In den Bergen Selber fahren ist bequemer! Niemand, sehr ruhig. Es liegt etwa eine halbe Autostunde vom Santa Elderly Village entfernt. Fahrt in den Wald beim Hotel. In der Einsamkeit liegt eine gewisse Schönheit! ! Es ist auch mysteriös … Auch Rehe gibt es im Hotel! Schade, dass ich dieses Mal kein Polarlicht gesehen habe.

Wilderness Hotel Juutua is a charming and peaceful hotel located just outside the town center of Inari, right next to Lake Inari. The lakeside location is truly beautiful, offering stunning natural views and a calm atmosphere that feels very special, especially in winter. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, with warm smiles that make guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. The room is warm and comfortable, which is important in the cold Lapland climate. However, the room feels quite small for two people, especially when traveling with luggage. Moving around and storing suitcases can be a bit inconvenient. Bathroom amenities are mostly sufficient, but toothbrushes and razors are not provided, which would be expected at this level of hotel. Other amenities are well prepared. Breakfast quality is good, but unfortunately we could not fully enjoy it because it closes too early at 10:00 AM, which may not be ideal for guests who prefer a relaxed morning or late start. Overall, Wilderness Hotel Juutua offers a beautiful lakeside setting, warm hospitality, and a cozy atmosphere. Despite some minor drawbacks such as room size and limited bathroom amenities, it is still a very pleasant stay and a great choice for travelers looking to experience the natural beauty of Inari.

This was a great location slightly out of the city to catch the Northern Lights without going on a tour (we saw it two nights out of two)! The glass cabins were well kept and clean, we were two adults and two teens and there was enough space for everyone. Note that this resort serves only five cabins and no one else, so the exclusivity is unsurpassed! It is also beside a frozen lake and you can walk to the middle to catch the auroras. A lot of nature activities to occupy the family in the daytime. Some recommendations would be the sauna+frozen lake dip, ice fishing and hiking to the rock church. The founder of the resort, Theo, is ultra friendly and nice and all the staff there (shoutout to Millie and Guillaume!) really go above and beyond to help make our stay there so memorable. All the photos uploaded I took with just my iphone16. All in I was extremely happy we chose this place for the Rovaniemi leg of our trip.

Wenn Sie einen Ort wollen, der aus dem Weg ist, mit starkem Potenzial für die Nordlichter, ist dies der Ort! Fantastische ServiceSie können für Sammlung und/oder Abschaltung in der nächsten Flughafen oder Busstation arrangieren. Alles war sauber und komfortabel, und die Umgebung ist magisch im Winterperfekt für Wandern im Schnee und schöne Fotos. Die nördlichen Lichter erschien wunderbar eine Nacht, und ein wenig die andere Nacht, die wir dort waren. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und verschieden, und wir waren froh, dass wir halb-board gewählt haben, da die Lage ziemlich weit von allem anderen ... aber das ist die Magie davon. Wir haben keine der Ausflüge gemacht, aber es gab so viele Optionen! Wenn Sie in einem Ort, der sich wie eine Winterfeier fühlt, gehen wollen, ist das!

Dieses Studentenwohnheim in Rovaniemi ist relativ günstig. Insgesamt war es gut. Es gibt Handtücher, einen Föhn, einen abschließbaren Spind (der allerdings schmal ist, sodass große Koffer nicht hineinpassen) und eine Sauna. Die Küche wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt, ist aber gut ausgestattet. Shampoo und Zahnbürsten werden nicht gestellt. Ich habe eine Nacht im Frauenschlafsaal verbracht und konnte nicht direkt hintereinander bleiben, deshalb bin ich für die zweite Nacht in den gemischten Schlafsaal umgezogen. Das System erlaubte mir jedoch, auszuchecken und im Gemeinschaftsraum zu warten. Die Spitzengardinen lassen sich bis zur Hälfte des Bettes zuziehen, sind aber nur an einer Seite befestigt, was für mich als Mittler nicht sehr praktisch war. Die Bettgitter sind niedrig, und im oberen Bett gibt es kaum Platz für das Handy, was unpraktisch ist, da man leicht etwas fallen lassen oder kein Handtuch aufhängen kann. Mein Bett im Frauenschlafsaal hatte, wie auf dem Bild zu sehen, eine Ausbuchtung über dem Kopfende. Ich hatte Angst, mir den Kopf zu stoßen, wenn ich schnell aufwachte, also habe ich mich zusammengerollt, um das zu vermeiden. Ich glaube, das ist ziemlich gefährlich.

Für den Preis, den wir im März gezahlt haben, ist es nicht genau eine Premium Unterkunft. Vor allem dort haben eine igloo Erfahrung, obwohl der Raum im igloo ist begrenzt. Kein Glück mit der Aurora in der Nacht, die wir geblieben haben. Das Frühstück ist beeindruckend! Und kostenloses Besuch im Schneehotel:)

I went to Äkäslompolo to run the Nuts Ylläs Pallas 37km and chose the hotel for its proximity to the starting line. The hotel needs some renovation, but despite the bad reviews it was overall better than I expected. Staff was super helpful and friendly, the bed was extremely comfortable (a must before and after a race), the private sauna was amazing and cherry on top, breakfast was absolutely delicious and with a wide range of choice!

The Glass Igloo was great but you have to walk to the guesthouse for your showers. The breakfast was great and the restaurant provided good options for lunch and breakfast. For the adventurous, you can go to the nearby supermarket and cook your meal in the sheltered fireplace. Don't forget to experience either the traditional or the electrical sauna during your stay! Most importantly, participate in the guided activities with hot drinks and roasted sausages such as husky sled rides, aurora hunting, and ice skating.

Wir haben für unseren Hochzeitsmonat besucht. Das Personal, Viljami, hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und uns Früchte und andere Dienstleistungen angeboten. Danke. Obwohl die Lage etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt ist, war es nicht ungünstig, weil ich einen Uber nahm, als ich trotzdem reiste. Es ist keine Spitzenanlage, sondern ein kosteneffizienter Ort in Rovaniemi, wo die Unterkunft teuer ist. Das Frühstück erfüllte jedoch nicht die Erwartungen.

Das Hotel liegt 40 Minuten vom Skiplatz Levi und die Rezeption neben der weißen Kirche ist vermutlich hier wöchentlich neue Leute stattfinden. Es gibt zwischen jedem einzelnen Treibwerk umgeben von Bäumen, gute Privatsphäre. Die Schneebecken am Dach des kleinen Holzstuhls können am Abend den Sternenraum sehen. Das Licht ist klar, wenn es Glück hat. Morgens erhoben sich die Fenster und die Schneelandschaft außerhalb des Winkels. Die Mitarbeiter früher reagierten positiv auf die E-Mail, der Koch und das Weihnachtsgeschmack waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Es gibt eine Chance, hier wieder zu kommen.
