Selalu memuaskan Kalau ad yg rusak ,langsung pindah kamar,selalu ditanya ada keluhan atau enggak Keren sih Sekelas hotel murah tapi pelayanan nya mantappop Selalu disini kalau nginep dr luar kota atau dr mana ajaaaaaaaaa

What stood out the most was the hospitality and attention to detail throughout the stay. The atmosphere was pleasant, the facilities were well kept, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared for guests.

Staff ramah,lokasi hotel sangat strategis samping kanan masjid gunung merah,samping kiri masjid agung annur Pekanbaru. Dekat lokasi kuliner depan hotel ayam remuk pak E,Laundry express,kopi-kopi kekinian.

The only negative point is that the aircond outlet piping leaked and flooded the floor for the past 3 nights, though i have complained it to the cleaner to call the maintenance / technical guy to solve the leaking problem.

Rummes Zimmer und Komfort ... begrenztes Frühstücksbuffet aber es ist ok seit im auf Geschäftsreise

Das Zimmer ist sauber und gemütlich, der Platz ist komfortabel.

Dengan alasan kamar belum tersedia, baru bisa check in jam 4. Terlambat untuk masuk kamarnya, management diaturkan timnya agar bisa kerja sesuai SOP dan jadwal checkinnya

Basic hotel for one night stay. Friendly staff, clean, nice room! Walking distance to Masjid Agung. Travelling around - you can opt for GRAB Bike if you are too lazy to walk, otherwise, no issue to walk around exploring the streets and alleys.

For budget traveler, the hotel is suitable and not far from the town. It is a walking distance to the main attraction. The room is clean and breakfast is good. However it is good if the housekeeping could provide the daily complimentary mineral water during our stay without we ask for it first. It will be excellent if the hotel ca provide kettle and complimentary tea and coffee.

Bagus bersih sesuai harga. Posisi strategis dekat dengan jalan sudirman dan mall
