In die Jahre gekommenes, grundsätzlich schönes Hotel. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig und an Details & Austattung mangelt es. Für Instagram Posts eignet sich die Unterkunft mit ihrem schönen Ausblick allerdings grandios. Lage ist ruhig und ziemlich abgelegen. Service ist sehr lieb und bemüht, obwohl die Kommunikation auf Englisch manchmal etwas holprig war. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt, allerdings ist der Preis zu hoch.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, das Reservierungspersonal war sehr hilfreich; leider erhalten wir nicht den Namen der Mitarbeiter in der Verantwortung. Nur Beschwerde war das Zimmer’s nicht vollständig klangfest, da man Klangen aus dem Zimmer nebenan hören konnte. Überall war es eine gute Unterkunft für einen schnellen Transit.

Affordable basic room but clean enough ( some ants though). Location is central within 20min walking radius of major malls ( Plaza Medan Fair/Sun/Cambridge), Damri airport bus ( in front of Plaza Medan Fair), family massage/reflexology outlets (Jl.Orion), and the popular medan cakes outlets eg ”bika ambon” (Zulaikha)/”bolu” (Meranti). Car park is available with security. However, the complimentary breakfast is only set without selection option.

Das Hotel ist nicht auf der Grundlage, wie es von außen aus aussieht, da es wie ein run down-Gebäude aussehen könnte! Das Zimmer ist gut, Sie erhalten, was Sie zahlen. Frühstück ist gut, lokale indonesisches Frühstück. Das beste Teil über dieses Hotel ist das Personal. Sie könnten nicht ein 5-Sterne-Hotel sein (Ich denke), aber die Gastfreundschaft ist 5-Sterne! (Von den Mitarbeitern im Eingangsbereich, zum Empfangszentrum, Restaurants zum Reinigungspersonal!) Kudos zum ganzen Team! Die Lage außerhalb des Hotels könnte nach 10 Uhr ein bisschen schmutzig sein, um umzuwandeln, weil es dunkel ist. Aber keine Sorgen gibt es immer mindestens 2 Mitarbeiter an der Tür und wenn Sie e-Hailing-Service nehmen Sie werden gut sein, nur nicht allein gehen.

The breakfast selection is also rather limited and lacks variety, especially for guests staying multiple days. In conclusion, the hotel provides acceptable comfort and service for business trips, but it may not be the most suitable option for travelers seeking a relaxing holiday or leisure-focused stay. It serves its purpose well for short work-related visits, but there is room for improvement in terms of facilities, location, and dining options.

The hotel is old, things are run down there’s free Wi-Fi, but I never see it working breakfast. Caters only locals almost nothing available for Westerners overall it’s not a bad stay, but for my next trip, this would not be my first choice. If I have to I will stay again. Also, there are cheaper options about the same quality. The hotel stuff is nice though helpful

Perfect hotel for me and my family. A wonderful view from room through to lake Toba is so very amazing. The service was so great, so humble and very easy to understand. Will come back again when travel to lake Toba, of course

Location is good, surrounding with local restaurants and mini mart for basic necessity. Swimming pools located at the back, facing the lake. Depends on the room located, mostly needs to go down or up, therefore it's not suitable for people has limitation to climb the stairs. Rooms is also basic, Breakfast is basic local food.

Checked in with tons of ants on the floor and just beside beds. Request to change to another room straight but was told no more same grade room available. Cleaner come and clean the floor and we have to use back the same room. No cupboard and only 2 hangers for a 5 person room. We dont even have place to hang our clothes and towels. Price is much moreexpensive compared to the surrounding hotel too.

Wir blieben im Hotel The Crew für eine Nacht vor dem Anreise zum Flughafen. Es war ein Shuttle am Morgen sowie ein Frühstück am Morgen serviert ab 6 Uhr, was sehr bequem war. Die Mitarbeiter bei der Inspektion waren nicht sehr freundlich und schienen sich mit den Fragen, die wir hatten, irritiert zu sein. Darüber hinaus, stellen Sie sicher, dass 1000 IDR in bar, da es die Einlage ist. Das Zimmer war insgesamt wirklich dunkel und hätte gereinigt werden können. Aber nur für eine Nacht in der Nähe des Flughafens und mit dem Shuttle und Frühstück war es eine gute Wahl und kann zu diesem Zweck empfohlen werden.
