Lo staff mi ha accolta col sorriso e con grande cordialità, dimostrandosi pronto a consigliarmi luoghi da visitare o in cui assaggiare prodotti tipici del posto.
Il personale di sala, sia a colazione che a cena, si è mostrato sempre pronto e attento, oltre al servizio rapido e professionale.
Colazione continentale abbondante e variegata, dal dolce al salato ho trovato tutto ottimo!
La mia camera era davvero perfetta: calda, pulita, cuscini e materasso davvero confortevoli, bagno munito di tutto il necessario, dagli asciugamani, al bagnoschiuma alle cuffie per la doccia.
Pulizia, cura per il cliente, disponibilità è ciò che ho trovato, il tutto in una location ben curata, posta a pochi passi dal centro della città e dal Parco delle Terme, a 10 minuti dalla funicolare per Montecatini Alto e con vari spazi per i parcheggi.

Wir haben es spontan gebucht.Wir sind sehr spät eingereist leider konnte der nachportier weder deutsch noch englisch sprechen ,jedoch war die Dame am Tag Dienst sehr Freundlich, Hilfsbereit und sehr nett.Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht als wir das Zimmer eintraten.Zimmer und Bad waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Bett war auch sehr bequem. Unsere Zimmer war mit Terasse ,Man kann auf der Terraase Rauchen. Schließlich waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden jede Zeit wieder Buchen. Danke für Alles.

Die Lage und der Kundenservice an der Rezeption waren ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer war relativ sauber, obwohl es ein bisschen besser gewesen sein könnte. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel, und wir hatten eine tolle Nachtsöhne nach einem langen Tag der Reise. Aber der Lärm von außen war ziemlich störend jemand redete ununterbrochen bis ca. 3 Uhr , was es schwer machte, ordnungsgemäß zu ruhen.
Das war mein dritter Aufenthalt im Hotel in Italien, und da das Land voller Olivenbäume ist, war ich überrascht, keine Oliven zu den Frühstücksoptionen zu sehen. Die Frühstücksauswahl war insgesamt ziemlich grundlegende und nicht besser als Sie erwarteten in einem Hotel 2-star.

Absolut schön und romantisch und alles, was wir uns erhofft hatten. In der Natur und umgeben von der Schönheit der Toskana. Ein toller Pool- und Schwimmbereich. Atemberaubende Umgebung, komfortable Zimmer, schönes Frühstück. Shuttle nach Cortona regelmäßig oder nach Wunsch. Einfach nur schön! Was ich mir vorstelle, war ein authentisches italienisches Erlebnis. Ich wünschte wirklich, wir hätten mehr Zeit hier. Bitte mehr Optionen für vegane Gäste machen, aber ich muss sagen, der Sojamilch-Cappuccino war absolut lecker

Ihre Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit: Eine außergewöhnliche, wenn man einen Pool hat, auch wenn er klein ist, um sich vor allem im Sommer einen Schluck zu nehmen, mit der Wärme, die er macht, ist ein wichtiger Punkt zu berücksichtigen, Und obwohl ich gelesen habe, dass sie nicht warnen, dass sie keinen Aufzug haben und dass viele Fälle wie wir dich auf die zweite Etage mit vielen Treppen schicken, stimmt es, aber auch sie steigen auf und nehmen deine Taschen ab.
Ich werde zweifellos in diesem Hotel bei meiner nächsten Reise nach Florenz wiederholen .

GGastnutzerDie Lage ist sehr gut, 7 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, 10 Minuten vom Uftzy Museum entfernt, aber es ist schwer zu finden, weil es kein Hotelzeichen gibt! Auch wenn ich in der Nähe von 10m stand, weiß ich nicht, ob ich hierher kommen würde. Als ich den in der Nähe ansässigen Hotelmann fragte, wurde ich auf die kleine Tür ”da” angezeigt. Auf den Referat, öffne es und dann auf den dritten Stock und fertige die Ankunftsverfahren. Das Zimmer ist sehr süß. Als ich sagte, das Frühstück sei ein früher Morgen, antworte ich flexibel: ”Ich kann im Frühstücksgeschäft machen und einen Tag vor der Lieferung verlangen.” Außerdem bietet es einen Kaffee, Kühlschrank und Bettwäsche. Wenn Sie das Zimmer verlassen und oben aufsteigen, werden Sie eine Terrasse finden, die die Landschaft des gemeinsamen Daches der alten Stadt sehen kann. Wenn Sie die Aufenthaltsverfahren reibungslos anwenden, wird es ein gutes Hotel sein.

