Ich komme nicht in ein Gebetszimmer oder ich sehe keinen gültigen Grund für diese Aktion. Das Zimmer ist nur so, ohne Fenster und es ist vorsätzlich nur zum Schlafen. Ich habe keine höheren Erwartungen für dieses Hotel gestellt. Aber sehr überrascht von der Politik. Hoffentlich lesen Sie diese Überprüfung und verbessern Sie den Registrierungsprozess. Danke.

Thank you for hosting our business trip to Kolej Vokasional Seri Iskandar from 13th to 18th Oct 2023. We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the quality of service that your hotel provides. We are pleased with the hotel accommodations, as they are generally clean, tastefully furnished and well maintained. Our participants enjoyed the buffet meal very much. There is a wide variety to choose from and the quantity provided is always sufficient and timely replenished. Your chefs’ culinary skills are obvious judging from the positive feedback we received from the campers. The dining area is spacious, well lit and hygienic. Most importantly, we are delighted by the readiness and the responsiveness of your staffs. They are always willing to accommodate whatever request we put forward. Such positive service attitude is highly commendable.

Wir genießen unseren Aufenthalt und für Lebensmittel essen wir vor allem in Restaurant P Ramlee neben dem Resort. Essen ist schön und die Umgebung ist gut für Outdoor-Aktivität. Wir kommen wieder.

The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy.

Pros: Clean, comfortable beds & pillows, white towels quite thick for a budget hotel, strong water pressure, reliable hot water, quiet surrounding, has a good drinking water machine where we can refill our tumblers. Has a clothes line in the bathroom. Room door uses sensor key. Can control room air cond temperature. Cons: When someone in the next room showers, the noise of the water is very loud. Shower area not separated from toilet area so the floor gets wet but luckily the bathroom is large so there is still a small area that does not get wet. No lift. Only street parking where you have to pay. Security not good enough. Anyone can enter & go up to the rooms. The receptionist won't know unless they stand up as they sit behind a high counter.

Room is clean and the staff is very friendly and courteous. Recommended to stay if you are going there for business.

The room is spacious and very suitable for a family of five. The bathroom is clean, tidy, and beautifully designed, providing good comfort. However, the futon or mattress provided is quite thin and less comfortable for me, as I am used to sleeping on a thick mattress. If a thicker mattress were available, the stay would have been even better.

房間設施破舊了，門把手都鬆了，枕頭心很黑了……浴巾也很黑，房間裏有個奇怪的門寫着“電路，危險”，老公晚上都不敢關燈，不敢睡覺。儘量不要晚上辦理入住，因為白天看到環境還是蠻好的，綠色的植物，温泉和游泳池，温泉煮雞蛋都滿有趣的。建議大家帶上自己的浴巾，枕頭套、被子床單，就可以避免一些不愉快和擔心。

The majority of people commented about the cleanliness of the toilet, yet it appears that the owner took no action at all. And, yeah, the toilet was filthy.
