Es gibt einen Shuttlebus am Ausgang 1 des Bahnhofs Toba. Der Weg zum Hotel dauert etwa 13 bis 15 Minuten, ohne einen Bus zu nehmen. Das Hotel verfügt über eine heiße Quelle im Innenbereich und zwei heiße Quellen im Freien. Das Zimmer mit Gartenblick ist wunderschön Landschaft, Ruhe und guter Personalservice

Our stay at Sun Urashima Yuki no Sato was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and impeccable hospitality that made us feel truly special. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views of Toba Bay. Waking up to the peaceful ocean scenery each morning was incredibly relaxing. The onsen was equally impressive—immaculately maintained, soothing, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Every dish showcased the freshness of the local seafood and seasonal ingredients, with each course thoughtfully presented. Dining here wasn’t just a meal—it was an experience. What stood out most was the attention to detail. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, from the seamless check-in to the thoughtful service throughout our visit. You can genuinely feel the pride they take in providing outstanding hospitality. If you’re looking for an authentic luxury ryokan experience with amazing food, stunning views, and unforgettable service, Sun Urashima Yuki no Sato is absolutely worth the visit. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to returning someday.

The hotel is very overpriced for an old facility.  We booked an oceanview room but the windows are blocked with bars and can barely be opened.  Our room on the second floor could barely see the ocean.  Furniture and decoration scream OLD.   Most front desk workers are not Japanese.  They claim to have an ”international crew” but the problem is they don't know much about Japan.  When we asked the doorman about taking trains, he didn't have a crew because he just got to Japan from another Asian country.  On the other hand, the restaurants only have Japanese workers and no one speaks English.  We booked an 8-course dinner.  The chef was going around to explain the dishes to guests but just left us when he found out we don't speak Japanese.  The menu is in Japanese only.   This hotel also charged us at 135:1 foreign exchange rate while all other hotels charged 142-144:1 JPY-USD.  It's not a foreigner friendly hotel and way overpriced for what it is.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer und bietet exzellenten Service sowie einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice vom Bahnhof Toba. Unser Zimmer war atemberaubend! Unsere einzige Beschwerde war jedoch, dass uns am ersten Abend mitgeteilt wurde, dass wir das Frühstücksbuffet am nächsten Tag nicht buchen könnten, da es ausgebucht sei. Wir hatten das Hotel mehrere Wochen im Voraus gebucht, konnten aber die Möglichkeit, das Frühstück online zu buchen, nicht finden. Wir erfuhren erst bei unserer Ankunft davon. Das war unfair und frustrierend für Gäste, die so lange im Voraus gebucht hatten.

Es ist ein alt traditionelles Hotel was ein extrem gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis hat. Die Mitarbeiter sind extrem nett und zuvorkommend, außerdem ist die Gegend extrem ruhig und die Zimmer riesig für den Preis

Awesome hotel with great service and location....right beside a department store and near a Family Mart. Room was clean too and we had no issues. Breakfast was adequate

Jedes Mal ist das Essen sehr lecker. Es gibt eine Vielzahl von Weinen, und ich denke, dass selbst die Liebhaber von Weinen es genießen können. Der Tourismus ist sehr bequem, weil die Lage vor der Station Idaho liegt, der Außenplatz ist in der Nähe und die Busbahnhof ist in der Nähe. Ich möchte noch einmal gehen.

i was so shocked with the bathroom and toilet, SO NICE AND AO CLEAN!!!!!! even their shampoo and conditioner were so good, i have to ask the host what it were 😂 and it’s like they really think what the guest will need. the only downside was the bed is obviously used many times now. it squeaks with a little movement. THANK YOU SO MUCH

It is a great hotel. The hot spring and breakfast are great. When I arrive the hotel that night, the restaurants of the hotel were full. The staff are very helpful and bring me to the nearby restaurant. (仁海大眾酒埸）Sanawa tataki and soba were great. I will sure come back again.

フロント以外の従業員は外国人の方ばかりですが、皆さん日本語がお上手で笑顔・丁寧な接客でした。 夕食後にお風呂へ。洗い場のお湯が使用しているうちにだんだんとぬるくなってきてお湯が出なくなり早々に湯船で温まりました。出る際の掛け湯にもお湯が出なくて寒かったです。 洗い場で他の宿泊客から『お湯でませんよね？客室のお風呂もお湯が出ないのでフロントに連絡したら大浴場をご利用下さいと言われたんですが、、、』と声をかけられたので設備の問題でしょうか?ちなみに夕食前に入浴した旦那さんが入った男湯の方は大丈夫だったそうです。
