Im Pegasus Hotel Shah Alam kürzlich verblieben, als ich ein Seminar am IDCC habe. Die Lage ist bequem mit einfachem Zugang zu den nahe gelegenen Geschäften. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und sauber, obwohl das Design etwas datiert fühlt. Grundausstattung wurde bereitgestellt und gut funktioniert. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfreich im gesamten Aufenthalt. Insgesamt eine anständige und sehr erschwingliche Option für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Shah Alam.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Lexis Port Dickson. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view. We also enjoyed fishing right from balcony at room, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. The buggy service was fast and convenient, and the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We also had a great time cycling around the resort it was such an enjoyable way to explore the surroundings. The swimming pool was spacious and not too crowded, which make it very comfortable for the family. The breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of food choices to suit different tastes. The only downside is that the pool area could be improved for children, as there is no waterslide. Adding some kid friendly playpark at pool would definitely make the resort even better for families with children. Overall, we realy enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back again. Highly recomended for a relaxing family gateway.

Our family really enjoyed our stay, especially the two children, who absolutely loved the water park. We are also grateful for the warm welcome from the reception staff. The hotel room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was satisfactory. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding a few areas that could be improved. Dinner at the Restaurant The dinner service was quite slow, and unfortunately, we found the food and drinks disappointing. In our opinion, the quality did not meet the standard we would expect from a 4-star hotel. We are sorry to say that we felt the food and drinks were even below the standard of some local mamak restaurants. Considering the quality and our overall dining experience, we also found the prices rather expensive. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite far from town. As the restaurant was recommended by our tour guide, we decided to have dinner at the hotel instead of travelling elsewhere. However, the experience was quite disappointing, and we hope the hotel can improve the food quality and service in the future. Water Park Customer Service Another concern was our experience with the customer service staff at the water park. We had a total of six guests staying in the room, and five of us went to the pool. When we requested five towels, the staff refused and informed us that each room was only entitled to four towels, rather than providing towels based on the number of guests. We were quite surprised by this arrangement. We were not requesting extra towels unnecessarily; we simply hoped to have one towel per person so that everyone could dry themselves properly after swimming. It would be helpful if the hotel could reconsider this policy, as guests should not be expected to return to their rooms soaking wet. Unfortunately, the staff member's attitude also made the situation less pleasant, as she appeared impatient and unhelpful when we asked for clarification about the policy. Apart from this particular experience, the other hotel staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, our family enjoyed the stay, and we hope the hotel will take this feedback constructively and use it to improve the dining experience and customer service in the future.

The location is great--our deluxe 3-room apt was on 8th floor--great views from all rooms,, easy access to the beach & eating places. However, maintenance work needs to be done quickly: 1. Sliding door for the 3rd room is faulty (cannot lock) dangerous for children. 2. Porch railings are rusty n needs replacement--also dangerous if we lean on it. 3. Mug tray isn't cleaned well--must check this. 4. Refrigerator isn't cold enough. I'm sure this resort if well maintained can be first choice for travellers, tqvm

Hatte eine tolle Erfahrung während dieser Reise. Fragen Sie unbedingt nach Zimmern mit Blick auf den Pool oder einem Zimmer in der Nähe der Rezeption. Andernfalls befinden Sie sich in einem Raum, der weiter von allem entfernt ist und Sie viele Treppen benutzen müssen. Nicht kinderwagen- und seniorenfreundlich.

Wir haben in diesem Hotel viele Male geblieben. Es ist in einer guten Lage und schön aussehen. Während dieses Besuchs prüften wir jedoch zuerst in das Executive Room und es war nicht zufriedenstellend. Es gab einen Geruch im Zimmer und der Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht gut. Air Con war schmutzig und fehlte Gasluft, die Wartung musste sauber und pumpen Gas. Die Dusche war Regendusche, wir waren nicht bequem, das zu benutzen. Design des Zimmers war auch altmodisch. Das Personal des Hotels war sehr freundlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie halfen uns zu einem Superior Zimmer, wo wir vorher geblieben waren. Es war viel besser. Es kann sehen, dass einige der Möbel, insbesondere die Stuhl und Sofa, ein wenig ausgetragen war. Die flüssige Badesahne im Badezimmer war fertig, und ich musste meine eigene Flüssigkeit verwenden. Wir fühlen uns stark, dass das Hotel regelmäßige und ordnungsgemäße Wartung und wenn möglich Investitionen in neuere Möbel sicherstellen sollte. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden mit der Umgebung, dem Personal, den Parkeinrichtungen und hatten gute Spaß im Sailor's Drink Shop.

Room is very clean. Due to its in the forest , flies and mosquitos love to visit the place too, insect repellent is a must prepare ahead. The resort were well maintain even thought its about 30 years old. Bravo to the owner. I love the plants decoration around the compound, the ratio just nice . This is the first resort without a restaurant , but grab is available only up to 5 pm of the day before the stuff went off. Is a low season ,one month before Hari Raya , so I had the whole resort by myself 😬.the kitchen have full equipment to cook and it’s all very clean .we bought our own food to bbq. Charcoal and starter can be purchased when we reach. The rooms are in individual houses , so even it’s crowded won’t be too noisy. it’s a great place for family bonding or couples .they have 2 seperate sharing infinity pools which is consider clean.

Vorteile: Das Hotel ist relativ neu, daher sind die meisten Annehmlichkeiten gut. Die Rezeption war etwas überlastet, hat sich aber Mühe gegeben. Der Kinderpool ist super! Es gibt einen sicheren Zugang zum Strand über die Hintertür. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Der berühmte Kokosnuss-Shake vor dem Hotel ist ein Pluspunkt. Nachteile: Die Sauberkeit der Toiletten könnte verbessert werden und es gibt einige Mücken (das Hotel stellt ein Mückenschutzgerät zur Verfügung), aber das ist nicht wirklich ein Ausschlusskriterium.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The hotel has good Wi-Fi, even outside when sitting at the pool. The pool is clean, safe and spacious. The rooms are neat, with fresh water and towels provided every day. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. There is also a laundry service just across the street. The staff were all very kind and polite. On the downside, most things close quite early, and it can be a little difficult to walk to restaurants along the road, although the restaurants themselves are good. The bed was slightly too firm for me, and the air conditioning was a bit loud, but there was also a fan on the ceiling. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with friendly staff.

Wir waren mit meiner Familie einen Tag vor Raya hier. Das Hotel war sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich. Es ist unser alljährlicher Treffpunkt geworden, perfekt für einen kurzen, erholsamen Aufenthalt vor dem Fest.
