Our stay at The Lodge was nice. There were a few little things that I questioned, but that honestly is normal & did not really effect our stay. Everything in the lodge was clean & I do not know what wonderful smell they are pumping through the building... but walking into the lobby was wonderful! The decor was nicely decked out in holiday cheer! The Christmas Trees were beautiful too. We booked a King Suite, as the pic on Trip.com showed a jacuzzi tub in the suite. This is not the case. In fact, The staff at the front desk said they have not had jacuzzi tubs in the rooms for over 8 years. That was a disappointment... And King suites do not have a balcony, but Queen suites do have a balcony with sliding doors! They front desk did not offer to help with that misunderstanding, as offering a ”Fireplace room” (they said the jacuzzi rooms now had fireplaces after the removal of said tubs??... but no fireplace in my suite) or offering anything else... probably because I booked thru a third party(trip.com). It was definitely a spacious room, but a little overly ”roomy” with just a king bed, 2 nightstands,the entertainment/dresser, completely with a fridge in the cabinet, a very small ”dining table”, a glass coffee table & a pull out couch. The thermostat was set at a scorching 75 degrees, which I immediately turned down. At first, I figured it was just a fluke, but the power did go out one evening & sure enough, when the power was restored the thermostat reset to 75 again! We dined at the bar on a few occasions, which was nice & staffed ok, not the latest hours for a bar. The food is good & of course a little pricey. I'm sure there is a lot more to do during the nicer seasons... the answer for everything it seemed was ”it is the off season”. Overall, it was a nice place to stay in wine country & probably will return next year.

Reisen für einen Tod in der Familie, bei unserer Ankunft, was ein wenig vor der 3:00PM check in wir wurden informiert, sie waren kurz in der Hauspflege und ein Zimmer war noch nicht verfügbar und wenn wir OK mit einem behinderten Zimmer, Ich hatte kein Problem, weil ich behindert bin. Keine große, wir gingen zum Abendessen. Das Problem war, dass wir nicht telefoniert haben, bis nach 6PM, 3 Stunden vor der Zeit, dass Sie einchecken konnten und unser Zimmer war ein Standardzimmer, offensichtlich nicht um Hilfe bei Menschen mit Behinderungen. Wenn es einen Blickservice in diesem Abend gab, wäre es ein großes Problem, weil wir unsere Sachen in einen anderen Familienmitgliederraum setzen mussten. Wir haben das vorgesehen. Als wir endlich in unserem Zimmer kamen, war es wie 2 Stück Toilettenpapier auf der Rolle ohne zusätzliche Rollen verfügbar. Noch einmal, keine Biggie, ging zum Vordertisch und sie kümmerten sich um sie schnell. Tag der Beerdigung, gehen Sie eine Dusche, keine Körperwaschung. Nochmals wurde der Vordertafel angemeldet und sie kümmerten sich um ihn. Unsere letzte Nacht, ich wurde durch eine Uhr aufwacht, die aus einem anderen Raum kam, der mich früher aufwach als ich meine eigene Warnung hatte. Ich wollte nicht gehen und versuchen, diesen mysteriösen Alarm zu finden und es aus zu halten, aber der Alarm reichte gut über 15 bis 20 Minuten. Die Warmwasserbereitung war schön, um sich zu entspannen, aber Sand war auf dem Boden, und der Pool war sehr kalt für mich. Ich werde sagen, dass das Personal, das auf der Sicht war, sehr freundlich und hilfreich zu ihrer besten Fähigkeit, angesichts ihres Mangels an Menschen zu tun die erforderlichen Jobs, und ich habe geschätzt, es war Parkplatz für Veteranen. Wenn ich nur mit meiner Frau und meinen Kindern reiste, würde ich für ein anderes Hotel entscheiden, aber wenn ich sah, wie dies der Ort war, wo meine Familie beschlossen, dass wir alle gehen, damit wir in unserer Zeit des Trauers zusammen sein könnten, ist es, was es ist. Ich werde nicht in diese Kette von Hotels für zukünftige Reisepläne suchen.

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience with the front desk staff. I arrived at the hotel Sunday 01 march around 12:30 PM and politely asked if early check-in was possible. The two women working at the reception told me that no rooms were available until 4:00 PM. I said that was fine and that I would wait in the lobby. However, while I was waiting, several other guests arrived and they were checked in immediately. It was very clear that rooms were available, which made the situation feel unfair. Later, I approached the desk again with the same guests who were checking in and said that I had a reservation for today. The receptionist acted as if nothing had happened and looked visibly annoyed. During check-in, she tried to charge my card again for the reservation, even though my booking had already been fully paid online. When I saw the amount and asked what it was for, she could not clearly explain it. I had to tell her again that the reservation was already paid. Both receptionists then started checking the system and appeared irritated and nervous in front of other guests. Eventually they explained that there was a security deposit of $50 per day, which I completely understood and agreed with. However, they attempted to charge the wrong amount again, and I had to question it once more before they finally corrected the charge to the proper deposit amount. Overall, the situation was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. First I was told to wait until 4 PM while other guests were checked in, and then I had to deal with confusion about charges that should have been clear from the beginning. The hotel facilities are good, but the front desk service was very disappointing and needs improvement.

Das Frühstück im Hotel ist kaum etwas zu essen, so dass es ein Wal-Mart- Haus auf der anderen Seite gibt, es gibt Küchengeräte im Zimmer, die Sie selbst essen können.

