Location was really good accessible but its quite uncomfortable on the first 2 days of our stay they provided us a room with no water and just direct us to use a common restroom from other floors its very inconvinient specially for women.

Free Hot/Cold Water, Toothbrush, Conditioner/Shampoo, Soap Room is minimalistic, clean, well prepared, But genuinely what matters is the variety of things to explore: - Walking distance to IT Park - Your neighbors are 7 eleven, and lots of other restauranrs - There's a rooftop and it's genuinely cozy w/ nice views - Swimming Pool access They maxed out on experience rather than room decoration. Honestly, it's a good trade-off, as long as one feels safe to sleep

Mir gefiel es, weil es im Landhausstil gehalten war. Es war zu nah, um zum Bohol Alona Beach zu laufen. Die Luft war gut, es gab keinen Lärm und es war wirklich schön, die Sterne am Nachthimmel zu sehen. Es gibt sechs Esstische vor der Unterkunft, so dass es schön war, ein einfaches Frühstück einzunehmen. Auch das Personal ist sehr nett.

The location is good, a 5-minute drive to Cebu South Bus Station. Near Malls and restaurants. The only problem was the other guests are very noisy even if it is still 6 AM. But if your looking for a budget friendly hotel I can suggest this.

The hotel location is great for 1 night stay if you have early flight, the room itself is smaller but can accommodate 3 person the only problem is it has a share bathroom and no hot water for a shower not ideal if you have very early flight and need shower unless you can handle a cold shower and in common bath, In my case I have to upgrade to private room that cost me additional 650 pesos in addition to my payment of 941 pesos but it has a hot shower and private bathroom, although I can get at the sane amount in a better and more comfortable hotel in the area. The staff us very helpful and accommodating they provide a microwave and kittle to make a hot water but you have to buy your own water. All in all it was ok.

The air conditioner was not working well they should improve the basic room amenities for instance I will need to ask for soap at the reception and they don't provide toothbrush. The TV was not working as well. Apart from this everything went well.
