Great location, but water supply was a real problem Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ (3 stars) Review: Book 2 rooms at Here Hotel Johor Bahru. The location is excellent—right near Sutera Mall with lots of food options around. There are also Karaoke and escape room around the corner. Super convenient for a short trip and Love the nostalgic shophouses vibes!!! However, the water supply was a major issue. The flow was weak and inconsistent, which made showering frustrating. For a hotel room, I expected basic amenities to work properly. Room was otherwise decent and clean, but the water problem really affected the stay. Good for location, but need to manage expectation. But for its price, it is valued for money.

Dieses Mal habe ich versucht, die Junior Suite zu buchen, eine Upgrade aus meiner üblichen SQ/SK Option. Besonders für ihre Badewanne, da ich einen schönen geistigen Unterbrechung benötigt. Ich habe jedoch bemerkt, dass die Badewanne nicht einmal füllt. Es drennt so schnell wie es füllt, so dass nicht nur viel Wasser verschwendet, es füllt nicht einmal über 10 cm Wasser. Es war so eine Schande, dass ich freue mich auf diese Ausstattung genießen. Die Toilette drennt auch sehr langsam an einem Punkt, an dem ich gespannt habe, weil ich dachte, es würde überschwemmt. Alle anderen Einrichtungen waren erstaunlich. Klimaanlage, Bett, TV, perfekt. Ich hatte einen erstaunlichen Aufenthalt, nach meinem Geschäftsbestellung nicht ausgehen wollte. Ich blieb nur in und bestellte eine Mahlzeit. Ich liebe Atelier!!! Bitte überlegen Sie, die Badewanne-Plug so verschwenden weniger Wasser und verbessern Badewanne Erfahrung.

Alles ist gut, sauber und komfortabel, so ich empfehle es sehr jedem, der diesen Bereich bleiben möchte

The Deluxe King room is large and comfortable and more space than the standard room. It also has a large toilet/shower. There is no bin the toilet, had to use the one bin in the bedroom. There are some amenities such as toothbrushes and soap but hidden in a small black tray in the corner of the long table below the TV, under the mineral bottles. If room is not bright because the curtains are not fully drawn, you would miss it which happened to my group. We booked 4 rooms and none of us knew there were toothbrushes provided, some of us went out to buy. One of us only discovered the existence of the tray the next day! Also, there are 2 TV controls and no instructions on the back of the controls nor in the room on how to operate the controls; one is for switching tv on/off only and one for controlling channels/sound. Had to approach the counter staff who then came into the room to explain. It would be much more pleasant experience if the counter staff just give a mention about where these things or how to work them at the time we were checking-in, and Before we have to ask. On the Sat night, there was some disco music playing from a distance away where the sound is not audible but the base beat-by-beat vibrations could be felt in the air even though all the windows were shut and locked down, and this went on the WHOLE night and gave me a poor sleep. I was surprised why this happened as I chose this hotel because many reviews from guests say the Milano hotel has good sound-proof rooms. I later discovered gaps in my windows even when they are shut and the gaps are not filled-up/sealed in room 208! Thankfully, the horrible music did not play on the Sunday night. I could put up with the other inconveniences which are minor, but if there were to be sound disturbances throughout the night, having the gaps in the windows was disappointing. Positive side, I like the availability of water to top up our tumbler at the front office area, besides the 2 bottles of mineral water in the room.

It is very clean and offers good service and amenities. Ventilation could be improved if the windows at both ends of the corridor were opened more frequently. It would also be even better if the room or bathroom had a small window facing the corridor

Ein King-Size-Bett und beigefügte Toilette. 2 gemeinsame Schlafzimmer. 1 Zimmer mit einem König/Königsbett und ein Einzelbett. Das andere Zimmer mit 1 König/Königsbett. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Sofabett. Es ist möglich für 1 Pax zu schlafen komfortabel. Das Toilette sieht alt aus. Und das Schlafzimmer im Master-Toilette hat einen Geruch. Ganz schlecht. Keine Beschwerden über Klang. Aber ich habe nur ein oder zwei Lauttürschlammen gehört, die ich nur für ok gehalten habe, weil es auch zu Hause passiert. Der Wind, die Kinder, versehentlich. Nachbarn scheinen gut. Kein Lärm von ihnen und nicht einmal in irgendeinen. Aber von jedem Zimmer hören sie nicht. Morgen um 530am hören Sie morgens Gebete aus einem der gemeinsamen Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten. Die anderen Zimmer hörten es nicht oder vielleicht tief schlafen. Haha. Und eine weitere Gebetssitzung um 430pm Nachmittag. Letzte um 30min. Wenn es sehr müde wäre, wieder zu zzz fallen zu können. Meine Kinder haben es getan. Das Handtuch ruft. Aber wir verwenden nicht so, wie wir es für unsere eigenen Handtuchs tragen. Ich mag es, dass es Sicherheitszähler gibt, aber nicht Ihre Gepäck vorab einchecken. Alles, was Sie nur fragen und einchecken, ist sehr glatt. Anweisungen des Eigentümers waren sehr klar und direkt. weniger als 5 Minuten zu prüfen. Frühzeitige Eincheckung erlaubt zu Lasten, wenn es zuvor keine Gäste gibt. Sehr schöne Eigentümer. Antworten Sie über whatsapp. Und sie lieferten kleine Wasserflaschen und Kaffeebeutel. Ganz überrascht sie wie die meisten, nicht. Und ein paar Müllbeutel .. gut! Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt ok, da wir nur dort schlafen. Keine andere Aktivitäten.

Cons: No locker provided; Not-welcoming receptionist; access card not working; roommate talking to the phone till midnight which was disturbing, earplugs given but ineffective to block noise; room door broken and couldn't lock; toilet was smelly and floor was always wet; some dirt on the table inside my cubicle; see-through blind; the dorm was probably meant for long-term working occupants as there were some weird rules. Pros: walking distance to Komtar JBCC and CIQ; towel (dirty), toothbrush and earplugs (not useful) were provided; being the most effortable option at time of booking. This was my first time staying in a capsule hostel. Honestly, it was a mixed and slightly negative experience but for a short rest it is still marginally acceptable.