Nicht schlechter Ort Marcus war sehr nett und half uns. Nicht super sauberer Ort, aber wenn Sie einfach in den Menschen zu stoppen sind nett und arbeiten spät.

This hotel is aging, but the location is amazing! We traveled to Cleveland for my son's birthday trip to a Cavs game. Upon arrival, the valet was extremely congested. No one came out to welcome us or anything so I thought all the valet were out parking cars. Instead, three of them were inside, laughing and talking. There was no mention of cost anywhere, so I was very surprised at the $50/day charge upon checkout. Considering it took them an hour to bring my car back to me upon check out, I would say that charge is VERY exaggerated. When we went to check in, I was surprised that they needed a credit card to hold $200 on. I prepaid and expected they would need a card on file, not to hold funds. Anyway, our first room seemed nice. It had an amazing view of Rocket Arena. But, I decided to rest a minute and when I looked at the ceiling, it was falling apart!! This was something I decided to give a pass on, considering the age of the building. However, when I got up to shower and there was a huge clump of long brown hair on the wall, that was too much for me. I went to the front desk and they were very nice about the issue and quickly moved us to another room. The rooms are basic. There is an armoire with an iron, two bottles of water, a coffee maker and coffee and a mini fridge. The televisions in the rooms are very large, that was nice. Check out was easy, just a lobby full of people all waiting for their cars to show up! The only other thing I can say is that I paid for a supreme room through Trip and was only given a standard room. So, there must be a miscommunication between Trip and the hotels. Be wary...

The hotel was centrally located to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Although the parking was not right on the property it was in a covered parking lot within a short walk to the hotel and the cost was included in our stay ! The front lobby looked rather new and was clean and shiny. Front desk staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hotel room was very clean and accommodating for 2 of us and came with the amenities you would generally expect. We had a king bed and it was comfortable, although the pillows were rather soft and despite both of us having 2 pillows each we could have used 1 or 2 more to be more comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was well done with a good variety of choices for us as we eat a carnivore diet. The coffee was a good as you would get at Starbucks. I don't know her name but the staff member who kept the buffet full was definitely one of the hardest working individuals I have seen. She was friendly, accommodating and exceptional and the hotel should award her appropriately. The only negative to our stay was that on the 2nd day of being there we returned later in the day after sightseeing and our room had not been serviced by housekeeping. I called the front desk and the staff person who had checked us in informed me that they had forgotten to tell us that housekeeping is only every other day. Staff member did provide us with additional towels however it would have been nice to have the bed turned down and used towels taken away.

Wir liebten unseren Aufenthalt im Drury Plaza, Downtown Cleveland! Das Personal war alles sehr nett. Die meisten Hotels in diesem Bereich und Preisbereich hatten keinen Pool oder Spa, so das Schwimmbad fühlte sich wie ein Bonus! Es war sauber, und sehr angenehm. Der Start sie bieten war erstaunlich! Es war ein ganzes Abendessen im Hotelpreis enthalten! PLUS 3 Erwachsene Getränke pro Erwachsenen Aufenthalt! Sie waren klassische Getränke, denken Kranberry Wodka und Whisky und Koks. Das Frühstück war auch lecker! Es hatte viel mehr zu bieten als nur das normale kontinentale Frühstück im Hotel. Das Essensbereich war super sauber und pünktlich gepflegt. Wir gingen 5 Minuten zum House of Blues für ein Konzert. Der Spaziergang war ziemlich straight vor dem Stadtzentrum! Das Hotel selbst war ziemlich sauber. Es ist ein bisschen aus dem Datum (keine USB-Ausgänge, die Blei ist offensichtlich alt, und drainiert ein bisschen langsam, kleine Fernsehgeräte, alte Teppich) aber es hat nicht wirklich von seinem alten einzigartigen Charme mit all dem Marmor und Licht entfernt. Die Betten und Kissen waren super komfortabel! Mein Sohn erwähnte, er wünschte, er hätte ein gemütliches Handtuch gebracht, bc ihre sind ziemlich dünn. Wir würden sicher in diesem Hotel wieder bleiben, wenn wir in der Gegend sind! Wir werden auch in verschiedenen Dürre-Orten auf Reisen aufpassen!

Was wir genossen haben. Wir hatten ein behinderten Zugang zu einem geräumigen 2 Queen Zimmer, vollständig aktualisiert mit viel Licht auf der 1. Etage. Alles im Zimmer war sauber und kleidet, was Ihnen das zu Hause Gefühl gab. Die Dusche hatte keinerlei Tub und war eine große Dusche für 2. Beim check in wurden wir mit einem freundlichen Partner mit einem Lächeln begrüßt. Die Erlangung der Zimmerschlüssel war so einfach wie die Bereitstellung einer ID und Fahrzeugtyp für ihre Parkplätze.  Was wir nicht genossen haben. Die Kleider auf den Betten waren halb gefüllt und es dauerte alle drei, um eine komfortable Kleider zu machen. Die rechten Wand, das erste Königin Bett, wurde jedes Mal, wenn jemand auf der Seite des Gebäudes die Toilette geflossen hat, gegen geräusch gemacht. Sounded like rushing water was coming through the wall. Let's just say not much sleep occurred during our stay.  Der Vorderbüro-Assoziierte, der auch Frühstück verarbeitete, war brutal und weigerte sich, unserem Toddler einen zusätzlichen Getränk zu geben, während wir noch immer mit dem Zitat ”Frühstück endete um 9:30 Uhr”. Das nächste Mal, wenn wir in der Gegend bleiben, finden wir woanders, auch wenn es eine weitere Fahrt ist.
