GGastnutzerWe stayed two nights in apartment 2.2 - one bedroom with a small office room which has a desk and single bed. Location was great, being right off the main pedestrian strip in the old town area, so very atmospheric and convenient for restaurants. Check-in is at Hotel Oslo, about 4min walk away so you will have to walk with your luggage for a few minutes, including up some stairs. The apartment building also does not have a lift, so you will need to be able to carry your luggage up stairs within the building. I don't think you would be able to call an Uber or taxi to the street in front of the building as it is very narrow so bear this in mind. Some other minor points I noticed about the apartment which you may find helpful: - It directly faces another building on a narrow street, so the apartment doesn't really get natural sunlight - There is a washer but no dryer - it took a whole day for our clothes to dry and the rack sat in the living room - The apartment fittings are starting to feel a bit worn down

It was my wife’s birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and celebrated. They even included a small cake with a candle for the in-room breakfast—such a thoughtful touch! The welcome sparkling wine and cake were also a delightful surprise. Their exceptional attention to detail and outstanding customer service truly set them apart. Highly recommended for an unforgettable stay!

GGastnutzerThe hotel is cozy and familiy's friendly, the reception desk was friendly and welcoming, Fatima at the reception desk was great. The breakfast is intercontinental buffet and had a variety of options besides great taste, Dinner is A LA carte menu and the chef is exceptional. We didn't use the outdoor pool since it's so cold but the Spa and the indoor pool was pretty nice، the Jacuzzi was out of order. Overall the location and services was pretty much great definitely deserves another visit.

GGastnutzerDie Rezeption des Hotels war schlecht, es wurde keine Anstrengung unternommen, uns über die Einrichtungen des Hotels oder über die Lage der Einrichtungen zu informieren. Der Hafenwein bei der Rezeption war auf der Anzeige, aber es wurde nie an uns oder die anderen Gäste angeboten. Die Reinigungspersonal waren sehr freundlich, gratulieren. Die Heizungseinheit war außerhalb des Fensters des Zimmers und war überraschend laut. Das Schlimmste war ein männlicher Gast mit Sauna und Dampfraum während komplett *****! Schockierend mangelnde Hygiene!!!

CCaGirlThis was our second stay at the hotel, and it was just as fabulous as the first. The wellness area — with its sauna, cold‑water dip, and warm indoor pool — made the stay incredibly relaxing. The breakfast buffet was as good as I remember it, and on this trip was also our first time dining at Raiz, the hotel’s restaurant for dinner, and the experience was wonderful. Great food, great atmosphere, and excellent service. This is definitely our go-to hotel when we're in Lousã!

GGastnutzerSituado en el centro de Coimbra, cerca del rio y de todos los principales atractivos turísticos de la ciudad. Nos asignaron una habitación en la primera planta tenía terraza trasera. La habitación bien equipada, confortable ( por decir algo las almohadas son de viscolatex son muy duras, altas) . La televisión está oculta tras uno de los espejos de la habitación. Hay nevera y agua . La ducha y wc recrea la biblioteca Joanina muy original y confortable con mamparas de cristal. El desayuno es en la 5º planta, muy rico todo. Yo pondría más variedad de frutas frescas( había manzana piña y sandía). Puedes subir a cualquier hora y tomar café o infusiones , galletas y bizcocho cortesía del hotel. Nos guardaron el equipaje hasta la tarde sin coste.

AAIHUIDie Lage dieses Hotels ist sehr abgelegen, mehr als 70 Kilometer von der Universität von Coimbra entfernt, mit dem Auto mehr als eine Stunde. Entscheiden Sie sich nicht, wenn Sie kein Auto haben. Die Landschaft auf der Straße ist noch gut. Das Hotel wurde aus einem Kloster umgebaut. In einer sehr abgelegenen Stadt verfügt das Hotel über einen Swimmingpool und einen Weinberg. Frühstück ist noch in Ordnung. Nach dem Check-in hilft Ihnen die Rezeption gerne bei der Organisation des Abendessens. Das Servicepersonal führte uns durch das Hotel und es gab eine kleine Kirche im Inneren. Das Gesamtbild ist gut, es ist weit.
