Hope u guys can improve dari segi kebersihan sebab lantai tandas dan lantai bilik rasa melekit macam sabun cuci lantai tak bilas habis. As suggestion why not u guys put some basic cuttleries macam mangkuk pinggan sudu garfu ke. Yang lain okay selesa harga pun berpatutan, parking pun senang cuma mahal lah flat rate Rm15. Cuma make sure u guys double check regarding facities ya so that ur customers boleh guna kemudahan hotel and tak kena sound dengan staff hotel lagi. Tq

Unser Aufenthalt in Puteri Bay Melaka war großartig 👍🏼 Die Lage war groß, weil wir einen guten Blick auf den Strand haben können und es war nahe an Lebensmittelplätzen. Die Hotelrezeption und das Personal waren auch freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Auswahl von Lebensmitteln für Frühstück war gut und die Betten waren komfortabel und hatten einen guten Schlaf 👍🏼👍🏼 Der Nebenteil war, dass das WC nicht völlig sauber war, da es Fässer von Haaren unter dem Bett standen. Zusätzlich gab es keine Zahnbürsten im Zimmer, und der Gebetsmahl hatte einen Geruch. Im Allgemeinen war der Aufenthalt gut, obwohl vielleicht das Personal die Zimmer sauber und riechen mehr? Ich würde das Hotel noch für die komfortablen Betten und schöne Aussicht und Lage neben der Wasserfront empfehlen 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The pipe head is loose. Be careful when open or close the pipe head. The pillow fabric has a dirt spot. The cleanliness of room needs improvement. The hairdryer cannot open. Exchange the hairdryer with another hairdryer. No water bottle. Collect slippers from the counter at level G. The staff is helpful. Free car parking but it's limited. Better bring own towel.

Ich mag saubere, große Zimmer, große Toiletten und große Betten. Die Lage ist in Ordnung. Ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett in der Nähe des Zimmers wäre toll. Das Einzige, was mich stört, ist, dass man seine Kleidung draußen bügeln muss. Das Hotel selbst ist wunderschön. Das Frühstück ist okay, die Auswahl ist nicht riesig. Besser als nichts. 8 von 10 Punkten von mir und meinem Mann. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße

The moment we arrived, an uncle came over very quickly to open the door for us, which made us feel really welcomed. Check-in was smooth, and they were also very kind to let us use their freezer to store our own things. The whole place felt very comfortable and relaxing, almost like coming back home. It was very clean, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the location was quite convenient too. The balcony was also really beautiful and made the stay even nicer. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back again next time.

Große Lage! Genau neben Melaka Hill. Gutes Frühstück auch. Hatte eine nette Chatte mit einem Kerl aus China, mit dem ich das Schlafzimmer während des Frühstücks geteilt habe! Das Zimmer hat kein Fenster, aber das ermutigt mich, früh raus zu kommen und zu erkunden Melaka :) Gute Karte, die auch vom Inn bereitgestellt wird, aber nicht komplett, wenn Sie Melaka erkunden möchten.

Conveniently located in the middle of Jonker Walk which allows you to explore most the weekend activities by just walking. You can just walk back to the hotel to freshen up and them go out again. The only minus point is that it can get too noisy at night as the room is facing the street where the street activities are going on.

a great budget hotel find for anyone looking for a comfortable stay without breaking the bank. the room was really cozy. got upgraded for a bigger room for f.o.c and it came fully equipped with a tv, iron and kettle nor mineral water. as a muslim travelers, they also provide a clear qibla direction sticker. the aircond was superb too, really cold and perfect for a good night's sleep. the bathroom was the best part, it was clean and the water pressure was really strong which makes showering so refreshing plus most importantly, it has a bidet hose, which is a huge plus. the elevators are okay so no long waits. the staff are very friendly and welcoming also theres plenty of parking space, not to worry about finding a spot for parking. hotel location very strategic & located in the middle a city & convenience store for restaurants, i have to walk a little bit, but it’s a manageable distance. one minor downside, the room soundproofing isnt the best, i can occasionally hear noise from the hallway or outside the room. if youre a light sleeper, you might want to take note of that. overall i highly recommended for those who want comfort on a budget

My family super love here, waterpark swimming pool my children love it! Room is clean. Everything is good ~ will comeback soon!

Everything was great except for the lift service of the building itself. The system of the lifts was so stupid that we waited almost an hour to get down from the 33th floor. In the end there were 20 people just waiting to go down. Out of 6 lifts only one comes when called/signal is given. Otherwise everything was clean and nice.
