Booked this hotel as it was situated just off the main dual carriageway and had good road links to Cesena and Forli for trains and good links back to Florence and Pisa for the airport. The hotel is located in the heart of the town and the entrance isn’t visible from the road. It has its own carpark for €6 per night but there are lots of parking spaces around the town, white lined spaces are Free!! Blue lined space you have to pay for, so check the lines! Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and informative. The room was spacious and clean, there were two plugs one either side of the bed so being an adapter and extension cable for extra plug space, little mini bar that was reasonably priced and cupboard space with a little safe in. The swimming pool was warm and the roof opens in the summer. The attendant was knowledgeable and excited to explain that the pool is warmed by the natural springs and that smell of sulphur was from these springs and good for the skin. Pool was long enough to swim in and had bubble jets and falling water. There is also a bigger thermal spa available but we didn’t have time to make use of that. Breakfast was a good selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries and cakes etc, no hot option though. The only negative for breakfast was, staff served all the food, this was challenging with the language barrier and meant you had to ask for anything you wanted…. Town was lovely, lots of little shops and a few restaurants and bars. Towns folk were friendly and helpful and the little market was nice for local products. Lots of walking and cycling routes in the area too

I was upgraded from the basic room to the suite because of my birthday, even though I didn’t as! Didn’t expect that at all, got a terrace with sun loungers that made my day even more perfect 😊 staff was also helpful with recommendations for breakfast places nearby, super happy that I chose nh hotel over mercury, will definitely stay again if I come back to Bologna 😊

The reception staff is okay beyond the fact that the room is 90€ and if you arrive at 8 am and you need to sleep because you had a nighttime flight they will charge you 111€ extra for this price I really suggest you to sleep elsewhere, the restaurant team members are absolutely not nice there was an east European waiter that called me and my friend prostitut@s on Russian ( while talking on the phone and serving a drink in the same time commenting on the phone that she gave to serve at a prostitut@s ) and they have a really cool gym but no spa or massage The staff have to be more careful because I speak 7 languages and you never know who you have in front of you .

Ich habe zwei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbracht und es hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, nur einen Steinwurf vom Meer entfernt und in der Nähe aller Annehmlichkeiten (Geschäfte, Restaurants usw.). Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ruhig. Jeden Tag gab es zwei kostenlose Flaschen Wasser in der Minibar. Der Wasserkocher und die Tee-/Kaffeebeutel im Zimmer waren sehr willkommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hatte ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Sollte ich in Zukunft jemals in der Gegend sein, werde ich diese Immobilie erneut bewerten.

Ich denke, es hängt alles von Erwartungen ab - ich buchte es, weil es zu diesem Zeitpunkt wirklich gute Bewertungen hatte, aber ich war enttäuscht über die Erfahrung. Die Zimmer sehen aus, als ob sie relativ kürzlich renoviert wurden, aber weil alles in den Zimmern billig und grundlegende ist und es Marken und Farben auf den Wänden sie ermüdet scheinen. Der Stil ist grundsätzlich funktional, so dass Sie nicht viel in Bezug auf Komfort oder Küche erwarten sollten. Das Hotel ist schlecht belüftet, so es gibt Geruch in den Korridoren und in den Zimmern. Ich veränderte ein Zimmer, weil es zusätzlichen Geruch aus dem Badezimmer kam.

Das Hotel liegt ganz nah zu dem Banhhof. Ich habe das einfachste Einzelzimmer gebucht, welche zwar sehr klein und auf dem Dachgeschoss zufinden war, aber für zwei Nächste war es perfect. Das Zimmer war schön und einfach eingeräumt. Allein das Boden war nicht ganz sauber gewischt, alles andere war in Ordnung. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist ziemlich interessant, von Buddha Statue her findet man alles bis zu tierischen und anderen bunten Dekorationen. Das SPA könnte man nur in einem vorher eingeplanten Zeitraum benutzen - wahrscheinlich gegen zusätzliche Kosten. Insgesamt ist das Unterkunft gut und würde ich auch weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel war nur einen 15-20-minute Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt. Die Zimmer waren viel größere als erwartet mit einem komfortablen Sofa (und Schleifen) und TV. Es gab auch ein Alexa-Set und sie spielte Musik, wenn geführt und war angenehm. Die Küche hatte große Werkzeuge und Küchenwaren, aber keine Napfkins oder Papierhandtücher. Sie lieferten kaltes Wasser in einem Pitcher sowie mehrere Flaschen Wein (NICHT ergänzend, aber vernünftig preislich. Die Preise in der Liste im Zimmer unterschieden sich von den Preisen auf der Front Desk, also. ) Die zusätzlichen Slips wurden jeden Tag verwendet, da die Fliesenboden kühl waren. Es war immer genug heißes Wasser in den Duschen, aber ein Bad Licht war die ganze Zeit, als wir da waren (sagte es am ersten Tag an den Vordertafel und sie sagten, sie wussten es bereits, aber warten auf Wartung zu reparieren. Wir mussten es ohne die sechs Tage, die wir dort waren, schuldig machen.) Es gab Anweisungen, wie man jedes der Geräte nutzen (erfreut!). Es war kurzen Spaziergang zu Restaurants und Cafés und zum Einkaufsviertel. Große Unterkünfte für den Preispunkt und viele Zimmer.

We are business travelers and our clients stay this hotel many times . It a standard 4 stars hotel , clean , staff and environment are good . Unfortunately this time had a bad experience on it . Never happened in this 4 star hotel . The staff given the room key and well check-in for our clients at Italy time 9:00pm , Once they entranced into the room . The room was occupied. We immediately run to the front desk , the stafff use 1 hour to handle the case and said not available the triple room . We didn’t said we must the triple room , we are 2 persons At least settled down for us at night time . She use 1 hour slowly motion to handle the case . And said we have 2 single room for us but need extra EURO20/per room means extra total EUR 40 more . At that moment we only accepted because at night 10pm . We never see this non professional skill on any star hotel . We are happy on their management. They want to understand what happened on their staff . Management will to listen and known what are the mistakes on their staff . Thank you for their management officers.
