Wir bestellten Zimmerservice und es kam nie ins Zimmer, nach einer Stunde oder so mussten wir in die Lobby gehen und fragen, nur ein Unfall. Aber wir bestätigten das Zimmer Nummer 3 mal am Telefon und essen kalte Speisen, die für Zimmerservicepreise etwas enttäuschend war.

My friend and I were quite disappointed as we booked with two different agencies, both claimed breakfast was included! I spoke to two different staff who were quite rude and short! Neither cared that this was a form of false advertising on behalf of the hotel! Personally I feel the hotel should credit me for 30.00 x 2 days. As well as for my friend. I shall be contacting the better businesses bureau to discuss this in detail. My friend upgraded her room to a pool side view … what a joke, the window view was the back of the water slide staircase. That view costs her an extra $40.00 per day what a joke! Pool signs claimed to be open all day however at 12:30 on a busy Saturday they added chemicals to all the areas and shut down just after several of us got small children ready for a before supper. The hot tub was only hot at 9 am and lukewarn by noon. I left a towel on a chair which was still there the next morning, as was others, which shows me no night cleaning of the pool area after an extremely busy day. Our room was comfortable and clean! Beds very cozy and comfortable. Sadly my room window was very dirty with dirty fingerprints. Cafe was pricey however service and food good!

Hotel is nice, I would stay here again. On the surface it looks very nice and modern and clean, but if you look closer you can see that the construction/upgrade work was cheap and not done properly. For example, the door in the bathroom looks very nice but if you look closer it is not flush with the wall, and the latch is actually sticking out very far from the frame in order for the door to line up with it because it is so crooked. Not a huge deal to me, but for the money I’d want it to be a bit more well done. We did the “lil romance” package as well which was nice but not worth the money. We got a bottle of champagne, a cheesecake slice and some roses in the room, as well as a free breakfast from the restaurant which was all nice, but not for the price that it is. The food was ~20 each, and I could have brought a cheaper bottle of champagne myself which would have done the job just fine. Overall it was good, but I wouldn’t do it again.

Stayed here for two nights on a business trip. The room was a reasonable size with a nice layout, but the cleanliness was just average. Overall, it didn’t really feel up to the usual Four Points by Sheraton standard, and after checking in I understood why its price on Trip.com is noticeably lower than other hotels of the same category. It was fine for a short two-night stay, but next time I’m in the area I’ll probably try another hotel in a similar price range for comparison.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr abgelegen, aber Sie können auch zu Geschäftsräumen wie Midtown gehen, das Zimmer ist neu, super groß und die Heizung ist super genug, Mikrowellenschrank, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine ist vollständig, die Hygiene ist auch sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist ein Standard für Holiday Inn Express, die Ernährung ist ausreichend, um ein Problem zu essen, Aber es ist gut zu essen, das Restaurant kann Frühstück packen, sehr benutzerfreundlich. Als ich aus dem Hotel ging, war ich der einzige Chinese, der in den letzten Jahren im Hotel wohnte.

Amazing property and staff. I stayed for five days and felt like home. The room was big and clean. I got the 8th floor and a good view from my room.

hotel was okay the deal I got from trip was very good if I had paid the original price it would not have been worth it. parking is very expensive and there is alot of homeless ppl around but hotel is secure and front desk is always monitored

Hatte eine Hochzeit zu besuchen und die Braut brauchte, um in unserem Zimmer zu ändern wir hatten die vorangegangene Nacht zu buchen, um sicherzustellen, dass das Zimmer früh genug, um die Braut für ihre große Hochzeit war um 1 Uhr und die Rezeption wurde informiert, aber würden nicht machen alle Konzessionen außer der Zahlung eines ganzen zusätzlichen Tages wurden nicht beeindruckt

Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, es ist ziemlich gut im Vergleich zu Kanada. Gute Lage, kostenlose Parkplätze, sehr sicher. Die Umgebung ist gut und ruhig. Der Service an der Rezeption ist hervorragend. Für Kinder geeignet, gibt es einen Swimmingpool.
