Good hotel and fairly priced for this small City of North Bay, ON.  Price is competitive.  I would like to make mention of an outstanding employee named Ami, who, went out of her way to really ensure that all were very happy with a beautiful breakfast.  Best breakfast Staff considering she was alone while it was quite busy.  Very Professional staff. It was my second visit and I was not disappointed.

Unser Zimmer war sauber und zufriedenstellend. Die Vordertafel-Personen waren alle so freundlich bei der Eincheckung und sie waren sehr eifersüchtig, uns mit Fragen zu helfen, die wir hatten. Es bot ein kontinentales Frühstück, das in einer Größenordnung von 1-10 a 5. Was sie hatten, war wenig zu wählen. Es war großartig, wenn Sie nur Brotbagel oder warmes Oatmeal wollten. Es war nicht viel zu wählen von danach Alles in allem. Ich würde nochmal aufgrund des Kostümservices auf dem Frontdesk bleiben. Sie waren alle Top-Notch und sehr freundlich. Wir haben auch das Hotelrestaurant gegessen. Die Würde war sehr willkommen und lustig wie eine Hühner. Meine Fraus Hühner sah und geschmackvoll aus. Das empfohlene Bier war nichts zu Hause.

I think this is a fantastic hotel, one of the standout features is the fact that is built in 2024. Everything is new clean and frankly quite pristine. Some of the highlights are the amazing colourful lobby. I love the fact that there is lots of board games to play especially on a rainy day when you’re in Muskoka. They have fuse ball tables as well. I think breakfast is good. We love their pancake machine. Gym is super clean and up-to-date, Pool is clean as well. The rooms are on the smaller side, but no complaints overall. Bathroom is spacious and shower was great as well. The front desk staff were great, kind and helpful. There’s even some nice small touches that were well. Thought of such as two curtains in the bedroom to get extra darkness while you sleep. I do highly recommend this hotel if you’re in Muskoka. Price is great for the value that you’re getting. Hi

Loved the service. The front desk team are super friendly and helpful. Here are the reasons why I'd rate 4/5: room cleanliness (we noticed stains), the lack of hair conditioner (bottle in the shower was empty), 1 tissue left in the tissue box (with no backup boxes), and we only got 2 sets of towels despite there being 3 people staying the night. Once I asked for the towels, they readily gave me them. It was just disappointing that I had to walk to reception to retrieve them.

First of all, thank you for the free upgrade. The views from both the bedroom and the living room were excellent, and the space was large enough for a group of friends to relax, especially with the poker and foosball tables. The location is also great, right in downtown. However, the shower amenities could be improved, particularly the shampoo and body wash, and the toothpaste looked quite messy (fortunately I brought my own). The soundproofing is also not ideal, as I could hear the couple in the next room talking, and I felt a bit uncomfortable using the bathroom and blow‑drying my hair after coming back late from a concert. The check‑in time is quite rigid at 4 p.m., although they do allow you to delay check‑in until 7:30 p.m. I was initially confused because I waited for over 10 minutes at the original building (before the upgrade) and wasn’t sure if the receptionist would come to pick me up. Once we met, though, the receptionist was very friendly and clearly explained the amenities and check‑out procedures. Overall, despite the strict rules and minor issues, I really liked the room and had a happy stay.

The room is clean.Beddings are comfortable. Washroom is clean too. All the lights are in mood for a complete resting.The place is not noisy,you can have a relaxing rest before going to a long flight. The additional service of wake-up call is on point. Ms Rose in the lobby assisted us in check-in with all the information we needed.She is so accommodating. The free shuttle to airport is an add point too.Our driver is very helpful and always smiling.

Wir blieben im Hotel für 6 Nächte, sie hatten Probleme, uns anzumelden, da die Buchung durch trip.com erfolgte, was durch ******* ging. Einiges Mal fanden sie es später heraus. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Sie gaben Zimmerservice jeden Tag, außer für einen Tag, wenn sie unterbesetzt waren. Die Dusche hat nur die Hälfte Tür, so sei bereit für einige Splashes. Ich empfehle, Ihren eigenen Körper waschen (sie bieten Seife, die schwer zu waschen ist) und Shampoo. Die Leute, die nicht mit Lärm im Zimmer schlafen können, sollten ihre Optionen berücksichtigen. Klimaanlage ist super laut (wie Fabrikmaschine) , es weckt uns ständig auf in der Nacht, es gibt keine Möglichkeit, ein Fenster stattdessen zu öffnen. Frühstücke sind immer die gleichen, nicht nur eine Sache ändert sich: gekühlte/gekühlte Eier, Sauce, Schweine? Kuchen, Pancakes, Äpfel, Oatmeal, Brot. Das Essenszimmer war immer überzogen, der Raum sollte mindestens doppelt so groß sein. Manchmal kamen wir und es gab keine Nahrung, so dass wir warten mussten, bis jemand zu mir kam und Nahrung brachte (sie haben keine Person dort regelmäßig). Ich kann nicht sagen, dass unsere Erfahrung schlecht war, aber es war auch nicht großartig.
