On the whole it was a good experience. However I have been to this hotel several times but this time the food and restaurant service really disappointed me. The beach restaurant was not coping and in two separate occasions I had to wait over 1 hour to get served. They delivered the food as it came out of the kitchen and everyone had their meals at different times. On the second occasion, I waited for an hour and a half to get served very expensive lettuce with some fish. Even though the restaurant was almost empty. The staff should be honest and tell people they cannot cope for whatever reason and let customers go somewhere else. The staff just shrugged their shoulders when I raised my request of food. Perhaps this is the time to look for other hotels in the area.

Sehr freundliches Personal rund um und die meisten können ein wenig Englisch sprechen, so hat die Sprache kein Problem. Zimmer ist schön und groß mit einem großen komfortablen Bett. Jedoch fand ich die Wände/Türen nicht sehr gut Beweis. Wenn Sie einen sehr laut sprechenden Nachbar hatten, können Sie die Konversation klar hören. Ich finde das Essen und Getränke nur gut, im Gegensatz zu einigen der Bewertungen. Typisch alle inklusive Lebensmittel fanfare. Erinnern Sie sich, das ist nicht Michelin oder 5 Sternenresort, so passen Sie die Erwartungen entsprechend. Es gibt Nachtshows im Schwesterhotel 6 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch passen Sie die Erwartungen entsprechend und Sie werden eine gute Zeit haben

My wife and I have stayed here before and have always been very happy with the hotel. The beach, bars, and restaurants are delightful and the service excellent. You may have to wait in line for breakfast if you go at peak times, so it's best to go either before or after the busy period. Some of the furniture is looking a bit dated now, and one of our sliding wardrobe mirrors was badly tarnished, but this is a minor point. Overall, the common areas are well maintained and there are plenty of staff to help with whatever you need. We will certainly be back.

The hotel can best be described as ‘funky.’ It is NOT a luxury hotel but does charge luxury hotel prices. Rooms are small. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom and shower were small with hardly any counter space. Room lighting is dark. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pool is tiny and unheated. Restaurant is not handicap accessible. Free breakfast was OK. Road construction and teacher demonstration encampments made pickups at the hotel impossible. No one told us this prior. Would not stay here again.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem erstaunlichen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sie haben auch einen kostenlosen Shuttle alle 30 Minuten zu ihrem eigenen Strandclub mit einem tollen Restaurant und einem sehr schönen Strand. Kommen Sie sicher zurück.

A great location in a hotel which is well run. Everything we have needed has been done professionally and the facilities at the hotel are a good standard. The pool area is really nice Before staying we read several reviews about problems with noise. This very much depends on the location of the room you have. Ours has been peaceful and comfortable

The location was spectacular, away from the tourists area. Is a boutique and private hotel with personalize attention. The facilities are amazing and the restaurant is run by an awarded chef Luis García. Great place to spent some days of relax and just enjoy the sea with great food.

Das ist ein sehr schönes Hotel! Die Zimmer und der Service sind hervorragend! Es kombiniert alles, was Sie für einen unglaublichen Aufenthalt in Puerto Escondido benötigen! Wenn wir nach P.E. gehen, müssen wir einfach dort bleiben! Sie sehen uns bald wieder mein liebes Hotel Santa Fe.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Die Einrichtungen waren großartig und sie haben auch Parkplätze im Gebäude ---a plus. Das Essen war wirklich gut, vor allem die Steaks, die gut gekocht waren! Alle Mitarbeiter waren großartig, sehr freundlich und respektvoll.
