The Suites at Fall Creek

Easy check in and out. They check on you throughout your stay by text! Clean and everything worked as promised. We will definitely stay again!

Everything was okay. The signage could be better to direct guest to the pools and the different buildings and marina from the office. Plus there was no bedding in the room for the hide-a-bed. There were extra pillows though. There also was no sweep under the door to the adjoining room, so we could hear the talking and see them walking across the floor in the other room. There was also no trash cans outside for individuals to place trash. There was also trash in the elevators and employees have been in them several times

The place was really nice. It had a nice little kitchen, a screened in patio and a big bedroom.

Very clean, quiet, comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of hot water. Coffee maker, fridge, microwave and real dishes a plus. Coffee and tea provided was very good. Crabtree and Evelyn products were very nice. Our go to place when visiting Branson.

This is one of the best suites Full of amenities and facilities Only thing didn’t have enough time to enjoy all

The rooms were nice, but one of my employees had an issue with her room. The pullout sofa was stained on the outer/top cushion, as well as the bottom of the inner cushion (bed) was horrible. She didn't want to complain but she said she will contact the front desk to let them know. It could easily be steam cleaned. But the rest of the rooms were nice.

We have stayed here several times, but this time seemed disheveled. We were missing several basic things in our condo and also there was a weird smell. We will stay here again, but were a little disappointed with the state of our condo this time. Loved the amenities though
