We ordered room service and it never came to the room, after an hour or so we had to go to the lobby and ask, just an accident. But we confirmed the room number 3 times on the phone, and ate cold food which was a little disappointing for room service prices.

This is my second stay at the Seven Oaks in a few months. The front desk staff was excellent for my arrival. Super friendly and helpful unlike my previous stay. This current receptionist set me up for a very pleasant stay. Sometimes the staff can make all the difference!

Hotel is nice, I would stay here again. On the surface it looks very nice and modern and clean, but if you look closer you can see that the construction/upgrade work was cheap and not done properly. For example, the door in the bathroom looks very nice but if you look closer it is not flush with the wall, and the latch is actually sticking out very far from the frame in order for the door to line up with it because it is so crooked. Not a huge deal to me, but for the money I’d want it to be a bit more well done. We did the “lil romance” package as well which was nice but not worth the money. We got a bottle of champagne, a cheesecake slice and some roses in the room, as well as a free breakfast from the restaurant which was all nice, but not for the price that it is. The food was ~20 each, and I could have brought a cheaper bottle of champagne myself which would have done the job just fine. Overall it was good, but I wouldn’t do it again.

Zugewiesenes Zimmer 222 Mattress, das am nächsten zum Bad Sagging von Übernutzung ist durch die schrittweise Abspaltung von Innenmaterialien wie Schaum, Schalen oder Latex aufgrund wiederholter Druck verursacht. Es muss ersetzt werden, da es Rückschmerzen verursacht. Frühstück ist nah:( Mold auf den Käse) Check bitte. Ich mag den Nachtwechsel-Rezeptor. sehr freundlich und einfach zu gehen.

Stayed here for two nights on a business trip. The room was a reasonable size with a nice layout, but the cleanliness was just average. Overall, it didn’t really feel up to the usual Four Points by Sheraton standard, and after checking in I understood why its price on Trip.com is noticeably lower than other hotels of the same category. It was fine for a short two-night stay, but next time I’m in the area I’ll probably try another hotel in a similar price range for comparison.

The room was dated needs work. The food was good in rthe main restaurant. The pool deck at the spa is in desperate need of repair. This establishment has been neglected for years. I understand there are new owners. I have seen a couple improvements. Not enough to mention.

朝ごはんをつけました。 種類はそこまで多くないけど、翌日はメニューが若干変わってたので連日でも変化があり良い。 何らかの野菜があれば嬉しかったけど。 部屋は広くて綺麗でした。 バスルームの壁にハンドソープとボディクリームがボトルで設置されてて使いやすかった。

hotel was okay the deal I got from trip was very good if I had paid the original price it would not have been worth it. parking is very expensive and there is alot of homeless ppl around but hotel is secure and front desk is always monitored
