Ein von John Portman entworfenes Hotel, in dem Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts berühmte Architektur erleben können. Günstig, das Zimmer ist recht geräumig und der Preis ist hoch. Der Transport ist bequem und die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Wenn Sie ein Auto mieten oder selbst fahren, ist das Parken im Hotel für 55 Dollar nicht rentabel, aber es gibt viele andere Parkplätze in der Nähe und es finden auch Straßenfeste statt, sodass Sie beruhigt in der Nähe parken können. Der Zimmerservice des Hotels ist durchschnittlich. Die Inder, die ans Telefon gingen, waren sehr gleichgültig. Darüber hinaus kam es in der Zwischenzeit zu einigen kleineren Zwischenfällen, und die geplante Zeit kann überhaupt nicht geändert werden. Allerdings ist die Serviceeinstellung von Ctrip sehr gut und das Auflösungsergebnis recht zufriedenstellend.

Hotel location was very convenient, staff was friendly, accommodations were clean. One disappointment was excessive addition of fees and taxes on my credit card. I booked through a third party booking sight for convenience and cost. I did anticipate the additional fee of using the hotels parking garage, however I was verry displeased with all of the other additional charges added. I knew parking was $50 a day, I did not used any other amenities through the hotel, i.e.: breakfast, television, room service, however I was charged an additional $277 for an accommodation fee, occupancy fee, destination fee, ect... I did address this numerous times with the front desk, and was assured only necessary charges would be added, the rest would drop off. Overall, the accommodations were pleasant. However, we will not be returning due to excessive additional fees

Clean and spacious hotel, plus my room had two big bottles of water for free! However you’d have to pay $59.90(tax inclusive) for overnight parking which is too pricey if you ask me. Also, room services was at my door at 8am to ask the time I’ll be leaving whilst check out starts at 11am (hotel needs to check that). Overall, I loved my stay!

Das Hotel ist in der Regel sehr gut. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet! Was ich nicht mag, ist $20 pro Tag für Parkplätze zu zahlen und zu zahlen $4.95 pro Tag für Wi-Fi.

Booked a night here only for the beignet, and it’s been removed from the menu. I also had people in the next room blasting music at 3:30am. I called security to report it, they never came had to get up and go down stairs and ask again and finally security came up to quite the guest.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, da sie nahe dem Zentrum liegt. Das Personal ist freundlich. Aber es gibt ein wenig Lärm. Obwohl es ein Zimmer neben dem Aufzug war, war es sehr irritierend, weil ich das Geräusch des Aufzugs hörte laufen. Es ist immer noch mysteriös. Ich arbeite auf der ersten Etage, und es ist seltsam, den Aufzug auf der 25. Etage zu hören.

The restaurants and food was amazing! The service was good. The hotel is isolated from safe shopping and entertainment in midtown. If there is no event at the stadium or GWCC, and/or the pool isn't an option, there is little to nothing to do during the stay, i.e., live music or jazz at the bar/lounge, or some form of conservative entertainment passtime. In short, the hotel is too great to be so boring. Unless you hate money enough to blow $250-1000 on a massage, there is literally nothing going on there. Just a disappointing reality for such an elite hotel in a prime downtown local. But if you stay, be absolutely sure to take advantage of the food... it is unbelievably great!

The only negative thing I would say is that the parking situation was a little confusing. Apparently, the parking garage is not owned by the hotel, and if you don't go to the counter to have them add the fees to your room card, you have to pay to both get in AND out. This was later brought to our attention at the front desk after we had difficulty getting out (the parking assistant was no help). She told us that someone was supposed to let us know that information upon check-in, but no one ever did. I understand it was a busy weekend because a concert was in town, but I feel like that information should be more readily available and obvious for people. I'm not sure if the guy doing the check-in forgot or what, but perhaps it should be more clear on the app/website or a sign on the counter pointing this information out. That way, I wouldn't have spent an extra $30.
