As it is our first time to Inner Mongolia and that area, we need some support on the area as our hired driver is not very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the rest of the team at the front desk are not helpful and appeared impatient when we ask them anything. Their service level is below average and perhaps management need to give them some motivation to improve their service level.

Die umliegenden Restaurants, Bequemlichkeiten und frische Supermärkte sind alle, ob es sich um Freizeitspiele oder um Geschäftsreisen handelt. Selbstfahrende Freunde brauchen sich auch nicht Sorgen zu machen. Das Hotel hat einen kostenlosen Parkplatz mit sich, das Auto ist ausreichend und der Eingang ist sehr schwach. Die Dienste des Personals der Rezeption sind noch nicht ausgewählt, die Behandlung von Aufenthalt und Ausreise ist effizient und schnell, der gesamte Prozess lächelt und die Einstellung ist mäßig und intim. Die Mitarbeiter haben sehr gerne die Zimmer koordiniert. Nach dem Einkauf informiert sie auch die Zeit, die Hoteleinrichtungen zu nutzen, die Reisestrategien in der Umgebung, und werden sogar intim daran erinnern, dass sich das Wetter verändert, und die Details sind voller Zugehörigkeit. Die Innenräume sind groß und hell, die Gesundheit ist unerwünscht. Sobald die Tür ins Gesicht kommt, ist der Geruch völlig ungeschmackvoll. Der Boden, der Tisch und die Wäschewinkel sind unverfärbt. Die Bettwaren sind trocken und sauber. Die Bettwäsche ist schwach und mäßig und die Wäsche ist bequem und bequem. Die Zimmer sind besonders gut geräuschisolat, können die Geräusche des Korridors und der Außenwelt nicht vollständig hören, und schlafen bis Morgen über Nacht. The only reason we haven’t given full points is the bed was the hardest we have ever experienced and we didn’t get a full nights sleep during our stay. We know that Chinese people like a hard bed, unfortunately us westerners prefer a bit softer. I ended up sleeping on top of the doona on the last night with dressing gown over the top.  My husband slept on the sofa. On the last morning there were a lot of alarms going off and we weren’t sure if they were fire alarms. We couldn’t find a fire drill or map on exits etc. something like that on the door would be handy in English as well as Chinese. Apart from that a very good hotel.

GGastnutzerWe are two tourists from Canada and France. This hotel was recommended by one of our local friends and we really enjoyed it. The staff is helpful, the room is spacious and clean, and the location is ideal for people departing from the Donghe airport (10-15 min taxi ride). The complimentary breakfast was also excellent with food like red bean buns, self-serve noodles, coffee, bread, etc. and the overall quality of the hotel made our two-day stay in Baotou very relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you to everyone there who was very warm and accomodating!

GGastnutzerDie Wiesen sind im Mai schon saftig grün. Die endlosen Wiesen sind wunderschön. Die Jurte im B&B ist noch luxuriöser. Sie ist sauber und hygienisch, und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Jurte ist klimatisiert, sodass wir uns keine Sorgen um die Kälte machen müssen. Es ist nicht schlecht [stark], ich muss mich noch für ein B&B einer Kette entscheiden. Ich habe gebratene Lammkeulen bestellt, die sehr gut geschmeckt haben. An diesem Tag waren nicht viele Leute da, und der Chef hat uns auch ein Upgrade auf ein Sternenhimmel-Paket gegeben. GGastnutzerDie malerische Gegend bietet eine wunderschöne Umgebung und ist von weitläufigen Graslandschaften umgeben. Das Personal war von unserer Ankunft bis zu unserer Abreise freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf ein Jurtenzimmer, das noch luxuriöser und sauberer war. Jedes Zimmer verfügte über ein eigenes WLAN-Konto mit Passwort, sodass die Verbindung sofort hergestellt werden konnte. Es gab heißes Wasser zum Duschen und alle Toilettenartikel waren vollständig. Am Eingang gab es außerdem einen Imbissstand, der sehr günstig war und eine große Auswahl bot. So konnte man die wunderschöne Graslandschaft beim Spazierengehen und Essen genießen.

CCarlaOur experience was truly memorable! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with horse wine and traditional music, which set the tone for the trip. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, offering us a variety of activities right away. Shortly after arrival, we went horseback riding through the beautiful fields. Following that, we visited a nearby area with an array of activities like tea tasting, dressing up in traditional Mongolian clothing, archery, and viewing livestock. There was also an option to watch a horse riding show, but we decided to skip it as we were a bit tired. The room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even though it was cold outside, the heating kept the space warm, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of activities. It added a charming touch to the overall experience. In the evening, there was a large yurt on the premises where we enjoyed an authentic Mongolian dinner accompanied by a captivating live show. The night ended with fireworks, a bonfire, and more entertainment, making it a truly unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this place if you want a well-organized and immersive experience. Even though we don’t speak Chinese, communication was never an issue, and we always felt welcomed. A big thank you to the team for taking such great care of us!

GGastnutzerBeautiful resort in the Xilamuren grasslands, with a mix of traditional yurts and unique modern-styled accommodations. I stayed in both types of accommodation and both were very comfortable. Full length windows offer views of the expansive grasslands in the day, while the yurts also have a unique skyroof design for stargazing on clearer nights. Breakfast was quite simple local fare, mainly porridge with sides like pickles and egg, very filling. Lunch and dinner is not inclusive but there is a large menu that you can order from. The resort also has its own bar! I believe it is open nightly during the peak season of July/August, and depending on guest volumes at other times. The boss Mr Da and his staff were so welcoming and kind. I travelled solo, and they added me on WeChat so that I could easily reach them if I had any questions or needs. Boss Da also very kindly took me to a few local sights and spots, since I did not have my own means of transport (感谢达老板!). Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the resort. If I were to visit Xilamuren again, Xilamuren Grassland Mongolian Holy Land Resort would definitely be my accommodation of choice.
