The hotel is conveniently located and the room had a nice traditional design. However, I encountered a strong smell in the room, which made my stay uncomfortable. I burned incense to improve the air, which unexpectedly led to a dispute with the hotel about compensation. The amount they requested was surprisingly high and difficult for me to understand. Eventually, the issue was resolved through the booking platform, but the experience was stressful and not something I expected on my trip. I hope the hotel can handle such situations with more flexibility and understanding in the future

Thanks to the whole team who makes my stay so great: Airport pick up & drop off; the room, the pool, the food… The breakfast is AMAZING!!! Especially the little cake for my birthday impressed me much. Will definitely come and stay again

I had a wonderful stay at Lakhey Hotel in Kathmandu. The room was very nice, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Check-in was super easy. The location is very convenient – close to both Thamel and the Monkey Temple. The boss speaks Chinese and provides free travel information, which was really helpful. There's also a nice Chinese restaurant in hotel Highly recommend this hotel for everyone. Enjoy your stay!

it was same as photo though the size could be misleading, black water came out from the room where hotel staff were asked to follow at once though left the water for me to clean up myself room electricity suplly was stop twice on the last night due to unknown reason.. staff including the reservation manager were very helpful but i will explore other hotel next time if available

I had the most wonderful experience at Lo Mustang in November 2024. I came to Nepal for a wedding and Anisha at the front desk went above and beyond. Customer service was 10/10. I got recommendations for tailoring, jewelry, dry cleaning, and local dresses with transportation. Deepika, front desk manager, was fantastic always making sure my needs were being met and that my stay was comfortable. The hotel is in the perfect location with great amenities. I initially chose this spot because of the beautiful traditional decor. It was beautiful in person with murals on each floor. Breakfast is fantastic with a roof top view. I booked a second time on my way back home because it was so great. I traveled solo and left with new friends.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, fantastisches Frühstück, die Mitarbeiterkooperation überall war ausgezeichnet. Dieses Hotel ist nicht ein vier-Sterne-Hotel nach der nepalischen Gastfreundschaft ...it zeigt deutlich, dass es ein drei-Sterne-Hotel ist und alle Einrichtungen mit drei-Sterne oder unten verbunden sind. Die Zimmer sind klein, wenn es gut ist, mit einem Paar oder mit einer Freundin zu bleiben, aber wenn es mit zwei Personen zu bleiben, ist es sehr schwierig, sich zu bewegen und das Gepäck zu halten, und andere Dinge. Die Fenster sind befestigt und können nicht geöffnet werden. Ich werde noch einmal sagen, dass das Personal fantastisch war.

Классный отель в центре рвйона Тамель. Номера и общие помещения выполнены в нациогальном стиле - очень атмосферно. Классный панорамный ресторан на 7 этаже - вкусно, разнообразное меню на завтраке(система шведский стол), меню ресторана также разнообразное - есть и блюда местной кухни, и европейские. Очень хороший спа в отеле, единственное, что работает не до позднего вечера. Очень приветливый и гостеприимный персонал. Рекомендую

Die Hotelflächen sind schön und der Service sowie das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer sind jedoch sehr alt und klein (nachdem wir dies mit der Rezeption verändert haben konnten). Die Lage ist in Thamel und das Eingehen in die Nähe Attraktionen ist bequem

Ich habe in diesem Hotel mehrfach geblieben, aber es wird schrittweise jeden Aufenthalt schlimmer. Das einzige gute ist die Lage, die Tatsache, dass es nahe dem Flughafen ist und es ist nur gut für internationale Ankunfts- und nicht für Abreisen. Als jemand mit einem sehr schweren Gepäck und einem Morgenflug war es sicher ein extrusives Training, eine Steigrampe mit einem Trolley voller Gepäck zu gehen, um die Abreisehalle zu erreichen, die sich ganz auf einer anderen Plattform im Vergleich zu den Ankunftshallen befindet. Ich würde es nur den Menschen empfehlen, die leichtere Gepäck haben, die ankommenden Passagiere und/oder die spät abends Fluge haben, weil ein Hotel in der Nähe viel Zeit spart. Die Zimmer waren gut, aber es gab viele Insekten wie Mot, obwohl alle Fenster und Türen geschlossen waren. Die Betten hatten Farben und der schlimmere Teil war, dass es Fäzes Farben im Toilette, die zeigten, dass die Reinigung nicht richtig gemacht wurde, obwohl sie mich warten 20-30 Minen nur nach der Ankunft im Hotel zu prüfen. Das gute ist, dass das Personal sehr aufmerksam war, vor allem der Mann in der Rezeption. Er war sehr freundlich und wissensvoll.
