Great hotel, decent breakfast & friendly staff. However, buying water from the hotel was overpriced

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The service at the hotel is exceptional. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is also a highlight. It offers a wide variety of dishes, including both Western and local options. I would have liked to see a few more local specialties, but overall I was very satisfied with the spread. Overall, I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott. It's a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I had an excellent stay at Fortune Landmark Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and professionalism of the staff made us feel truly welcome. Since we were new to the city, the support and guidance we received throughout our stay meant a lot to us. A special thanks to Ms. Sowmanti for her exceptional kindness, warmth, and genuine care. She went above and beyond to assist us and ensured that we were comfortable at all times. Her friendly attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out and made our experience memorable. The concierge staff also deserve special appreciation for their top-class service, helpful recommendations, and prompt assistance whenever needed. Their hospitality reflected the high standards of the hotel. Overall, Fortune Landmark Hotel provided us with a wonderful experience, combining comfort, professionalism, and heartfelt hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ahmedabad, and I look forward to staying here again.

Die Lage könnte eine Nachteile für einige Gäste sein. Überlegen Sie, zusätzliche Einrichtungen oder Dienstleistungen zu ergänzen, um die Entfernung vom Stadtzentrum zu kompensieren.

Die Erfahrung war im Allgemeinen noch nicht schlecht. Die Front-Desk-Personal versuchte, ihr möglichst viel Hilfe während des Aufenthalts zu sein. Ich hatte eine WiFi-Frage, sie sogar enden entschieden, mir einen individuellen Anrufrouter zu geben. Was für einen wunderbaren Service. 10/10 für das Aber es gibt jedoch viele Dinge, die unorganisieren ... wenige der Teepause Mitarbeiter und Mittagessen Mitarbeiter scheinen clueless zu tun ... Niemand ist bereit, zu dienen und sie hatten keine Ahnung, was zu tun, wenn ein Gast etwas bestellen wollte. Es ist nur ein Komplimentar Tee - breakkkkk .... Zimmer weise und Einrichtungen war es ganz ok. Zimmer ist angemessen sauber ... Zimmer ist auch gut ausgestattet. Sie werden jetzt noch renoviert, hoffentlich wird es nur besser von hier. Das Frühstück war angemessen und mit guter Dosa-Qualität. Würde das Chef 9/10 Rating geben. Insgesamt noch ein ziemlich angenehmes Aufenthalt. wird überlegen, wieder zu kommen, wenn ich da bin

Very good hotel ! all services excellent! rooms n washroom all top notch ! ! helpful staff. It has its own restaurant and there are few more restaurants around it which gave us more options to eat during our 3 days stay. I will rate 9/10 for our experience

Die Zimmer und der Raum sind gut gemacht. Die Lage ist gut und es war sauber. Das Personal schien ein wenig unhöflich, weshalb die Erfahrung besser gewesen sein könnte. Neben diesem, Essen, Zimmerreinigung und Lage ist alles gut!

The restaurant service was very unprofessional. The waiting time for food was 90 minutes, the food in question being a sandwich and french fries. The quality of food was really poor as well, half burnt fries, tea felt like i was drinking hot water, had to get ti changed. Very bad service from the waiters on site, i also complained to the manager. The utensils were dirty, also had to get it replaced. Lack of information from the waiter regarding the menu. The bathroom was filthy, all taps were rusted, the toilet was not clean. I forgot to take photos of it. Overall a really bad stay, and i have no plans to come back to Fairfield. The only reason i decided to stay was the branding of Marriott, but really disappointed.

This is a relatively new, beautiful resort style hotel with ensuite rooms at a very attractive price. The rooms are very big and tastefully furnished. Housekeeping is very good and maintains high standards. The staff at the reception are very courteous and respond quickly to requests. The restaurant on the property serves fully vegetarian cuisines of all types. We stayed here for 3 nights and had buffet breakfast on all three days and 1 ala carte lunch & 1 buffet dinner. Buffet spread is extensive and taste is authentic. The staff at the restaurant are very attentive and served us with care and love. Overall we had a very good experience at this hotel. The only downside is the location. Its about 6 km from dwarka temple and autos/ taxies are not easy to get. The hotel staff helped us to book private taxis do we managed.
