Zimmer und Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Wurde leider um 6.00 Uhr früh von Wäschetransporter Nachbarhotel geweckt. Dieser hatte seinen LKW mit Schmutzwäsche beladen und das sehr laut. Metallwagen für den Transport. Zusätzlich hat er Lautstark über Kopfhörer telefoniert und keine Rücksicht auf die Ihrzeit genommen.Bin nach 30 min rausgegangen und habe ihn gebeten Rücksicht zu nehmen. Ansonsten für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok. Zimmer sind allg. sehr Hellhörig.

Das Hotel ist neu und liegt in einer guten Gegend. Die Lobby und die Zimmer sind, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, sehr schön. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine abwechslungsreiche Auswahl mit Speck, Eiern und sogar frischem Saft. Allerdings ist die Schalldämmung sehr schlecht. Die ganze Nacht über sind Schritte im Flur, hinter den Wänden, über und unter den Zimmern zu hören, was das Schlafen erschwert. Hinzu kommt, dass das Hotel sechs Stockwerke hat, aber nur zwei Aufzüge, sodass man mit langen Wartezeiten rechnen muss.

Ein sauberes und ruhiges Hotel in der Nähe einer Bushaltestelle. Es liegt nicht direkt im Zentrum, ist aber etwa eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß oder 10 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt. Großes Frühstücksbuffet für 10 Euro.

Gut gepreister, sauberer Ort, schön gelegen. Sehr günstig. Nur das Problem, das wir getroffen haben, ist, dass die Kantinenpersonal nicht Englisch sprechen und mit unserem vollen Board ausgewählt wurde als Extra es war manchmal buffet und bestellen aus dem Menü und Zeiten, so mit der Sprachbarriere machte es einfach Dinge schwach. Wenn es ein Buffet für das Frühstück, das Mittagessen und das Abendessen hatte. Dieser Ort wäre perfekt für einen Weg und einen Aufenthalt. Obwohl die Mitarbeiter freundlich und freundlich waren.

Hotel bien, pero el personal muy poco amable y poco resolutivo, tuve un error a la hora de reservar y no me ayudaron en nada, me dieron el número para ponerme en contacto con gente que me lo podría solucionar y no me cogían ni el teléfono, me dieron otro número y era de una persona particular, muy poco resolutivos y poco comprensivos ya que como hotel donde yo he reservado deberían de tener un medio de contacto donde solucionar estos problemas y no lavarse las manos tan fácilmente.

Booked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed. On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI” Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed. Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed) Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants. Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus. We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money. I would recommend and return again.

My first place right after I landed in Valencia. Very close to the Valencia Airport. I love how the Bonaire Shopping Centre is 2 minutes away so if you want some food variety or do some last minute shopping for a EU Sim, just walk over and they have everything. The room was good sized, which is enough for myself since I spent most of the day walking around. They are environmentally conscious, which is a big plus for me. The staff were very accommodating, helping me out with scanning some documents, especially Valentina, Adrian, who understood and communicated in English without me having to resort to using Google Translate. Overall, it felt like a premium hotel and I am glad that I got to experience a bit of Valencia with the helpfulness of the staff

Buena experiencia en el Hotel Valencia. Es un lugar cómodo, con una ubicación conveniente y adecuado para una estadía tranquila. Las instalaciones cumplen con lo necesario y el servicio es cordial. Sin embargo, hay algunos detalles que podrían mejorar para elevar la experiencia general. En términos generales, es una opción correcta para hospedarse.

The hotel is perfectly located, just a 10 minutes walk from the railway station. A metro station is a 3-minutes walk away. The hotel is small, but very clean and new (of 2017, if I'm not mistaken). My room's window faced the interior yard, so you will sleep at night quietly. A humble but decent breakfast is served in the morning (round eggs, jamon, cheese, cereals, fresh fruits/berries, bread & fresh bakery, tea/coffee). A remarkable feature is the 24-hour tea/coffee service available for free at the first floor -- very much appreciated indeed. If you are a fan of asian food, you will find lots of chinese restaurants around. Internet works pretty well (no problem with watching YouTube videos); it may disconnect once or two, but it did not bother any much -- just reconnect, and voila. The staff is very kind and extremely friendly, they speak at least English, Spanish, Ukranian and Russian. Overall, highly recommended for a single trip or for a pair visit if you do not want to pay for a large hotel.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, besonders nahe der U-Bahn-Station, hinter dem Hotel gibt es einen super großen Supermarkt, es ist sehr bequem zu kaufen, es gibt auch Cafés, um Frühstück zu essen. Wenn ich gehe, hat das Hotel das Zimmer voll und kostenlos aktualisiert. Das Zimmer hat zwei kostenlose Wasserschränke.
