Place are very clean/modern than other branch,but service need more improvement! Why I say that? Because I ask then how many times to clean and change the bedsheets but we are just waiting for nothing, The reception who sent my passport in my room I really appreciate it. The call confirmation in my room is amazing as well for safety. Thank you!

The service is good. All the staff are kind, accommodating, and considerate. But the location is quite hard to find. Yet we got a nice, clean, and peaceful stay.

Die Lage ist großartig. Sie müssen nur eine vermietete Immobilie sorgfältig auswählen. Unsere scheint wie ein Bodega malayo sa Bild Ng room na ni booked namin 😂 Wir sind auf unserer Jahresreise nur mein Mann und ich. Das Zimmer ist riesig pero hindi mahos, ein Ersatzbett auf der Seite, zwei gebrochene TVs unter dem Tisch, ein Zentrumtisch auf der countertop.all in allen Parang inayusang Bodega, Hindi matabagan ang agent wala kaming ma präsent na Genehmigung, buti na Lang zur Rettung ist ate guard 😂😂😂 Jedenfalls alle belastet zu erleben.

I booked the hotel for convenience since the evebt i attended was in Sta Lucia East Mall only. First night was amazing. Second night and last is almost disaster. I requested fro housekeeping but they never provided same things on the first night. I even called reception and theyctook 1.5 hrs for bottled water. No soap, no shampoo. They did not even change the pillow cases. But location is very practical so I might if given the chance book this hotel again soon.

The location was lovely. There was a nearby Korean store and also a burger shop which is walking distance. A lil bit further and you are able to visit fruit stalls or other food options as well. I was lucky to have been given a free upgrade with a better view which I am very thankful for! Also note, should you bring more than 2 pax, you will need to pay extra at the desk. I believe it was 500pesos per person. It was still a good deal. Parking is available however limited as you are parking into a sort of housing parking spot. Nevertheless, enjoyed the stay here with my family and def would be back again should I visit the city.

Ich habe einige Beutel von Zement und Pailletten in der Nähe des Aufzugs bemerkt, so dass ich annehmen, sie machen einige Renovierungen. Ich hoffe, der nächste Besuch wäre spotless 😄 Das Zimmer ist unerwartet geräumig. Rein, aber Torn Handtücher. (Die Waschmaschine Mitarbeiter könnten seinen Zorn auf die Handtücher projizieren 🤣🤣🤣) Ich habe gut geschlafen. Bislang haben sie das komfortableste Bett, das ich in der Woche unter 4 Hotels schlafen habe. Der Empfangsmann lässt uns in einer Stunde vor unserer Eincheckung, der Sicherheitsbeamte ist sehr hilfreich. Suchen Sie das Geheimnisobjekt im Toilette😆

I was expecting our room to face a very beautiful view of mountains and nature but turns out ti be a view of untrimmed grasses and the parking lot. Anyway, I appreciate the accomodation and the location since it is near the central business district.
