The overall stay was good but could have been better. Checked in and Asher was a pleasure meeting, excellent customer service skills!! Our room key didn't work for parking. Tried buzzing the front desk from the parking gate and valet just so happened to see us and let us in. Made it to our room, and i noticed coffee stain was on the wall by the desk, which was fresh from the previous guests.. bathroom toilet wouldn't flush until you turn on the bathroom sink or shower. That was weird to me!! Leaving out for New Years event, i had to walk back inside from the cold since once again no one at the front lobby answered the parking buzzer. Eventually had to get hotel keys reactivated for parking since it was never added to our room. Front desk asked how did we 1st get in?.. i explained that valet saw us waiting in the cold for help and let us in. Despite all of this, my husband and I both tried to stay positive. We ordered breakfast the following morning and our waiter was customer friendly but very forgetful. Ordered omelets, potatoes and bagel. Side of grits. Constantly had to remind her of things we needed for our table.
