The location is good, it overlooks a beautiful church and the public library. Being in the middle of the city provides you access to multiple eateries and bars. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is limited and okay while the working space is comfortable and good.

Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, ein normales amerikanisches Frühstück mit Saft, Joghurt, Milch, Kaffee, Wurst, Omelettes, Hamburgerpastetchen, Brot und mehr. Das Hallenbad ist super klein, das Zimmer ist ok, das normale Standardzimmer. Gegenüber dem Hotel führt ein Weg um einen kleinen Fluss herum, der morgens fließen kann.

I came here for a two days business trip. The location is super convenient for me as it was one block away from my office. Since I went there for business, all i cared about is a clean room and a good shower. The water level in the shower was definitely strong. The breakfast buffet was good. They have coffee, oatmeal, corn hash, bacon, bread, fruits etc... The staff are very friendly and my whole experience was great.

Leider gibt es keine Parkplätze vor Ort, aber Sie können sich beraten, wo in der Stadt zu parken.

GGastnutzerDisappointing Stay – Would Strongly Advise Against Booking I traveled to Festus for a car show and needed a budget-friendly hotel near local amenities. While this property met that basic requirement, nearly every other aspect of my stay was a disappointment—and at times, unacceptable. To start, the hotel was unbearably hot inside. There was no functioning indoor air conditioning, and the common areas remained well above 80 degrees throughout my stay. Check-in was quick, but the front desk staff seemed unfamiliar with the facility—unable to even direct me to the pool, which I never located due to the complete lack of signage. The complimentary breakfast was, frankly, insulting. The food options were minimal and unappetizing—particularly the English muffins, which were so hard they could double as hockey pucks. The oppressive heat made it nearly impossible to sit and eat in the dining area anyway. My room, while clean, was far from comfortable. The mattress was extremely hard—comparable to sleeping on bare concrete—and the cramped toilet and shower area offered no room to move. Several cockroaches were spotted both in my room and in common areas, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. While I understand the hotel is currently under construction and the staff I interacted with were courteous, that alone cannot excuse the overall experience. The current conditions are simply not acceptable for paying guests. I had high hopes for this location but left deeply disappointed. Unless you have absolutely no other options within your budget, or until after renovations are fully completed (well beyond 2025), I strongly advise against staying here. I will not be returning.

GGastnutzerWe seriously loved this place!! Other than the fact it just LOOKED like a cool place to stay from the pics, it actually was a really cool place to stay. My 10 and 14yr olds, my husband and I stayed for this visit. Husbands aren't that cool so he didn't really care lol ;). But me and my 2 girls absolutely loved riding in the elevator. You can pay more for a higher room and more for a room with an indoor balcony. We did neither but were lucky enough to get up on the 4th floor. The elevator is activated with your room key, and you can only go on the floor your room is, the lower level with the pool and dining and the main level (entrance), so no fun rides to the top lol. The room was clean and spacious. It didn't smell. The beds seemed clean as well as the bathroom. We LOVED the atrium feature, getting up at 6am to swim while being able to look at the sunrise and the clouds was so much fun. My girls and I decided when we come back to the area that we want to stay here EVERY TIME lol. Complaints are minimal and they are made up by how much we enjoyed the hotel. Didn't care for having to pay to park at the hotel. There are free spots but that is very limited. The water looked kinda cloudy... Which made me feel a little weird, but we got in anyways and had a blast. The floor of the pool is very...scratchy and easy to cut yourself on. My daughter scaped her elbow on it and when she got out it started bleeding a little. They need to refinish the lining of the pool for sure. However, the pool was heated and we appreciated that.

GGastnutzerI really only booked the room to have a place to sleep and shower for two nights, and the hotel got one of these right. The shower was a problem because, when the shower was turned on, water would gather on the ceiling and rain down. It was very unpleasant, so I skipped a shower on my second night, took a video of the problem, and shared my concern and the video with hotel staff when I checked out. Other than that, the room and common areas seemed to be mostly clean, although I cleaned things in the room that housekeeping clearly didn't get to (e.g., a sticky microwave knob). I also found the elevators intolerably hot. Yes, it was record heat outside, but I don't understand why the elevator cars weren't air conditioned like the rest of the hotel common areas. As for breakfast, it was okay for consumers of the standard American diet - I.e., high fat, high sugar - and, as a whole-food plant-based consumer, not terribly appealing. But, this is mid-America.

鑫鑫匀Ich habe schon oft in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Jedes Mal, wenn ich nach St. Louis komme, um hier zu übernachten, kann der Hauptraum kochen, es gibt eine Suite und ein Schlafsofa, aber der Nachteil ist, dass die Betten zusammengesackt, sehr weich und unbequem sind. Es ist praktisch, auf jeder Etage eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner zu haben. Leichte Mahlzeiten und Bier sind von Montag bis Donnerstag gegen 17:00 Uhr erhältlich. Sie werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Es ist morgens einfach, aber trotzdem voll. An den Wochenenden sind viele Leute unterwegs, meist schwarz, aber sicher.

GGuest UserDie Freunde, zu denen wir vom Flughafen gingen, waren sehr praktisch. Es wäre toll, wenn wir direkt ein Taxi nehmen würden. Dann war der Service an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Wir waren in so vielen Hotels und empfanden die Preisleistung des Hotels als sehr hoch. Empfohlen

AAnonymer NutzerDer Ort war ok, nicht was ich als ”sehr sauber” betrachte, da waren Haare und ein Lichter unter dem Bett, aber das Zimmer diente seinen Zweck. Trip.com sagt es gibt einen Pool, aber wenn ich hier bin, kein Pool :( das war mein einziger Grund, um diesen speziellen Ort zu buchen, es zeigte sogar ein Bild eines Pools. Dieses ist das zweite Mal, dass das mir leider passiert ist, Ich werde nächstes Mal lernen, zu rufen und zu überprüfen! Die Damen am Frontdesk waren so nett und hilfreich bei der Ankunft!