MMarcos 305Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible.
Check-in & First Impressions
The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect.
One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues.
Room & Comfort
I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning.
The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily.
One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets.
Breakfast Experience
The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right.
The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location
The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city.
One Minor Issue
The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable.
Final Thoughts
Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive.
Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

GGastnutzerWe stayed at Agriturismo Podere l’Aione during our Tuscany road trip, and overall it was a pleasant stay with warm hospitality, but there is one important point future guests should know.
First, the positives. The property itself is very charming and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful Tuscan countryside. The compound is spacious and relaxing, and the small cottage-style rooms feel cosy and private. The rooms appear fairly new (the property is only about four years old) and have modern amenities with a proper heating system, which made the stay comfortable. Parking inside the compound is also very convenient and safe.
The hospitality was excellent. The owner’s daughter who welcomed us was very friendly, helpful and lovely. The lady attending breakfast was also incredibly warm and attentive, making the morning experience very pleasant. The people running the place truly make guests feel welcome.
However, the main reason for our feedback is that the first photo shown in the listing does not appear to be this property. The image appears twice in the listing and shows a much larger estate with a very big swimming pool and a different compound layout. We booked the stay thinking it was that beautiful estate shown in the photos and were excited to experience that setting.
When we arrived, we realised the accommodation is actually a smaller white cottage-style agriturismo, which is still beautiful, but quite different from the property shown in the first images. The one I uploaded the first two picture does not belong to this property. We were quite disappointed. Some more, it is the first image listed in this property, so we thought it is but if not. Because of this, it felt a little misleading at first as we kept wondering where that particular property in the photos was.
In terms of pricing, similar agriturismo stays in this region with comparable cottage-style rooms can often be found for around SGD150 per night. However, we paid over SGD250+ which is roughly about 40% higher, because we believed we were booking the property shown in the main photo with the large swimming pool and grand compound.
To be clear, the place itself is lovely, cosy, peaceful and well maintained, and the hospitality is wonderful. Our only suggestion would be for the management to update the listing photos so they accurately represent the actual property, which will help future guests have the right expectations.
A small note for guests with mobility concerns: since the compound is quite spread out, you may need to walk a short distance and take a few steps to reach some of the cottages.
Overall, it is still a charming countryside stay with very kind hosts, but the listing photos should better reflect the actual property

TTom loves to travelMe and my partner stayed 3 nights in the hotel, we had forgotten a travel adapter and the staff were so kind and gave one to us. The staff all went above and beyond especially the receptionist Valentina. Breakfast was great, just what you need to start the day. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. It was extremely convenient to walk from the hotel to everywhere in Florence, and right next to Santa Maria Novella station. We visited in December and were happy to have hearing in the room. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Das Frühstück war recht zufriedenstellend, aber die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht einschalten, also öffnete ich zum Glück das Fenster.
Die Person, die am ersten Tag das Zimmer gereinigt hat, hat die Handtücher im Zimmer mitgenommen und keine neuen gegeben.
Ich erfuhr am Morgen, dass ich ihn gebeten hatte, es zu liefern, aber er hat es nie geliefert.

MMb36We had a wonderful stay at c-hotels Joy Firenze - the location is ideal for exploring Florence. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from Santa Maria Novella train station, which made both arrival and departure incredibly easy, and most major sights are within walking distance. 
The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was going well. Breakfast every morning was great, and a huge shout-out to Jade, whose kindness and willingness to go above and beyond made our mornings even better! 
Our room was spotless and smelled amazing - honestly one of the best hotel room scents we’ve experienced, I’d happily use whatever they’re using at home!
Overall, this was a fantastic base for our Florence trip. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city - a perfect mix of location, service, comfort, and value. 10/10 from us!

AAОтель находится в очень маленьком городке. Сам отель - хороший. Мне достался новый номер, шума не было. Очень чисто убирали каждый день. Из недостатков могу отметить: отсутствие шампуня, плохо работающий холодильник и отсутствие стаканов в номере.
За стаканами я обратилась на ресепшн, меня послали в бар, где выдали пластиковые стаканы.... Сама взяла стеклянные, поскольку не пью из пластика.
Отель и сама Тиррения - идеальное место для отстранения от мира. Жизнь в городе замирает часов в 8-9. Ходить некуда.
В 2х минутах ходьбы от отеля хороший супермаркет и несколько ресторанов. Ни в одном из них еда особенно не впечатлила.
Море - шикарное. Очень чистое. За чистотой пляжа тоже следят.
В получасе езды на автобусе от отеля - Пиза. Делать там нечего, кроме посещения башни, но это недолго - максимум минут 30.

We absolutely loved our stay at I Parigi Corbinelli Residenze. This place is truly something special.
The residence itself is a charming historic property that has been passed down through generations since the 1500s, and you can feel that beautiful sense of heritage the moment you arrive. The entire compound is incredibly gorgeous, peaceful, and full of character — it feels like a private Tuscan retreat.
We arrived later than the official check-in time, but the owner was extremely kind and welcoming. He even called his son to come and help check us in despite the late hour. That level of hospitality really touched us.
Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The hot water was excellent, the heating system worked perfectly, and we had a beautiful terrace to enjoy the surroundings. Everything felt cozy yet elegant.
One of the highlights is the garden and breakfast area. Breakfast is simple but perfect — everything you need for a wonderful start to the day, and enjoying it while looking out over the peaceful garden made the morning feel magical.
Another big plus is the very safe parking inside the property, which gave us great peace of mind while traveling.
Honestly, the value for money here is incredible. The price they charge is almost underrated for such a beautiful place — it truly deserves more recognition.
We also loved that there is a resident dog who played with our dog, which made the stay even more special for us.
If our itinerary hadn’t been so packed, we would absolutely have stayed another night.
This place is the perfect Tuscan getaway, and we will definitely return next time we are in the area.
