Fantastische Aussicht & Zimmer, großartig Frühstück und sehr hilfsbereites Personal!!

Alles war sehr gut,was mich gestört hat,das daß Personal an der Bar nicht sich die Kartennummer vom Zimmer zeigen lässt,und Leute einfach auf unser Zimmer Getränke getrunken haben. Und man uns beim abreisen eine Getränkerechnung übergeben wollte. Doch daß konnten wir gleich klären. Ein Tip an das Hotel. Bei Getränke oder Essen Bestellungen, Schlüsselnummer zeigen lassen.!!!!

Es ist das beste Hotel auf jeden Fall. Sie können die fantastische Aussicht auf Tuskana genießen, saubere Schlafzimmer und Betten, saubere Toiletten, sehr freundliches Personal, großartiges Frühstück, etc. Sehr empfehlenswert für Freunde und Bekanntschaften. Ich war 30 Minuten von Florenz, nach dem Einkaufen in The Mall Florenz und dem Besuch in Florenz während meiner Reise nach Rom, und ging nach Rom durch Siena und Bannorejo für einen Tag und zwei Nächte zurück. Ich empfehle eine kurze frühe Überprüfung und das fantastische Sonnenuntergang in Tuskana. Dieses Hotel möchte ich sicherlich noch einmal besuchen.

酒店大堂和走廊照片如圖，佈置的很温馨。家庭套房房間大，空調製冷效果好，鑰匙很有特色，旋轉開門。早飯很豐盛，不過要走到古城中。另外，沒有燒水壺。沒有電梯，要自己爬樓。停車在路邊停車場，免費，安全。前台小哥會幫忙搬行李到2樓，贊！早晨起來陽台上風景很好，太陽正好曬到。

Es ist wirklich toll. In 17 Tagen in Europa ist die zufriedenstellendste Unterkunft in diesem Hotel, das sehr klassisch dekoriert ist, es gibt auch viele Schilder und Landschaften. Wie im Museum, das Frühstück ist auch sehr groß. Der Service ist nichts anderes. Von der Miete aus wird jemand die Empfangsleitung leiten, Das ist wirklich gut für Urlaub.

Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

Die Haushälterin des Hotels war sehr aufmerksam und rücksichtsvoll. Wir haben bei der Navigation den falschen Weg eingeschlagen, aber unter der geduldigen Anleitung der Haushälterin kamen wir sicher im Hotel an. Dies ist ein B&B-Hotel mit nicht vielen Zimmern und sehr ruhiger Lage.

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel mit großzügigen Zimmern und allen wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten. Bequemes Bett und sehr schöne Badezimmerausstattung. Die Dusche war sehr komfortabel, obwohl es etwas schwierig war, das Wasser in der Duschkabine zu halten, ohne das Badezimmer nass zu machen. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal. Eine wirklich positive Erfahrung.

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und sehr komfortabel in Italien, mit einem kleinen Garten (aber sehr gekühlt, ist halb offen, ist besser als ein Autoplatz), der Weinberg außerhalb des Fensters.
