinnvoll, Optionen für weichere Kissen sowie dickere, komfortablere Handtücher für Gäste zu bieten. Ich hoffe, dass dieser Vorschlag dazu beitragen kann, die allgemeine Erfahrung der Gäste in Zukunft zu verbessern. Frokost ca.

Had the best stay here while I am in puncak!!! In love with everything, the view, room, the facilities, Literally everything. They gave me a complimentary photoshoot as well. The minus point only the check in time regulation is too late, at 2pm.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High-quality room and high-quality service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bogor. Keep it up.

Das Hotel ist so nett und neu. Das Bett ist so komfortabel. Das Hotel Vibe ist nett und der Service war wirklich gut. Der Schwimmbad hat einen Wasserpark, wo Kinder genießen können. Es hat auch einen kleinen Kinderklub. Sie bieten auch einen kostenlosen Shuttle vom Hotel bis zum Bahnhof Padalarang, wo Sie nehmen können Zugfahrt nach Jakarta. Wir genossen wirklich unseren Aufenthalt!

From the moment I arrived and throughout the check-in process, their service was exceptional. From the security guards, door attendants, receptionists, to the staff serving the welcome drinks — everyone greeted us with such genuine smiles. It made us feel like part of a big family and made it so comfortable to talk with the hotel staff. At check-in, the staff on duty even registered me as a member of the IHG Group right away — something that would’ve been a hassle had I done it myself. That thoughtful gesture alone already spoke volumes about their commitment to excellent service. Beyond their outstanding hospitality, everything from the cleanliness to the tidiness was just perfect. The availability of thoughtful amenities like a steam iron with a board and a hair dryer added even more value. We were also given a room with a stunning mountain view — truly the best view! Facilities like the swimming pool and jacuzzi with their beautiful views, as well as the well-equipped gym, were all major factors in our decision to choose this hotel. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast — so many varieties to choose from! From local dishes to international options, everything was delicious. The salads were fresh, and the fruit selection was top quality. The fruit was beautifully displayed in a glass case and served by the restaurant staff, rather than taken freely — which helped minimize waste. If the fruit you wanted wasn’t visible, you could simply ask, and they would take it out from the chiller and freshly cut it just for you. They even asked if I wanted yogurt to go with the fruit. Wow! Such thoughtful service. And yes — they had ice cream that was absolutely tempting. They also offered delicious Middle Eastern dishes. The sweet desserts weren’t overly sugary and were just delightful. If I were to describe everything here, it would take forever — haha! One more thing — while I was at the swimming pool area, I slipped and twisted my ankle. I requested ice for a compress, and the room service team sent over an ice bucket from the F&B staff, along with two small towels. That kind of attentiveness really stood out. Easy access, very clean and comfy. Eventhough it’s a family and kids friendly hotel, my husband and I can still enjoy all of the facilites without any inconvinience. The parking lot is a bit far, but they provide a 24h shuttle from the lobby. Too bad the family and kids pools are under renovation. Overall, I recommend this hotel to any couples who plan to have a short getaway 👍
