"Staying at Shunsha, I had a VIP wristband, which allowed for a smooth cable car ride to the island via Ropeway No. 3. The staff at the transfer station were very enthusiastic and helpful, contacting a shuttle bus to take us to the hotel. The young lady at the lobby was incredibly beautiful and welcoming. The kids' entertainment area was fantastic, featuring a 3D printer, microscopes for observing animal and plant furs, and even microscopes to view sand from various islands. There was also a VR room next to it. The pool lifeguard was amazing, constantly monitoring the kids in their glass boats. The pool area had a fantastic vibe in the evening. The staff even set up beach chairs for guests to watch the sunset, which was incredibly thoughtful. The stargazing guide in the evening was very engaging and knowledgeable, and there were quizzes with many small gifts given out. The 'Round-the-World' cocktail at the Starry Sky Bar was beautiful and tasted excellent. The upgraded water-view room (for an extra charge) offered an amazing view. On weekend evenings, there was even hotpot by the pool, creating a wonderful atmosphere."

The hotel was concerned that we wouldn't like it and took the initiative to show us various rooms and offered to change us if we didn't like it. Such great service! The rooms were really nice and we had fun playing with the smart home system. As it was an outdoor room, big luggages will be inconvenient, drainage in the showers is slow. If privacy is a concern, make sure curtains are drawn. There's a self service laundry room but there's only one washing machine+dryer located in the main hotel"

"I requested a quieter room upon check-in. Everything was fine before I fell asleep, but in the middle of the night, I started to feel like I was sleeping in an airplane cabin. I called the front desk to complain about the loud noise in the room, and they said it was the air conditioner fan and that the room type I booked was the last one available and couldn't be changed. The staff knew about the room's condition, but they didn't tell me at check-in. Even after I reported it, they refused to change it. I originally booked two days and canceled the second. The front desk lady apologized during check-out and offered to upgrade me for free next time. I have almost zero chance of staying here again. I recommend that hotels warn guests of any problematic rooms upon check-in. If you sleep well, it's fine, but poor sleep can really disrupt your next trip."
