Had the best stay here while I am in puncak!!! In love with everything, the view, room, the facilities, Literally everything. They gave me a complimentary photoshoot as well. The minus point only the check in time regulation is too late, at 2pm.

It is the second time stay at this hotel, very good and luxury hotel for rest and family trip. There's a pine forest next to the hotel where you can take a stroll, and the restaurant's environment is very beautiful.

I booked for one night n ended up to extent another night in the same hotel…. Its a great hotel in Bandung. Normally i like to hop hotels as i will make review vedios in utube but this hotel was good. Will surely stay here if i go to bandung again

Nice hotel and service is excellent from staff across of all duties. Being a tourist, I have to grapple with language and system differences, counter staff Mr Kukup and a young female counter staff Ms Nuansa (sorry if I get the name wrong) went out of their ways to help. I really appreciate that and they all gave Bandung warmth and hospitality. Thank you again. I was too engrossed with the beautiful sceneries to take photos of the hotel and staff and these attached are Kawah Putih and the tea garden. Hope it would inspire more people to travel here and stay in this excellent hotel.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Bandung und der Paskal 23 Mall mit einem Supermarkt, vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Sie können auch problemlos Grab-Tickets buchen. Die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen sind sehr gut und das Hotel ist sicher. Der Service jedes einzelnen Mitarbeiters ist sehr angenehm, herzlich, freundlich und fantastisch. Auch der Concierge ist stets hilfsbereit. Das Personal hat sich an unserem zweiten Tag erkundigt, ob wir mit allem zufrieden sind und ob wir Wünsche haben. Der Zimmerservice ist sehr effizient und kümmert sich während unseres sechstägigen Aufenthalts sehr um unser Wohlbefinden. Nur die Toilette könnte etwas sauberer sein. 😅 Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder im Hilton Bandung übernachten!

Wir hatten kürzlich die Gelegenheit, in Ihrem Hotel zu bleiben und insgesamt, ich schätze wirklich die Gastfreundschaft und die Einrichtungen, die angeboten. Ich möchte jedoch einige konstruktive Feedback zu den Pissen im Zimmer teilen. Die Pisten waren zu fest und leider beeinflussten die Qualität des Schlafes während meines Aufenthalts. Für ein Hotel von Pullman’s Standard wäre es meiner Meinung nach wunderbar, Gäste mit einem Pillow Menü oder zumindest eine Wahl zwischen weichen, mittel- und festen Pillows zu bieten, um zu verschiedenen Präferenzen zu passen. Außerdem fühlten sich die Handtücher ziemlich dünn und spiegelten nicht den luxuriösen Standard einer Pullman-Eigenschaft wider. Für ein Hotel dieses Kalibers, denke ich, wäre es sinnvoll, Optionen für weichere Kissen sowie dickere, komfortablere Handtücher für Gäste zu bieten. **My Unforgettable Stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung** My experience staying at Crowne Plaza Bandung was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived and throughout the check-in process, their service was exceptional. From the security guards, door attendants, receptionists, to the staff serving the welcome drinks — everyone greeted us with such genuine smiles. It made us feel like part of a big family and made it so comfortable to talk with the hotel staff. At check-in, the staff on duty even registered me as a member of the IHG Group right away — something that would’ve been a hassle had I done it myself. That thoughtful gesture alone already spoke volumes about their commitment to excellent service. Beyond their outstanding hospitality, everything from the cleanliness to the tidiness was just perfect. The availability of thoughtful amenities like a steam iron with a board and a hair dryer added even more value. We were also given a room with a stunning mountain view — truly the best view! Facilities like the swimming pool and jacuzzi with their beautiful views, as well as the well-equipped gym, were all major factors in our decision to choose this hotel. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast — so many varieties to choose from! From local dishes to international options, everything was delicious. The salads were fresh, and the fruit selection was top quality. The fruit was beautifully displayed in a glass case and served by the restaurant staff, rather than taken freely — which helped minimize waste. If the fruit you wanted wasn’t visible, you could simply ask, and they would take it out from the chiller and freshly cut it just for you. They even asked if I wanted yogurt to go with the fruit. Wow! Such thoughtful service. And yes — they had ice cream that was absolutely tempting. They also offered delicious Middle Eastern dishes. The sweet desserts weren’t overly sugary and were just delightful. If I were to describe everything here, it would take forever — haha! One more thing — while I was at the swimming pool area, I slipped and twisted my ankle. I requested ice for a compress, and the room service team sent over an ice bucket from the F&B staff, along with two small towels. That kind of attentiveness really stood out. Buchung am 1. Januar 25 , mit meinen 2 Kindern. Wir nahm das Zimmer mit Badewanne auf Ebene 1. Badewanne ist groß genug für 2 prsons. Pool ist ein bisschen traurig für ein Hotel dieses große. Breakfst ist gut genug. Das Bett ist komfortabel. Fernseher ist groß. Trinkwasser ist kostenloser Strom auf jedem Stock. Muschiten kommen ins Zimmer vom Garten, so dass wir die Terrassetür schließen mussten.
