Lovely hotel and delicious food. We loved the location and the pool area and facilities. Only issue we had was the heat. It was particularly mild for November and the staff weren’t able to adjust the temperature. We were given a dusty and broken fan to combat the heat but sadly no one came forward with an apology when we brought it to staff that we had to leave the window open wide all night to try combat the heat. I know it wasn’t the individuals fault but good customer service would apologise to the customer and none of the 4 staff we spoke to about it offered an apology and they seemed disgruntled about it too.

Erst nachdem wir darauf bestanden, wurden wir auf der ersten Etage ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, aber es verschwendete uns fast 1.5 Stunde in der Wartezeit. Andernfalls ist alles sehr gut, einschließlich des ausgezeichneten Frühstücks.

Easy check in, plenty of parking, pub nearby for dinner and plenty of shops nearby to get other stuff required. Great location if you have a car.

Erstaunlicher Service an der Rezeption. Hatte ein kleines Problem mit dem Zimmer reserviert durch Trip.com, so das Hotel bot kostenloses Frühstück als Bonus (Frühstücksbuffet war fantastisch!). Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, aber sehr schwierig, eine WiFi-Anbindung im Zimmer zu halten (das Bad musste stehen, um eine nutzbare WLAN zu erhalten). Hat einen guten Aufenthalt und würde anderen West Highland Way Walker empfehlen, sich auf dem Weg zu einem Hotel zu behandeln.

This hotel is in a great location for exploring Stirling by foot, can't beat it! It's a basic hotel but has all you really need, with no frills. Staff were fast and helpful, parking on site. Bathroom could have been cleaner, shower pressure isn't great. But rooms were quiet, bed comfortable.

I really loved my stay The Allan Park. Such a nice cozy homie place. Very spacious room that has everything you need, staff is really helpful and friendly, cozy lounge room with a fireplace. The only thing I would suggest adding is the hook on a bathroom door for a towel. Would love to stay here in future and highly recommend for anyone.

We received such a warm welcome and friendly service. The room was clean, warm and contained more than what we expected. The hosts did everything they could to make us feel welcome and provide us with everything we needed. I would recommend to all travellers.

Nice pub and rooms, ideal stopping off point travelling up north near Stirling. The restaurant is good, with reasonably priced classic pub food and selection of beers. Unfortunately we left too early to have the full Scottish breakfast which was included.

Easy access to town.over priced water at reception.safe overall not very helpful.young girl from hull made up for the other staff.window would not lock .ran out of beer .guinness was ok .good choice of whiskey but a bit of hard work to get a price!.

Hotel has a great atmosphere very friendly staff and the room is big and cosy bed. The breakfast is superb and plenty to choose from have booked another night there on my return back down from the Highlands.
