The hotel is located on the mountaintop, about a 35–45 minute drive by taxi from Lakeside. You can also choose to take the cable car. Once you arrive, you’ll immediately feel that the journey is absolutely worth it. This is a truly beautiful and unique place to stay. The surroundings are stunning, especially on a clear day when you can enjoy breathtaking views. What impressed us the most was the service — everyone was incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with lovely decorations and a cake. It was completely unexpected and made our stay even more special and memorable. We are truly grateful for the effort and hospitality, and this will always be one of our most wonderful travel memories.

Останавливался в этом отеле на три дня. В целом впечатление хорошее, но есть нюансы. Хозяева очень милые и дружелюбные, всегда готовы помочь. Завтрак включён в стоимость — довольно стандартный, но для начала дня вполне подходит. Номер бюджетный, есть кулер с водой внизу, горячая вода также присутствует. Из минусов: в комнате только вентилятор, с управлением которого я так и не разобрался — не получилось настроить скорость. Самый неприятный момент — на вторую ночь столкнулся с тараканами: увидел нескольких как в комнате, так и в туалете. Это, конечно, сильно повлияло на комфорт. За всё время путешествий по Юго-Восточной Азии (8 стран за полгода) это всего второй подобный случай, но всё равно оставило неприятный осадок. В итоге: бюджетное жильё с хорошими хозяевами и базовыми удобствами, но наличие насекомых — серьёзный минус, который стоит учитывать.

Very clean and new room. About 8 to 10 mins walk to Sarangkot view point. Staff was nice and kind. Hot water was working in the evening but not in the morning. I also realised that some rooms seem to have TV but mine doesn’t. Breakfast was decent. Wake up to the sunrise view from the room and you can also go to the rooftop to enjoy the view. There’s construction going on just beside and in front of the hotel so bear in mind that it’s noisy with hammering and drilling sounds throughout the day. They also offer dinner menu in case you want to snug in but unfortunately I did not get to try it as I went to a place nearby for food. Overall a recommended place!

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Mountain View in Pokhara! The rooms were clean, the view was lovely, and the location was peaceful yet close to Lakeside & in front of Bashundara Park. What truly made the experience special was the friendliness and warmth of the owner—he went out of his way to make me feel welcome and help with local suggestions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, affordability, and genuine Nepali hospitality!

Wir waren froh mit Hotel My Dream nach 5 Nächte dort. Es ist ein billiges Hotel, von einer sehr schönen Familie geführt. Frühstück war gut Die Lage ist großartig, der See ist über der Straße und es ist ein Gebiet mit vielen Wahlen zu essen. Ich denke, es ist wert, ein wenig mehr für die besseren Zimmer mit Lakeview und Klimaanlage zu zahlen. Wir würden hier wieder bleiben, wenn ich nach schönen Pokhara kam.

Ich fühlte mich super bequem hier zu bleiben! Alle Leute, die dort arbeiten, sind wirklich hilfreich, freundlich und machen Sie sich zu Hause fühlen. Der Ort ist großartig! Sie haben einen erstaunlichen Blick auf den See und den Berg und es gibt einen schönen Bereich außerhalb mit einer Bar/Restaurant, wo Sie einfach nur kühlen oder mit einer schönen Umgebung essen können. Essen auch erstaunlich!! Ich würde es sehr empfehlen, dort zu bleiben!

The hotel was nice and clean and it was very close to Begnas Lake which is pretty good for lake visiting and fishing activities. The only thing is they didnt recognize my booking and i paid manually. Hotel should be aware about their property listed website and should accept the guest who made booking via app where their property is listed.

My second stay here. Boss was flexible, lovely and very helpful. It’s about 8 mins walk to the lakeside and 20 mins to the tourist bus stop. However, biggest downside is that there’s no hot water for this chilly winter weather, I tried for both the morning and evening and there was no water hence I didn’t get to have a proper shower.

Прожил в этом отеле шесть дней — за свою цену это действительно очень хороший вариант. Главные плюсы: есть кондиционер и собственный балкон с шикарным видом на озеро. При этом кондиционером я так ни разу и не воспользовался — вентилятора вполне хватало. За эти деньги получить такой номер — уже большой плюс. Теперь к минусам. За время проживания столкнулся с тараканами — примерно четырёх пришлось убить. Иногда были перебои с электричеством. Горячая вода есть, но чтобы она пошла, нужно подождать примерно 3–4 минуты. За всю неделю ни разу не проводилась уборка в номере, а туалетную бумагу пополнили только после моей просьбы. Также заявлено меню, но по факту еду на данный момент не готовят. Из плюсов — можно недорого постирать вещи и получить помощь с разными услугами. В итоге все недостатки во многом нивелируются ценой. За такие деньги — это хороший вариант с балконом и кондиционером, поэтому ставлю высокую оценку.
