Ich hatte einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Das Personal war vom ersten Moment an freundlich und zuvorkommend, und das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und sehr komfortabel. Besonders praktisch fand ich den kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer mit Getränken – man konnte sich einfach bedienen und beim Auschecken bezahlen. Die Dachterrasse war definitiv ein Highlight. Sie bietet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick, der sich perfekt zum Entspannen, Fotografieren oder einfach nur zum Genießen der Aussicht bei Tag und Nacht eignet. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es außerdem eine tolle Bar, wo man entspannen und etwas trinken kann, ohne das Hotel verlassen zu müssen. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der Wert auf guten Service, Komfort und eine fantastische Aussicht legt. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder – und das nächste Mal bringe ich Freunde mit!

Останавливались на одну ночь, месторасположение удобно, близко к автобусной станции. Номер не большой, есть чайник и чай. Большой торговый центр, на такси 5 минут, пешком 20. При отеле есть ресторан, но мы поздно приехали и поужинать не успели, хозяйка очень общительна.

The room was okay and everything but they wouldnt let us use the AC. I turned it on at night cuz my kids sleep better when its cooler, and they came up the stairs and shut the power off to our room. We needed our phones charged for the next day as we had big plans the next morning and we woke up to them dead. Also, on top of no power and AC or wifi, they yelled at us for leaving 2 shopping bags of garbage. Saying she just rents the rooms, shes not a maid. I was unaware that there was public dumpsters on the streets- I thought they were business owned like in the states where if you put trash in it you get fined. She also got mad that I stripped the beds before we left and I think was saying she had someone coming in an hour and now she will have to make them wait. So the whole experience was of that of staying at someones house when they dont want you there. Also I paid a $10 deposit and they didnt return it.

Die Lage war günstig in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums. Alle Einrichtungen waren sauber und gepflegt, und das Hotelpersonal war freundlich. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut, und ich konnte einen zufriedenstellenden viertägigen Aufenthalt genießen.

We had a great stay at Vila Jasmine. The owner Aldina was very responsive from the time we made the booking. We arrived around 3am and she waited and welcomed us warmly. Room was simple but spacious and clean. It was great having a table with 2 chairs in the room. Wifi was fast and heater works great. Aldina was very helpful. She gave us lots of info and helped us with our planning. Vila was right in the town itself so everything was within walking distance. There are many cafes and shops within the area. The airport bus also stops about 5 mins away from the Vila and the bus to the bus terminal is also around less than 10 mins away. We enjoyed our stay and also enjoyed chatting with Aldina who is always smiling. There are rooms on the ground floor and the 2nd floor rooms are accessible via small stairs in the garden.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, 10 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Unten auf der Straße gibt es viele Restaurants, Cafés und Reisebüros, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Hotel ist sehr hygienisch. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind so gut wie neu und sehr sauber. Das WLAN ist nicht sehr gut und zeitweise. Das Frühstück wird im kleinen Garten hinter dem Gebäude serviert und die Auswahl an Speisen ist durchschnittlich.

nice room and service! we checked in late at night but it was super fast and easy. we also did ask the reveptionist to keep our bags for few hours and they helped us, we love the service

The room is very neat and cool, the breakfast is commendable, and the location is strategic, but I was shocked when I was told I could not have a guest in my room even after paying for 2 persons when I booked. I was never informed about this and felt embarrassed when the receptionist was telling me this right in front of my guest, and almost turned my plea down, and it took close to 15 minutes before she accepted as she was struggling to understand my English. If adults can't be with visitors in privacy in a hotel, where do you expect them to stay with their visitor after paying two persons price? It was so embarrassing that I had to move elsewhere the next day.

Zum Frühstück haben wir die Wahl zwischen 3 verschiedenen Menüs. Obst gibt es nicht. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, mit 2 Bussen, die in Richtung Stadtzentrum fahren, wo es viele Touristen gibt. Einer der Busse ist Tiran E Re. Dieser Bus macht eine Runde durch die Stadt in beide Richtungen. Sie können einen anderen Bus vom Stadtzentrum zu einer Seilbahnstation nehmen. Der Bus heißt Porcelin. Sie können den Bus Tiran E Re vom Busbahnhof Tirana nehmen, wo Reisebusse enden. Das Arc Hotel ist von der Hauptstraße aus nicht zu sehen. Es liegt direkt hinter dem ALES-Gebäude (angebaut), wo beide Busse vorbeifahren. In der Nähe gibt es viele Annehmlichkeiten. Sie können bei KFC, Pizza-Outlets usw. essen.
