Was a convenient location and check in was easy. However, there was difficulty with the room keys. I entered the room left my purse and one key in the room went out to my car for luggage - entered at the rear door using the key. However, the key failed to work for my room. Had to go to the desk and have a new set of keys made. This happened again the next day as well, however, that time the on call clerk said it frequently happens when using the rear door. If they know it happens why not fix it or warn the client in advance. This was very stressful. The room itself was extremely disappointing. It was supposed to sleep 3 adults yet it contained only a queen size bed and a window ledge. No couch, roll away nothing. The sitting area was non existent. Your options were the bed, the window ledge or a straight back wood desk chair. Not at all comfortable. The television was smaller than my computer monitor definately not more than a 24”. Even though all advertisements stated a refrigerator in the room there was not one. Which meant I was unable to keep any cold drinks in my room. The breakfast was an even bigger joke - cold hard boiled eggs were available one day, cold cereal, very limited fruit if you were not there early there was none it was not refilled. Donuts were prepackaged and old. Was not anything available that was at all desirable. I knew there was not a pool or exercise room which I did not expect however, for 100 a night in Delphos, OH I expected more. I had a handicapped room as I have 2 artificial knees and occasionally have difficulity with low toliets and tubs. The room showed handicapped on the exterior door however, the toliet was low and there was not a shower but a tub you had to step into. I spent 3 nights and the only maid service I received was towel replacement - the bed was not made and I do not believe the vaccum was ran. One day I someone had left their pass key in my room along with a roll of wastepaper bags. I took it to the desk and told the clerk I thought #6 would be looking for their keys in the morning. Not a thank or any sense of concern. I entered the lobby at various times of the day and evening and I don't believe I EVER saw anyone sitting at the desk just a sign that read ring bell for service. They were not even in the office directly behind the desk. To say I was disappointed would be putting it mildly I can assure you I will not be returning to this facility or any other Microtel in the future. Stay away it is definetly worth an additional 20-30 to get an indoor pool, hot breakfast, king size bed, comfortable chair as well as an adjustable desk chair with a refrigerator and microwave in your room which you did not get here. Stay in Van Wert at the Comfort Inn or Holiday Inn express.

Ich liebe dieses Hotel! Mein Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Ich liebe Hotels, in denen Sie direkt in Ihr Zimmer von der Parkplätze gehen. Ich würde sicher noch einmal hier bleiben! Nicht sicher, ob der Name der Vordertafel Damen, aber sie war erstaunlich!

Das Hotelpersonal ist gut, der Service ist schnell, das Zimmer ist alt, aber es gibt keine großen Hindernisse, die Frühstückssorte entspricht den Erwartungen, auch, Parken ist bequem, die Lage ist bequem, die Einrichtungen sind komplett umgeben, bequem

Not bad of a hotel, wish I utilized the indoor pool though haha but the room was comfortable & clean. The breakfast is alright though nothing extravagant just very basic but at least it was free

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sehr heißes Wasser, das ich liebe und es war sauber. Sid, die Person am Büro, als wir hier waren, war sehr professionell und freundlich. Wir waren zu diesem Zeitpunkt erschöpft und seine Geschwindigkeit des Services und das Eindringen in unser Zimmer war wunderbar. Die Damen am nächsten Morgen waren auch gut. Eines, was ich wünsche, ist, dass das Zimmer eine Mikrowelle hatte, vor allem für längere Aufenthalte. Wir begannen mit einem Tag und endeten mit dem Aufenthalt für drei. Ich weiß nicht, ob andere Zimmer sie haben, aber ich weiß, dass unsere nicht. Das einzige andere ist, dass die Leute in den Zimmern um uns sehr laut laufen in und aus ihrem Zimmer, bangi g die Türen, und spielen laut Musik alle um 1 am Morgen. Ich weiß nicht, wann sie aufhörten, als ich endlich aus derselben Erschöpfung schlief. Danke Motel 6!

