The room was reasonably clean but could be improved, especially in certain areas that felt a bit overlooked. Excellent location—very convenient and close to key attractions and facilities around Kuantan. Staff were friendly and helpful overall, providing a good level of service during the stay. Facilities were quite limited and did not fully meet expectations. Some amenities need upgrading or better maintenance.

We have a sixer room. We love the room deco and design. The room is spacious. The toilet and bath room setting is just nice and bring convenience. Our room facing arena star. We can listen concert from the room.But not lucky. Our room is at second floor facing the road. The traffic was very noise until 3:30am. I can’t sleep until 3:30am.

Das Hotel liegt direkt im Zentrum der Stadt, Zimmer ist sauber, mit kostenlosem unbedecktem Parkplatz, nicht bequem, wenn es regnet. keine anderen Einrichtungen in diesem Hotel, keine Café und kein Frühstück, es gibt jedoch Nahrungsmittelhof in der Nähe und Viele Restaurants sind nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Dieses Hotel benötigt Wartung. Zimmer 803, das mir zugewiesen ist, hat Wasserleitung leckt, der Toilettenboden ist immer nass. Wasserdruck ist gut, Klimaanlage ist cool und WiFi ist nur für leichte Verwendung verfügbar, nicht auf Youtube arbeiten. Das Signal ist hier jedoch sehr stark, so dass die Verwendung Ihrer eigenen mobilen Daten überhaupt keine Frage ist.

Sag dir was ... ich bin ehrlich gesagt überrascht ... es ist ein altes Hotel, aber es wurde renoviert, okay ... das Badezimmer ist komfortabel und wurde modernisiert ... es lohnt sich also bei dem Preisangebot ... beim nächsten Mal kannst du es noch einmal wiederholen ❤️ ❤️

Everythings just good except bed. Bedsheet seems like not change because i saw stain at many part of the sheets. Duvet cover have lipstick stain. I've experienced power shutdown last time in my room. Already call the receptionist, then they said will send technician in short time. I wait almost 5min. Then call receptionist again. 1min after that the technician just come and do his work.

Let me tell u about the toilet, as no review about it yet. I am so thankful to select this hotel as the toilet is spotless clean and up to my expectation. The water pressure is good eventhough we were on the 8th floor. And just look at the view. Super nice and u can see the river and the tower. We had a room with balcony. So the view is spectacular.

The place is great and calm. Got variety of food for the breakfast buffet and is delicious. The location is very strategic for tourists. Can be repeated again and love it. Overall is satisfying!

Ada meeting nearby so book hotel ni. 1 malam je pon. Betul2 tepi sungai so malam tu dapat la jog 10km tepi sungai sambil2 tunggu baju dobi. Selfservice laundry betul2 kat bawah hotel je.

The room is as what was advertised - body and hair shampoo provided. Room is clean. Towels are clean but you can see they are abit worn out. I am not complaining given the price we pay. There are 2 hotel reserved parking lots and we have been lucky to be able to utilise them while we were there for 3 days 2 nites stay. Staff are helpful. We stayed on level 2 - the highest level. However, on Sat night, very late at night, maybe in the wee hours, we could hear furnitures being moved and dragged above us. The hotel may want to avoid such furniture move during these hours so as not to disturb the sleeping time of their guests

Sy hotel is few kilometres away from Jerantut city centre but very near to my favourite place for dim sum(dragon big pau) and quan yin temple.hotel is cheap and easy to park car in front of hotel.room is small,simple but clean and they do provide drinking water and TV.Good for short stay (one day)
