This hotel was amazing and we really enjoyed the location to everything aswell as the customer service right up to the manager as girls who have lived in auckland and experienced hotels there this place has immaculate care for their customers within their space we also enjoyed the body wash that smelt so beautiful we are going to get some of that also we are truly greatful thank you.

Such a beautiful location right on the waters edge. I stayed in one of the four standalone cabins. Each had their own covered outdoor seating area facing the water which was great when it was both sunny and raining. The cabin was clean and had all the equipment I needed. I was impressed that they provided washing up liquid, scrubbing brushes etc as often these sorts of things are not provided. There was no air con but fans were provided which helped and the bed was comfortable. The shower/kitchen block was close by with plenty of toilets and two showers. Both showers were hot and powerful, although one was so powerful it was painful! The other was much better. The kitchen /laundry area was well equipped although the oven was missing the shelves inside. Again it was all very clean.

Kleine Dinge hätten eine vollständige 5-Sterne-Bewertung wie zusätzlichen Kissen wie unsere waren ein bisschen flach, mit mehr Toilettenpapier als 3 Rollen Einzelkissen für 4 Personen auf einer 5-Tage-Reise nicht gekürzt, aber insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung. Die Waschmaschine war ein bisschen datiert, so dass wir mit dem Waschmaschine nach unten auf die Straße endeten, und wir hatten keine Ahnung, wo der Fitnessraum oder das Restaurant war, was schön gewesen wäre, wenn wir angemeldet worden wäre.

Stayed for 2 nights with wife and 8 year old son. The staff was super kind and welcoming. Our suite had amazing wraparound views of the bay. Parking spot was free and right next to our suite. WiFi was a bit spotty. Comfy bed. Walk to the beach was 10 min. Wonderful cafe in 2-3 min walk. The town was beautiful as well. Short drive north to the hot water beach was fun. I really liked this place. We made sure to clean up and do our dishes as note said extra fee if you left dirty dishes. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here for one night as a couple traveling down to Whangarei for an eye appointment. The location is absolutely excellent, and the eye clinic was conveniently just a short walk away from the motel. The on-site amenities were quite good, but unfortunately, the customer service was poor and the overall cleanliness of the place was only average. While the location is incredibly convenient for medical visits, the service and upkeep definitely need improvement.

Das ist auf dem Weg dorthin. Als wir ankamen, trafen wir freundliches Personal und eine schöne, saubere Umgebung, das Zimmer war geräumig und hatte einen fabelhaften Blick auf den Yachthafen, nicht zu vergessen den Tutukaka-Twilight-Markt mit toller Atmosphäre und Klängen. Es war ein heißer Tag, also leider, als wir in unser Zimmer zurückkamen, das auch sehr heiß war und es keine Klimaanlage gab, hatten wir tolle Staplerfenster und einen Ventilator an der Decke, aber es war der Wärme, die wir an diesem Tag hatten, nicht gewachsen. Es scheint also logisch zu sein, zum Außenpool des Geländes zu gehen. Als wir ankamen, fanden wir einen großartigen Salzwasser-Chlor-Pool und ein wunderschönes Pahutakawa, das nur darauf wartete, zu blühen. Konnte an diesem Ort nicht viel falsch machen, ich würde es Freunden garantieren, danke Leute, toller Aufenthalt?

War ein OK Aufenthalt für eine Nacht etwas höher Preis und die Matratzen waren ein bisschen vorbei, so dass nicht ein guter Schlaf leider dann waren wir brutal von jemandem auf unsere Tür und nicht aufhörten, bis wir es nur zu gehen, um zu gehen falsche Zimmer das war um 7 Uhr Leider verließen wir vor offenen Stunden des Büros oder hätten wir um eine teilweise Erstattung für unseren Aufenthalt gebeten.

We loved our stay here!!! They upgraded our room free of charge and nothing was too much to ask for. We ended up adding nights to our original booking, it was easy and no problem at all. Very clean and comfortable with everything one could possibly need. Super friendly family running this place. We will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing location! As perfect a spot as could imagine with views all over from hilltop perch. Would stay longer in future and that was during winter. Good space and facilities in the apartment. Staff on site is sufficient. DVDs and game room, pool (didn’t use) was sufficient entertainment. Unbelievable views.

The motel is in a good location. But the hotel is quite run down and very tired. The unit we had was relatively clean. The swimming pool looked a bit like a scene from a horror movie... In summary, It wasn't a bad experience to stay there, and it was quite good value for money.
