The studio room refered by the listing,resembles close to a superior sized hotel room with a queen size bed, a small desk corner and a small kitchenette by the door entrance, equipped with a well functioning fridge. For the price value point, i would say the room listing is worth the room, location, and POLITENESS of the service rendered (yes... Just the politeness, but efficiency wise..... I'll explain) Anyone who is looking to book this room for future conveniencies near the BSD ICE... MAKE SURE you are familiar with the malay/indo language... Or at least have an indonesian number or friend... As it would turn out to be a nightmare for the international guests... Before the check-in date, you'll be approached through trip.com's message channel by the vendor who will ask you for your check-in time and check-out time. Why? Because this isn't a hotel, and the reception counter staff under the apartment isn't the check-in person in charge ..... It is actually managed by a third-party called travelio, a local travel agency within Jakarta. Summarised: 1. They will ask you to download the travelio app (language available in english and indonesian only), to process your check-in and submit deposit through there. However, my problem was, i was unable to input my booking ref & pin (information sent to your email after booking) due to ”incomplete profile information error” which would lead me to thinking it was verifying my phone number (your travelio account becomes unable to verify after 3 failed OTP attempts, which the OTP never arrives regardless of choosing sms or whatsapp) 2. Their travelio support team and customer service, only allows communication through whatsapp texts, no calls. Meaning... U might have to wait while you panic. 3. Throughout the whole nighmare checkin process, they insist on downloading the travelio app. (Suspicious for trip.com to have included a 3rd party travel agency, but things happen, and my experience with trip.com ended on a good note with professional staffs trying to follow up on a consistent basis) Regarding the room small problems found which i shared with the travelio agent as well: 1. The bedsheets had several yellow stains, but no bedbugs and foul smell detected. 2. Entrance door can only be locked using a normal key, and the key was slightly out of shape, making it hard to lock from the outside. 3. There was no hot water for showering. 4. If you book the room for long stay, do note this is not a hotel, so there will be no daily housekeeping and replenishment of amenities provided (body soap, shampoo and dishwashing liquid in a small 50ml bottle. NOTE: the shampoo and body soap do smell nice, but they do not foam up. It is better to buy them in a small indomart located just underneath the apartment) 5. There is no water kettle. You will have to boil it like you are cooking :D In conclusion: Book this place if you have experience with travelio or well versed with indonesian language (they did reach out to me in english after some time, but the efficiency takes way too long). The travelio people whom i have met are very polite, but when it comes to check out.... As they do not have a person in charge at the apartment, it means you do not have the flexibility of checking out whenever you want... And that means, pay close attention to what time your flight is.

Awalnya di kamar AC tidak dingin, dan peralatan dapur tidak lengkap. Besok nya bisa di tukar kamar yg lebih besar dan AC berfungsi dengan baik. Peralatan dapur lengkap tapi sandal hanya 1 sedangkan yg menginap 3 orang.

Das Zimmertyp ist gut, die Hygiene ist gut, es ist, dass ich etwas mit dem Geschirr bezahlt habe, im Allgemeinen ist es immer noch gut und der Preis ist auch hoch. Unterhalb ist der Einkaufspreis der Kauf zu essen und zu trinken.

Location: 15-min car ride to airport. Free shuttle service provided by the hotel at 1.5-hour interval. No other business or eateries around the hotel. Amenities: Basic toiletries provided. Only multipurpose soap is available as hair, conditioner and body shower. - No room slipper provided. - No bottled drinking water provided but you could refill at the water dispenser along corridor. - No facial tissue available in the room. Room: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers. I was unfortunate to get corner room directly opposite the staff room. The staff got in and out throughout the night and I woke up to noises. Room isn't bright enough for working.

Dank der günstigen Lage in Flughafennähe ist es eine großartige Option für Reisende, die vor oder nach einem Flug einen komfortablen Ort zum Ausruhen suchen. 🛏️ Zimmer: Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und gepflegt. Das Bett war bequem, die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und die Beleuchtung war gut. Ich schätzte das minimalistische Design und die effiziente Raumnutzung. Das WLAN war zuverlässig und schnell, was für mich ein großes Plus war. 🍽️ Essen: Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine gute Auswahl mit regionalen und westlichen Gerichten. Das Essen war frisch und gut zubereitet. Der Zimmerservice war ebenfalls schnell und preiswert. 🛎️ Service: Das Personal war während meines gesamten Aufenthalts freundlich und hilfsbereit. Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos und effizient. Sie boten auch einen Shuttleservice zum Flughafen an, was meine Reise noch einfacher machte. 🌆 Lage: Das Hotel ist nur eine kurze Fahrt vom Flughafen entfernt und somit ideal für Zwischenstopps oder frühe Flüge. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es nicht viel zu tun, aber es ist perfekt für einen kurzen, erholsamen Zwischenstopp. 🧼 Sauberkeit: Das Hotel war makellos. Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche und das Zimmer waren sehr sauber, sodass ich mich während meines Aufenthalts wohl und sicher fühlte. 👍 Gesamteindruck: Das Neo+ Airport Hotel bietet ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es ist kein Luxusresort, aber für ein Transithotel bietet es genau das, was man braucht: Komfort, Sauberkeit und Bequemlichkeit. Ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich eine Unterkunft in Flughafennähe brauche!

Strategisch gesehen ist das Hotel etwas klein. Ein Terminal im 2. Stock. Dasselbe wie bei Inlandsflügen, wenn Sie Garuda nehmen. In Terminal 3. Nur bei der Suche nach dem Hotel ist der Eingang etwas schwierig, da das Hotelschild nicht klar ist. Für diejenigen, die am Terminal 3 umsteigen, geeignet und die richtige Wahl.

Das Hotel ist größtenteils gut. Beim Abholservice vom Flughafen wird Geld für ein Taxi verlangt. Die Check-in-Zeit an der Rezeption ist zu langsam.

Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel’s biggest strengths are its cleanliness and strategic location. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well-kept, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff provided warm and professional service throughout my stay. While the facilities are relatively simple, they are well maintained and perfectly adequate. Considering the price and convenience, I would happily stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

A good place to stay if you have events at Nice PIK or nearby. A bit odd because rooms and hallways are mixed with apartments, and they have thin walls. So far its clean and enough for simple solo stays. Bathroom is very small.

Vorteile: Das Hotel serviert Frühstück von 2:30 bis 10:00 Uhr und bietet einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Flughafen. Nachteile: Das Hotel liegt zwar sehr nah am Flughafen, aber die Anfahrt ist nicht ganz einfach. Da unser Flug sehr spät war, waren wir müde. Wir wollten die Buchung für die zweite Nacht aufgrund einer Änderung unseres Geschäftsreiseplans stornieren, was das Hotel jedoch ablehnte. Überraschenderweise beschwerten sich einige Gäste an der Rezeption, als wir eincheckten. Das klang nicht gut. Die Handtücher sind sehr alt und vergilbt. Beim Frühstück gibt es keine Kaffeemaschine. Kaffee aus dem Automaten muss separat bezahlt werden, was wir auch taten. Fazit: In Jakarta gibt es viele Alternativen. Aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen beim Einchecken werden wir dieses Hotel wahrscheinlich nicht wieder buchen.
