Had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Despite having the toilet leaking on the 1st day evening, they sent 3 maintenance guys to check and rectify the problem. Loved the shower, strategic location near to many eateries, walkable attractions abt 15min, have a small pool quiet and cosy, overall good time. Definitely will come back again. Easy to check in with touch screen card access guidelines and check out. They have hair dryer, iron board, electrical kettle, tea coffee sugar, workable TV, mini fridge. Pool is at L23 open 7am-8pm, there is a vending machine to purchase swimming attire of all sizes. L3 there are ballrooms, small gym and a restaurant. The view is amazing. Thank you so much.

Our stay at Puteri Bay Melaka was great 👍🏼 The location was great because we are able to have a good view of the beach, and it was near food places. The hotel reception and staff were also kind and helpful. Food selection for breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable and had a good sleep 👍🏼👍🏼 The downside was that the toilet was not totally clean as there were strands of hairs sticking out from under the bed. Additionally, there were no toothbrushes provided in the room, and the prayer mat had an odour. Generally, the stay was good although maybe staff need to ensure the room cleanliness and smell abit more? I would still recommend the hotel for the comfortable beds and nice view and location beside the waterfront 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Mir gefällt, dass sich dieses Hotel in Melaka-Stadt befindet. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. In der Nähe befinden sich die Mahkota Parade, der Dataran Pahlawan und vieles mehr. Und nicht zu vergessen: Die Parkplätze sind kostenlos! 👍🏼

Das Hotel hat sich offensichtlich nicht gut gepflegt. Das Teppich außerhalb des Aufzugs ist geräuchert. Das Zimmer ist alt, und das Badezimmer ist schmutzig. Ich sah sogar ein Haar noch auf dem Bett, frage mich, ob sie wirklich das Bettblatt ändern?

Sehr gut👍👍👍, das Hotel riecht so gut … Angefangen beim Eingang (Lobby) … Treppe … Aufzug bis zum Zimmer … Sehr gute Schallisolierung … Das Zimmer, in dem ich übernachtet habe, ist mit einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet … Haartrockner … Kaffeeset für zwei Personen … In der Nähe einer Moschee … Einfach mit dem Grabcar zu erreichen, Parkplatz vorhanden … So nah an Restaurants (so vielen) … Werde in Zukunft wieder buchen … Das Personal ist auch so freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit …

The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of food and a spacious dining area. However, there were quite a lot of hairs on the carpet in the room, which was not very pleasant. The carpet should be vacuumed properly before each new guest checks in. Only two small bottles of shower gel were provided, which was not enough. I asked the receptionist for more, but was told there was no extra shower gel available and was only given shampoo instead. One of the towels was also torn. The water flow was quite slow, and the mattress felt a little too hard. Overall, the breakfast was good, but the room cleanliness, amenities, and comfort could be improved.

I booked this hotel for a one-night stay. While the front desk service was excellent and the room was clean and well-maintained, I unfortunately would not choose to stay here again, especially considering the price point. The room was also smaller than I expected, particularly the bathroom. Space felt quite limited, which made the stay less comfortable than anticipated. For the price paid, I expected a more spacious and practical room layout. The biggest issue for me, however, was the lack of soundproofing. The walls seem extremely thin, and I had a very poor night’s sleep because of the constant noise. I was repeatedly awakened throughout the night, starting from around 5AM. The noises came from both inside and outside the hotel, including motorcycles passing by, people talking and laughing loudly on the street, footsteps on the stairs, doors closing, cups and mugs being placed on tables, housekeeping activities, and vacuum cleaners. At times, the sounds felt as if they were coming from right next to my bed. For the rate charged, I believe there are other accommodations that offer much better value and a more comfortable sleeping environment. A good night’s rest is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, this property fell short in that regard. That being said, I would like to commend the staff for their friendly and helpful service. I also appreciated the complimentary snacks and free-flow water available in the pantry. These were nice touches that enhanced the overall guest experience. Another positive aspect is the parking. For guests who are driving, the hotel provides complimentary parking spaces, and the parking area is relatively spacious. This makes it convenient and hassle-free for those traveling by car. Overall, the service and cleanliness were good, and I appreciated the parking facilities and pantry amenities. However, the small room size and poor sound insulation significantly impacted my stay. Unfortunately, this will likely be a one-time stay for me.

Truly recommendable! The staff here is nice and they really are commendable. I booked a solo bed with other guests. It’s a great experience to stay! The breakfast also changes each other day! I would go back here when I’m in melaka. I have tried their hotels as well back in siargo, ph. It’s really heartwarming. If you have the time to read their boards, omg you’ll get amazing tourist deals!!!!!

The staff is super super friendly and attentive to us when there is an issue. The room is quite spacious for 2 pax and also clean however we didnt turned on the tv as we spent most of the time outside which is super convinient near to jonker street/walk. We went back and forth few times because we forgot to spray on sunscreen. But overall, i will definitely book again as it is really super super convenient. Oh! And not to mention about the gelato downstairs at the lobby too!!
