A kid-friendly hotel! My son enjoyed seeing the animals at the small farm, and the hotel room was spacious. Definitely a great choice for families. Plus, the cozy atmosphere was perfect for Bandung’s cool weather!

I had a great stay at Swiss-Belresort Bandung. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was spacious with a beautiful view of the green hills, and the bed was super comfy. I really enjoyed the breakfast – there were lots of tasty options, both local and international. The pool area was also very nice and perfect for relaxing. The location is peaceful and away from the busy city, which made it a perfect place to rest. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Bandung.

We stayed one night at King Premium room, room was spacious, very clean with King size bed with 4 pillows, there were a long sofa attached to the window so we could chill drinking coffee while seeing through the city view outside. All staff were beyond friendly & fast responded, especially when we asked for additional towel & blanket, not longer than 10 minutes 👏🏻 The hotel was very strategic, we could reach riau street within walks, there were many cafes, restaurants, street foods & factory outlets. It was a gloomy saturday, so we decided to morning walk until braga street, it was fun since the weather was nice, birds were chirping & many people did morning run & walk. A nice experience, we think we’ll be back stay here again in the future. Thank you for the warmth & friendly welcome courtyard 🙏🏻

Alles ist gut, aber wenn wir nach mehr Mineralwasser fragen, müssen wir dafür bezahlen. In anderen Hotels bekommen wir Mineralwasser umsonst und können so viel nehmen, wie wir möchten.

Es macht wirklich Spaß, beim Frühstück zu frühstücken und dabei die Zebras zu beobachten, man muss nirgendwo hingehen, bleibt einfach im Hotel, es ist alles da, man ist zufrieden, schade, dass es viele kostenpflichtige Einrichtungen gibt

Das Hotel ist ok und wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Nur die bereitgestellten Handtücher sind sehr schmutzig. Handtücher sind nicht mehr für den Gebrauch geeignet. Ich bekam ein Handtuch, das nach Zigaretten roch. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Dann war die Toilette etwas dreckig und alt. Muss noch einmal gereinigt und gewartet werden. Und die Vorhänge im weißen Raum waren sehr, sehr schmutzig, sehr schmutzig. Am ersten Tag war das Frühstück sehr gut, frisches Essen und viel Auswahl. Ich mag es wirklich. Am zweiten Tag war dann noch das Frühstück von gestern übrig, es gab einige Lebensmittel, die etwas abgestanden waren.

Das Zimmer ist ziemlich klein, aber auch der Schrankraum und der Arbeitsplatz. Die Dusche ist ziemlich geräumig. Die Lage ist sehr nahe der lebendigen Braga Straße. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Erfrischung von Zitronentee als willkommenes Getränk.
