This hotel is in the area near where I needed to be this weekend and it was clean. I will be staying again as I will need to return to the area. I did have a mishap in that housekeeping cleaned the room but didn't make the beds. I had to leave to get to my performance venue about an hour after checking in, so I went to tell the front desk. The receptionist was very accommodating in getting someone up to my room ASAP, and they were made when I later returned. Thanks! Also, I think one of the elevators isn't working, so you might have to wait a little longer. Had I stayed longer, I would have found the stairs.

We seriously loved this place!! Other than the fact it just LOOKED like a cool place to stay from the pics, it actually was a really cool place to stay. My 10 and 14yr olds, my husband and I stayed for this visit. Husbands aren't that cool so he didn't really care lol ;). But me and my 2 girls absolutely loved riding in the elevator. You can pay more for a higher room and more for a room with an indoor balcony. We did neither but were lucky enough to get up on the 4th floor. The elevator is activated with your room key, and you can only go on the floor your room is, the lower level with the pool and dining and the main level (entrance), so no fun rides to the top lol. The room was clean and spacious. It didn't smell. The beds seemed clean as well as the bathroom. We LOVED the atrium feature, getting up at 6am to swim while being able to look at the sunrise and the clouds was so much fun. My girls and I decided when we come back to the area that we want to stay here EVERY TIME lol. Complaints are minimal and they are made up by how much we enjoyed the hotel. Didn't care for having to pay to park at the hotel. There are free spots but that is very limited. The water looked kinda cloudy... Which made me feel a little weird, but we got in anyways and had a blast. The floor of the pool is very...scratchy and easy to cut yourself on. My daughter scaped her elbow on it and when she got out it started bleeding a little. They need to refinish the lining of the pool for sure. However, the pool was heated and we appreciated that.

This is a very good location for downtown K.C. The hotel lobby very nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and the food and service were very good. The only complaint here was that the attached bar was very loud and the restaurant ambiance could be redesigned to be more comfortable and intimate. There was a group of about eight people at a large table near us that were having load discussion that was distracting for us but dealt with it. The room was small but the renovation was very nice, bathroom was big with a nice tub/shower that my wife enjoyed a epsom salt soak. My only complaints are that there is no fridge or microwave to heat coffee. Also, they use the old style coffee two cup coffee maker as most hotels have now gone to keurigs. The hallway noise is very noticeable and the room-to-room noise is as well. We could literally hear the conversation in the next room. One thing that I really dislike is the lack of a ”do not disturb” card for the door and as expected, the housekeeper was knocking on the door at 9:00 a.m. to clean the room even though checkout is at noon! I'm sure there are much better and newer hotels but if you are looking for a reasonable place to stay in the heart of downtown K.C. this is a good choice.

Es gibt kein abgedecktes sicheres Geld für Ihr Auto und ich wurde von vielen Leuten näher gekommen, die mich um Geld baten, während ich um das Gebäude ging. Dienst ist geschlagen oder miss. Als ich ankam und versuchte, meine Autotür zu öffnen, wurde ich von dem Kellner geholfen, der mich anschrie und fragte, was ich versuchte zu tun. Ich sagte ihm, ich habe mich ins Hotel gemeldet. Und er war aggressiv unbehaglich, offenbar wütend, dass ich angekommen war. Umgekehrt war der Väterbetreuer am nächsten Tag freundlich und wunderbar. Das Front Desk war schön, aber es hat keine der Einrichtungen bewertet und keine Informationen über das Hotel angeboten, was eine Schande ist. Sehr schön, aber unaufmerksam und uninteressant. Der Service bei Idol Wolf und Good Press waren 5/5. Das Essen bei beiden waren 5/5. Das Hotel selbst ist wunderschön. Es ist Kunst in einem alten Fitnessraum gesetzt. Die Renovierung ist gut gemacht. Es hat es sehr genossen. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer war auch sehr nett. Das Zimmer selbst war standardmäßig mit wenig Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details, die behandelt werden müssen. Wie gebrochene Handschuhe und nicht funktionierende Badezimmer-Einrichtungen. Insgesamt würde dieses Hotel empfohlen, weil es einzigartig ist. Big plus - sie erlaubt Haustiere!!! Ja!

Direkt neben dem Flughafen. Schöne Lobby mit Bar und Restaurant. Füllende Lounge-Sitzplätze. Ich fühlte mich sicher sehr nett hier zu Fuß zu gehen! Ich genossen den erhitzten Innenpool. Es war nur $50 teurer als ein Quality Inn in der gleichen Gegend, das ich für das Geld für die Einrichtungen und die Qualität der Service wert fühlte. Die Dusche ist wunderschön, guter Wasserdruck und Hot!! Auch eine kleine Bar, um Ihren Fuß aufzuruhen, so können Sie Ihre Beine waschen/schütteln!! Der Abstand war, dass vielleicht das Hausbetreuungsteam unterbesetzt ist, weil ich bemerkte, dass die Teppiche im Halle nicht kürzlich geleert scheinen, es gab eine Haarwachse im Boden in meinem Zimmer, und das Bettschild wurde gefärbt, geschnitten, und aushängen. Ich habe das auf die Aufmerksamkeit des Frontdesk beim checkout gebracht. Das kleine Zeichen auf der Rückseite der Tür sagte, dass ein Einzelzimmer für $399 gehen kann. Wenn ich diesen Preis gezahlt und ein Zimmer mit Haar und gedrehten Betten erhalten hatte, wäre ich getickt worden. Aber da ich einen guten Deal hatte, war es mir am Ende nicht störend. Ich würde hier nochmal bleiben.

We have been to a lot of casino hotels in various states, this rates as an average basic hotel. It needs updated in a lot of ways. Still has corded phone in hotel bathroom as if the late 1990’s. I’m sure it was an awesome place over twenty years ago, but it has not changed with the times. It was clean but basic in all the ways possible. The restaurants at the casino were good just the hotel itself needs upgrades.

Sauber und schön kein Pool aber trotzdem super lustig Vielleicht wenig besetzt, aber trotzdem ein sehr schöner Ort, würde wieder buchen?

Best hotel since we’ve traveled over the holidays. This was a good midway stop for us to take a rest before heading home. Staff was super nice, breakfast was included even if they originally said it wasn’t, parking was free/available (no extra surcharge), hotel was super clean and layout was nice, they provide Starbucks coffee in your room (for those coffee lovers) and they have a good coffee machine as complimentary that you can grab at anytime. They have a vending machine for you to grab any snacks if needed on your floor. The price was worth it. I would 100% stay here again! Springfield also introduced me to a few fun activities around the area as well so it’s definitely a place to go visit and if so I recommend this hotel!

Overall we had a great time. Everything is as very clean. There were a lot of amenities and restaurant opens to chose from on the 1st floor. Staff welcoming and helpful.

It was amazing. Everything was perfect, and whenever i plan a trip, this will always be my place to book
