No frills hotel accommodation Pros: - Located at the entrance of Jonker Street, and walking distance to the center of the historical city ... the main advantage - food outlets are as close as next door, Hard Rock Melaka is just around the corner - clean room and bathroom - access into the premise, to the specific floor and to the room by card only - filtered water (hot and cold) is provided at the ground floor - good soundproofing between rooms and corridor - basic amenities are provided, others can be requested - brief check-in and check:out process Cons - no parking is a major disadvantage given if you are traveling with young children or senior citizen. Also it is not easy to find public carparks in this part of the town - fridge available but takes forever to chill - noises from the Jonker and loud music from trishaws can be heard ... but not so much of a cons if considering choosing the location for the lively atmosphere. There's always a middle room with no window if one prefers a quiet room

Wir haben im Hotel für 2 Nächte für meinen Familienurlaub geblieben. Meine Familie hat 2 kleine Kinder, wir hatten hier eine tolle Zeit. Die Familienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, komfortabel, sauber. Das Apartmenthaus hat einen Pool für Erwachsene und Kinder. Es gab ein Problem mit der Türverriegelung im Wohnzimmer, aber es wurde am nächsten Tag vom Besitzer behebt. Es war kein Problem. Wir mögen diese Art von Unterkunft wirklich. Wir kommen nächstes Mal wieder.

The accommodation is new, well-equipped, and clean. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as the water dispenser offering hot and room-temperature water, and the provision of extra trash bags. Overall, I had a great and enjoyable stay. However, there were a few downsides. Firstly, guests are required to contact the owner in advance for check-in details. Neither the owner nor I initiated contact, leaving me unprepared upon arrival. When I reached the apartment at 8 PM, tired from travel, I panicked as the agent's office near the drop-off area informed me they did not service this particular rental unit. The service staff was kind enough to assist by calling the number listed on the Trip.com app (+60 16-699 6688), but the calls went unanswered. After several unsuccessful attempts on WhatsApp, I was fortunate to find another contact number (+60 19-668 8335) in a related email. Through WhatsApp, I finally reached someone who provided the check-in details, and we managed to check in close to 10 PM. I hope through sharing this review could help better others on their check-in process and not experience what i had gone through. Another drawback is the gym and game room facilities, which require booking through an app likely intended for condominium residents. Additionally, there are no eateries within walking distance—the nearest options are a 5-minute drive to the D'Tank Paradise Foodcourt, which offers a good variety of food choices. Despite these challenges, the quality of the accommodation itself made the stay pleasant..

Bleib hier ein paar Tage noch kann man bedenken ok.tv hat wenige Kanäle, aber ich denke, sie sind nur auf dem extra-Kanal von Freitag bis Wochenende nur.weil in Wochentag nur 3-4 lokale Kanal nur.Toiletries enthalten Zahnbürste ist bereitgestellt.Wasserfluss ist gut aber für Wasserheizung früh am Morgen ist nicht heiß.aircond function.Badezimmer Auspuff-Fan auch arbeiten und dies ist wichtig für Bad.Weil die meisten Hotels diese Sache nicht funktion.für beten Sie müssen Ihre eigene Seedah.aber das Zimmer ich bleiben hat carpet.iron kann bei der counter.hairdryer im Zimmer beantragen.das Handtuch ist sauber.Schlafblatt und auch sauber.wie üblich nur 2 Schalen geliefert.Vielleicht sollte das Management auf der Zimmertür verbessern.Weil es so laut ist, Weil Sie es nicht normal schließen können.Dieses Hotel hat nicht ihre eigene Cafe.Aber um das Hotel hat eine Menge Restaurant, aber meist chinesisches Essen.Aber wenn Sie ein Auto haben, das sollte kein Problem sein.Wenn Sie nicht auch leicht zu bekommen.Wäscherei hat 2 in der Nähe des Hotels.all Zimmer hat Fenster, aber mein Zimmer kann das Fenster nicht öffnen.Keine Ahnung, warum Sie das Fenster schrauben müssen.Manchmal brauchen wir auch frische Luft,dass warum wir Zimmer mit Fenster.i Bemerkung Bad Wand kann tatsächlich aus dem Schlafzimmer sehen, aber sie schon setzen Wallpaper.aber das Licht aus dem Badezimmer kann noch durch das Wallpaper.für diejenigen, die mit Licht schlafen können vielleicht kein Problem.für das Badezimmer kann die Sauberkeit verbessern,vor allem die Wand.Dies ist das gemeinsame Problem für ein Hotel.

Great service. Plus point: all the service crew speaks english fluently! Location is great, less than a minute walk to the jonker street area, very convenience and also was given complimentary breakfast for 3D2N stay. Amenities is ok, not very sound proof walls, can hear alot of piping sounds during sleep, otherwise all is great.

Ich habe 3 Zimmer gebucht. Als ich ankam, musste ich mich mit dem Gastgeber selbst in Verbindung setzen. Normalerweise wird der Gastgeber uns vor dem Einchecken kontaktieren, um sicherzustellen, dass wir in unsere Zimmer reibungslos überprüfen können. Das Hotel sollte bemerken, dass wir den Gastgeber kontaktieren müssen, bevor sie anmelden, wenn sie uns zuerst kontaktieren wollen. Da wir ein Formular für jedes Zimmer ausfüllen müssen, so dass es so viel Zeit dauert. Ich muss sogar warten, bis der Gastgeber unser Zimmer einstellt. Wir sollten bis 3.00 Uhr einchecken, aber es gibt 1 Zimmer, die wir um 6.00 Uhr einchecken mussten. Der Gastgeber bat uns, im Parkplatz zu parken, den wir selbst bezahlen müssen, wenn wir das tun. Nach den Verhandlungen der Gastgeber kam er zuerst mit der Parkkarte, aber wir mussten zuerst in meinem Schwesters Zimmer warten. Es hat 5 Aufzüge für beide Blöcke, aber nur 2 Aufzüge können verwendet werden. Es musste fast eine Stunde warten, um sich in den Aufzug zu bekommen. Andererseits war die Wasserversorgung in Block b gelb. Es würde sicher nicht wiederholen, hier zu bleiben. Aber auf der hellen Seite sind die Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Eignend für Familien

The mini green chair appears to be not in the room VS what is shown in the trip app picture. It’s no big issue for us. The front desk uncle was quite friendly in assisting to resolve the intermittent connection from the TV. Something to take note is that it doesn’t provide tooth brush and tooth paste so you will need to bring your one over. Upon further check at trip app, It is not a hotel( it looks like one) so it’s acceptable that they doesn’t provide. Barefoot throughout the house from the front lobby to corridor and to the room. A concern that we have is the homestay’s landscape contractor coming up to our room 3 time in the late morning to knock out door and rush us to shift our car in order for them to cut the grass. This is despite the fact that they are being informed of us checking out soon before 12 noon. In our view, It feels like we are being chased out of this place. The 3rd time is when I personally go attend to them while I am still brushing my teeth to show it to them that I needed to change up myself first. Maybe a home stay environment is different from a hotel stay so I can’t expect the service provided to be equivalent to that of a hotel standard.