Die Lage war Primo direkt von Interstate 71, es war sehr einfach zu finden. Sauberkeit war gut. Ich denke, das war ein riesiges Konferenzzentrum zu einem Zeitpunkt, das bessere Tage gesehen hat. Es gibt einen großen Innenpool, und ein großes Restaurant, das nicht in Betrieb war (das Restaurant ). Der Innengartenraum muss fantastisch gewesen sein, aber es braucht schwere Pflege. Große tote Pflanzen, extrem heiß und feuchte vom Pool, den ich vermute. Das Hotel aussieht sehr dunkel, ich kann nur schätzen, wie viel es würde kosten, um Klimaanlage und die Lage zu halten. Service war ok, es war ein Mann, der nur ok im Vergleich zu der Morgenperson, die glücklich und erholt war. Ich sah den Mann, der große Anstrengungen unternommen hat, um mit den Kartenschlüsseln zu helfen, die nicht funktioniert, etc. Das Zimmer war gut außer für die extrem hohe A/C-Einheit. Es gab kein Haartrockner im Badezimmer. Die Toilette lief gelegentlich weiter, was ich manuell fixierte. Genug mit Handtüchern und so, aber mehr Barsaft hätten benutzt werden können. Der TV war einer der einfachsten, um mich zu benutzen. Das angekündigte kontinentale Frühstück bestand aus trockenem Getreide für die Kinder, Milch und Joghurt im Kühlschrank, schwachen Kaffee, Apfelsaft, frisches Obst und Oatelmehl, um sich zu vermischen. Er brauchte mehr heißes Wasser zu verwenden. Er brauchte auch einen Körbe von Decaffee. Der Außenbereich hatte Parkplätze für Hunderte. Erhielt die Fläche ziemlich gut. Das Bett war komfortabel, und ich liebe die Kissen, sie waren gerade richtig. Ich denke, alle Tücher im Ort brauchen Dampfreinigung, sie riechen nicht, aber sie waren sehr dunkel. Wieder einmal braucht dieser Ort eine große Bareinfuhr und einige Mitarbeiter müssen zurück zur Gastgeberschule zurück.

We had positive experience in my past stays at LaQuinta. However, the recent stay at Hilliard, OH was quite different. Key issues were moldy shower curtain and housekeeping. Specifically: 1 Failure to reinstall replacement shower curtain until the night shift manager, “Mohamed” personally came to our room to install it around 11 PM. 2 We put “Do not Disturb” sign on the outside door handle. It was intended to having housekeeper coming back at later time after we left the room at 11AM with the sign removed. However, no housekeeping was done. The explanation we got was “Whenever housekeeper saw the “Do not Disturb” sign, they just assumed no housekeeping was needed. Most of the hotels I stayed in, the housekeeping would be automatically done later after the sign was removed, or at least a curtesy call /message will be left on room phone. Two of the four nights we stayed, housekeeping work only included bed made. No vacuum, garbage can not emptied, used cups not replaced, sink and counter not cleaned. Suggestion: Replace current sign which has “Do Not Disturb” on both sides to “Do not Disturb” on one side and “Please Clean Room” on the other side. This would make it clear to housekeepers to perform their normal services. We checked in on Thursday evening. On Friday morning, we found that the left side of the heavy window curtain was stuck. We reported it to the front desk and were promised that it would be taken care of. Nothing was ever done. We were only able to have partial daylight and only saw half of the outside scene during our entire stay.

The check-in was a disaster from the start. We arrived 45 mins after check-in time and our room wasn't ready. While the clerk was friendly it's unacceptable that our room wasn't ready AFTER check-in time. She was apologetic and seemed distressed about the situation but still doesn't help with the fact that our room wasn't ready. The clerk asked if we minded moving to another floor instead of the one assigned. Ok, stuff happens. BUT when we get to the room that she moved our stay to it smelled worse than any room I've ever been in. Smelled like pure sulfur and the carpets were questionable at best. The beds looked like they had just been remade. Went to desk to try and get another room. Stood there for almost 30 minutes and no clerk. Go back to the room and waited. Went back to desk and just as we are getting to the desk no one is at desk again as the clerk is disappearing around the corner. Stood and waited another 15-20 and no.clerk. We finally gave up and brought our own blankets in from the car and slept on top of the provided sheets and blankets. Pretty disappointing out of a Hampton to say the least. Never in my life have I had this experience with a Hampton and to be frank I probably won't return. I paid a substantial amount for this room and the experience has soured me on returning.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens und es gibt ein kostenloses Auto zum Abholen und Bringen vom Flughafen. Sauber und ordentlich, und das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Umgebung, sowie Tankstellen, das Parken ist kostenlos, es empfiehlt sich zu bleiben

I can not say enough good things about this place. Not only are they the nicest staff but the rooms are amazing clean smell clean and a very big note. TRIP booking is very ery either outdated or it's staff are the dullest. Twi e i have been booked at the wrong Hotel by Trip staff. This last time not only was ot wrong but the address to the hotel is listed wrong. I had such a terri le time with support getting a room correctly and charged correctly the Hotel Night Manager took my phone and had to get the situation correct be abuse the same thing over and o er was trying to happen with mind u no refunds no help and told I was ignorant a 3 hour wait for TRIP support to still not help fix the issue they created but it was now 3am. That manager not I ly got my room but gave me a free upgraded suite for all the trouble I had been caused not to mention the now mess they had since bookings were going to the wrong hotel under their name. It was a nightmare for the second but this Hotel and staff are by far the best I have ever had the pleasure to meet. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
