Das Hotel war etwas schwer zu finden, aber es liegt im Herzen der besten Lagen Sevillas, was es sehr einfach macht, Orte wie die Kathedrale und den Alcazar zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war für den gezahlten Preis komfortabel und luxuriös und ich würde es anderen empfehlen!

Awful, advertised air conditioning in ground floor accommodation along with double bed Air conditioning consisted of a ceiling fan & inadequate vertical standing unit. In 40+ degrees heat!! No double bed, only single, noise atrocious as next to the lobby that has a heavy metal clanging door used by guests on upper floors. It was so bad I was forced into alternative accommodation

The apar**ent is spacious. The location is excellent as it is right in the old town. It was quite a experience to stay in an old building in a narrow street. The downside of staying in the bottom floor apar**ent is you hear noises from upstairs all the time such as walking, pulling a chair and dropping things on the floor etc. I also like to point out that the shower did not work very well. Hope it will be fixed for future visitors

Super Lage! Leider ist das Bad schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es gab lediglich eine Regendusche und keinen normalen Duschkopf. Zeitweise hat es leider nach Kanalisation gerochen.

Place was well located, but hard to check in. Despite what the email communication said to do, we had to read a note left on the door to the place to know to check in at the hotel around the corner. They showed us inside and to our room. The bathroom had some ceiling repairs that were terribly done esthetically, but worked well enough. Lighting was low and limited. Beds didn’t have enough pillows to sit up with, which was necessary because there was limited comfortable seating in the place. They need to fix the kitchen kick plates at the bottoms of the cabinets as they are painted cardboard and there were coffee pods, but no coffee maker that took them.

Super located, very nice staff and decoration. My room needed maintenance (bathroom ceiling and wc), also plants in the hallway needed to be watered, and I would appreciate a full length mirror. Thank you, I would come back for sure.

Perfect location for getting to see all of the main sites in central Seville. Spacious, clean and fresh accommodation that had everything we needed.

Wonderful location! We would love to stay here again. Only complaints are that the apar**ent was very hot and the pillows were not comfortable. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. It was clean and the staff at the hotel that owns the apar**ents was very helpful.

We could not check in at proper time because the last guest was late departing. ok, we'll wait at a nearby bar. We returned to be told the last guest now had left the heat turned on (in +30deg Celsius weather, no less). We got checked-in after another wait in the hotel bar. They would not even give us a courtesy free drink for our delay. We ended up arguing and paying the measly 6 Euros for our drinks ! We showered and went out for a bit. Returned to the room before supper to find the room unbearably hot. Another visit to the front desk. After more lively discussions, and their call to senior management to figure what to do, Carlos got us another room across the street on the second floor. An upgrade the 2nd young agent proclaimed ! It is 8PM, we re-pack and move. During the night we are awoken at 3AM by the garbage truck collecting traash in the courtyard. We could not get back to sleep so at 6AM headed to the airport for our 17 hour flight home. NOT a nice last night in Seville

Stayed on Oct 21, 2022. My husband accidentally booked this place not realizing that this was actually the same place that was posted with different pics which got bad reviews. So I called ******* asking to cancel but the hotel refused our request despite we sent our request immediately (less than one hour after we booked) with the reason being it was a non-refundable booking. We had no choice but to stay there.The check-in process was not easy. We had to wait for someone to come and opened the door, the check-in 'desk' was in the open area and smelled very strong like sewer. The room was by the alley where people were passing and we could hear them talked loudly because it wasn't soundproof. The floor was dirty and we could smell the strong sewer-like smell like outside; the toilet was not attached to the floor so it moved when I used it and AC didn't work. We addressed the issues and they tried to fix it right away by securing the toilet to the floor, giving us a spray for the sewer smell and a fan for the non-working AC. It didn't help. I got headache from the smell and couldn't sleep. They moved us to a room in another building on the second floor with narrow and dark stairs. The room dirty and dusty. Bathroom floor was very dusty. The bed and pillow were dirty and not comfortable. We couldn't sleep the whole night so we decided to leave early in the morning to the airport few hours before our flight time.This condition was also described in the reviews by past guests.

Property was in a very convenient location - a few minutes walk to Cathedral and main sights. Property was easy to find & clean. Only basic utensils provided - no chopping board, dustpan or wine glasses. Some noise early evening from restaurant nearby but closing the shutters kept that out. For nearest supermarkets, search for Carrefour Express.
