Tolle Lage, ganz in der Nähe des Parks. Es gibt einen Pool und ein Restaurant auf dem Dach, tolle Aussicht. Das Zimmer ist sauber, hell und geräumig. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Café, in der Nähe gibt es einen 7-Eleven. Wir blieben einen Tag vor unserem Flug und waren mit allem zufrieden.

We had the most amazing stay here at the Secret Garden Resort. We stayed in a lodge with private pool which was perfect. Nothing is overly fancy but everything is perfectly functional. Restaurant on site sells pasta and usual Philippino food. Breakfast is from a set menu, not a buffet. Perfectly fine. Staff were friendly, helpful and just a whatsapp message away if you needed anything. Not too far from Alona Beach, the airport or Tagbilaran Port so it was the perfect location for us. We were honestly sad to leave after 7 nights here and already want to come back!

Die Aussicht vom Zimmer aus war sehr gut und schon beim Einchecken war das Hotelpersonal sehr höflich und lächelte, was großartig war. Der Pool war groß und hatte nachts eine tolle Atmosphäre. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es Convenience-Stores, Supermärkte und Drogerien, so dass man sich um die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs keine Sorgen machen muss und ich diese gerne wieder nutzen würde.

Frühstück war in Ordnung. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Ortes, um Walhaie zu beobachten. Es ist eine Stunde vom Hotel entfernt, um ein Auto zu chartern, aber es dauert eine halbe Stunde, nachdem die Uhrzeit angezeigt wurde. Wir fuhren morgens um 5:30 Uhr nach Oslob und es war schon überfüllt. Wir haben uns für das Tauchen entschieden, weil viele Leute das Gefühl haben, dass das Wasser schlammig ist. Aber das Tieftaucherlebnis ist besser, Sie können den Panoramablick auf Walhaie sehen. 3500p pro Person. Pferde und Hühner können in einem Pavillon sitzen und um 20.00 Uhr das Meer beobachten. Der Preis ist nicht hoch genug. Es kostet nur mehr als 250-300p, dies in einem Geschäft in Bohol zu tun. Die Aussicht auf das Hotel ist schön, die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, geeignet für einen Urlaub ohne gestört zu werden, das Handysignal ist sehr schlecht, aber das WLAN des Hotels funktioniert.

Insgesamt ist die Zimmerausstattung durchschnittlich. Die Fläche ist nicht klein, aber das Zimmer ist feucht und dunkel. Das Zimmer ist auch dunkel, die Lichter sind nicht hell, die Klimaanlage riecht und ist laut. Die Umgebung draußen ist laut, aber die Lage ist sehr gut und praktisch. Es ist gut für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Erwarten Sie nicht zu viel. Der Vorteil des Hotels ist, dass das Frühstück köstlich ist, insbesondere das Wurstset. Es gibt auch jeden Morgen verschiedene kleine Knödel, die gut schmecken. Die Essumgebung ist auch gut. Es ist sehr angenehm zu frühstücken, wenn man während des Taifuns nichts zu tun hat. Das Hotel verfügt außerdem über unbegrenztes Trinkwasser Das Personal ist auch sehr gut und serviceorientiert.

We had a great stay in this resort. Good, clean facility while staffs are friendly and accommodating. They also have good restaurant to cater. It was definitely worth it.

While the service is generally commendable, there are moments when it feels slightly understaffed during peak hours, leading to slower response times. Still, their warm demeanor makes up for it. Amenities – 5/5 Zerenity Hotel and Suites goes above and beyond in terms of amenities. Guests can enjoy spacious rooms with modern interiors, high-speed Wi-Fi, a relaxing garden area, and well-equipped function rooms. This is our second time to stay in this hotel and they upgraded us to the executive room which is more spacious. Yey! Kudos to whoever made that possible. Appreciate it very much. I love that the trip booking comes with a breakfast as I really like the breakfast area of this hotel. Location is great in a sense that it is right in front of a mall and also great for people not from Cebu who have medical appointments in the nearby Chong Hua Hospital - Mandaue. Another thing I like about this hotel is the spacious lobby and the Bodega co-working space and cafe which was a savior during my first stay since it opens early. Staff are polite and the hotel is generally clean. Will definitely consider staying here again if I need to be around Mandaue City.
