Die Zimmer waren im Allgemeinen sauber und geräumig, obwohl einige Einrichtungen von Renovierung und Modernisierung profitieren konnten. Das Frühstück war zufriedenstellend, mit ausreichenden Optionen für die meisten Gäste. Trotz einiger kleiner Verbesserungsbereiche war die Gesamterfahrung angenehm und wertvoll für Geld.

We enjoyed the stay. There is a small indoor playground and cartoon for the children at the lobby. The kids love it. No mozzies and it was actually quite cold at night. Sufficient beds for a family of 4. Mattresses are on the floor so not worried young children will fall off the bed. Everything was good, it is just 2 mins walk to theme park. The only down side is there’s no dedicated parking area for SkyWorld Hotel, we actually parked at Highlands Hotel parking area (opposite road to SkyWorld Hotel).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at B&J Tioman Dive Resort on Tioman Island, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, it was clear why B&J has built such a strong reputation among divers and travelers alike. One of the first things that impressed me was the cleanliness of the accommodation. The room was well-maintained, comfortable, and spotless throughout my stay. Housekeeping standards were consistently high, making it easy to relax after a day of diving and exploration. The resort grounds were also kept clean and tidy, creating a welcoming and pleasant environment that reflected the professionalism of the entire team. What truly made the experience special, however, was the people. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was assistance at the reception, advice on local activities, or help with dive logistics, the team always greeted guests with a smile. The dive instructors and divemasters deserve particular praise. They were knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about sharing the beauty of Tioman’s underwater world. Their enthusiasm was infectious and helped create a fun and relaxed atmosphere both above and below the surface. As a diver, I greatly appreciated the balance that B&J strikes between enjoyment and safety. Every dive was well-organized and professionally conducted. Safety briefings were thorough, equipment checks were carried out carefully, and the dive guides remained attentive throughout the dives. Despite maintaining high safety standards, the team ensured that the dives remained enjoyable and memorable. Their familiarity with local dive sites allowed us to maximize our underwater experience while feeling secure at all times. It is reassuring to dive with professionals who clearly prioritize guest safety without compromising the fun and excitement of exploring the reefs. Another highlight of staying at B&J was the abundance of delicious food available nearby. The resort’s location provides easy access to a variety of eateries offering local Malaysian dishes, fresh seafood, Western options, and refreshing drinks. After a day spent underwater, it was wonderful to have so many excellent dining choices within walking distance. The combination of great diving and great food made every day on the island something to look forward to. Overall, my stay at B&J Tioman Dive Resort was outstanding. The clean accommodation, warm and friendly staff, professional dive team, strong safety culture, and excellent food options combined to create an unforgettable holiday experience. I would not hesitate to recommend B&J to anyone visiting Tioman Island, whether they are experienced divers, new divers, or simply looking for a relaxing island getaway. The past few days in Kuantan, we stayed at Kuantan Imperium Seaview by AVANZEE and honestly, we loved the experience. Check-in was smooth, fast and hassle-free. The security guards and staff stationed near the mail room were friendly, welcoming and very accommodating, making the entire process feel easy and comfortable right from the beginning. Our unit was located on the 7th floor. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic feel. It felt like a cozy studio apartment equipped with a simple kitchenette complete with microwave oven, water filter, kettle, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Hairdryer and iron were also thoughtfully prepared inside the built-in wall cupboard, giving the room a sleek and minimalist appearance. The TV came with Netflix and YouTube, though we barely had time to use them because Kuantan itself has so much to explore. Internet speed was decent too, which is important especially for travellers, foreigners or content creators who need reliable connectivity. The bathroom was modern, clean and well-maintained. Shampoo and bath gel were provided as well. One thing we really appreciated was the sleeping arrangement. Besides the main bed, there were also two very comfortable sofa beds. A family of four can easily stay here comfortably, or even more if travelling with young children. Extra pillows and blankets were also prepared in the cupboard. Location wise, it’s almost perfect. The property is peacefully located slightly away from the busy city centre, yet still close enough for convenience — just across a short bridge. This balance makes it feel like a relaxing seaside escape without being too isolated. The seaside is located directly beside the property and is only a short walk from the carpark. Every morning, we could see locals collecting clams along the shore. Their buckets were filled with white clams and edible sea snails, which was honestly quite fascinating to watch. The facilities here are excellent too. There’s a beautiful swimming pool, wet and dry playgrounds for children, barbecue area and plenty of family-friendly amenities, making it an ideal destination for a family getaway or staycation. But perhaps the highlight for us was the breathtaking view from the room. Being on the East Coast of Malaysia, we were treated to stunning sunrises every morning as the sunlight reflected beautifully across the crystal-clear sea water. Sunset views can also be enjoyed from the opposite side in the evening. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return again — hopefully next time together with the kids and our parents.

Die Toilette war sehr enttäuschend, da es keinen richtigen Duschbereich gab. Wir mussten in der Badewanne duschen. Können Sie sich vorstellen, ich habe meine 53-jährige Mutter mitgebracht und sie musste in die Badewanne klettern. Was wäre, wenn sie rutschig gewesen wäre? Zum Glück ist nichts passiert. Bitte überlegen Sie, die Toilette durch einen richtigen Duschbereich zu verbessern. Alles andere war in Ordnung, aber die Dusche war unbequem.

Hi, everthing was smooth and nice. Unfortunately , had a disappointing experience during my stay. Although a toothbrush may seem like a small matter, it was listed as an available amenity, so I did not bring one as I was travelling from out of town. When I realised it was missing, I called the staff and was asked to look for it. I explained that I had already checked but could not locate one. I was then told that it would be brought to me the following morning because there was no staff available to deliver it that evening. I understood the situation and agreed to wait until the next morning. Unfortunately, no one followed up, and the toothbrush was never delivered before I checked out. I am not usually a critical guest, but when an amenity is listed, I believe it should be provided or the guest should be informed beforehand. I hope the management can improve its communication and service in the future. Thank you

Beautiful Garden with many fountains in the Durian orchard. The view at Sky Lounge is incredible. Basic Breakfast with No keto friendly food. No coffee bean machine for coffee lovers. Staff welcoming, especially Danish at Pet Farm. He's knowledgeable & loving care for the animals makes our visit memorable. Other staff are also friendly.

I had terible experience stay under this management. Beds full of bugs, toilet were VERY dirty. Ask the management to clean up the unit but the management changed my room, after change room, same problem occur, toilet still dirty, FLUSH BROKEN, can't flush. Only bugs dissapear in the second unit. Please check carefully before you check in. I dont understand they actively open these unit for rental. you better check carefully ya. Aminities all A+ under the Timurbay, only this management were the main problem.
