We used to live this hotel since December 2023. This time during our stay the bathroom curtain was very stingy and it’s bad smell spread all over the room. The staff and other facilities are always good. If they take little more care of cleanliness then it would be commendable.

I was a bit disappointed in the room, the table wasn’t near the mirror so I couldn’t sit to put my makeup on and the light was not very good, the only place that was lit well was the bathroom but I can’t stand for very long due to my stroke. The room was very small, we kept hitting our toes on the bottom of the bed which was very painful at one stage I thought I’d broken my little toe, felt like getting a hammer to the bottom of the bed 😡😖 I thought it was just me then my friend did it I know how she felt 😖

Overall, a very pleasant experience and the hotel is very well located for the railway station and amenities. The town centre is approximately a 15 minute walk away. Couple of downsides to my stay though, bed was very hard and lumpy, broken tiles in the bathroom, ***** hairs on the toilet base and worst of all, semen stains on the wall. Doesn't say much for the hygiene standards at all. It's a shame that these let our stay down for us really. Otherwise the hotel would've been great.

Gute Erfahrung

Stayed in this hotel as we are visiting the Chatsworth House the next day. Unfortunately we had a penalty charge for stopping our car at the front of the hotel for only 2 mins to off load luggage. It would be better if the hotel mention this before we check in.

A very nice, little hotel with clean room and all the facilities. Good price too. Very happy with my two day stay there to visit family.

下午3點可辦入住。房間、衞生間面積大，但與房間比窗户小、對面是樓中其他房間的窗户沒有視野，窗户被鎖死無法打開，聯繫前台，説酒店所有窗户都打不開，但因為有換氣設施，住着沒有憋悶的感覺。床舒適乾淨。WiFi速度慢。位置靠近市中心，步行30分鐘到火車站。酒店服務態度差，預付款住3晚，因家中有急事，衹住了兩晚，多次與酒店協商，酒店不給退剩下1晚的預付房費。

Das Front Desk war so hilfreich, vor allem, als ich merkte, dass ich mein Handy im Taxi verlassen hatte. Sie konnten das Taxiunternehmen lokalisieren und meinen Handy zurückholen und es in mein Zimmer liefern. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Abendessen und Frühstücksgutschein war vernünftig, den Abendessen ein Speisesaal oder Dessert enthalten. Es war ehrlich gesagt die beste Erfahrung, die ich in Großbritannien auf dieser Reise hatte. Großer Wert!
