Ein Hotel mit strategischer Lage in der Nähe von Braga, der Service ist freundlich, schnell und reaktionsschnell, das Frühstücksmenü ist in Ordnung und lecker, die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Alles in allem wurde ich bei meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel noch nie enttäuscht ... und es ist ein empfehlenswertes Hotel. Das einzige, was verbessert werden muss, ist das Tap-Card-System. Wenn Sie bei 3D 2N übernachten, muss die Tap-Karte nach dem Wechsel morgen Nachmittag nach 12 Uhr immer auf dem Weg zur Rezeption sein, um erneut aktiviert zu werden.

This was my third time staying at this hotel. It's good to stay in the executive room. Unfortunately, it's hard to say that it's great for the price. The facilities and services are poor for a four-star hotel. But there's no better place to stay than here in cirebon. Breakfast is a local meal. It is not enough for foreigners to eat. There is a swimming pool, but I cannot swim because I cannot wear a swimsuit because it is an Islamic country. So there are no people in the large swimming pool. The staff always smiles and feels kind.

Always a Great Stay – Even Better This Time! This is my fourth time staying at Aston Sentul Hotel, and I’m happy to say it just keeps getting better. I noticed several upgrades since my last visit, especially in the friendliness and attentiveness of the hotel staff — they truly made the stay more welcoming. The biggest improvement for me was the breakfast. Compared to my previous stays, the variety has increased significantly, and everything was delicious. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of effort into making 9it a better experience. Another pleasant surprise this time was the complimentary dinner buffet. Just like breakfast, it offered a wide range of tasty dishes — a great value and very enjoyable. Overall, I’m really impressed with the improvements and the consistent quality. Will definitely be back again!

GGastnutzerTravelers w/children are not advised to stay here, especially those w/ allergies. Our room was extremely dusty, my family and I caught a cold. The 2nd day, I asked to move rooms. They helped us! My suggestion is to vacuum every room after each guest checks out. This is because of the use of carpets. For breakfast, everything was delicious and varied. At first, it raised some doubts, but upon arrival, the concept of the hotel as a hidden getaway became clear. The property and parking area are spacious, and the cool, windy atmosphere is definitely a positive aspect. That said, the room experience did not fully align with the price point or the expectations of a four-star hotel. The deluxe room felt rather small, with very limited space for praying. Several basic details were also missing or poorly maintained: a broken bedside table that was only available on one side, no toothbrush cup or hand soap in the bathroom, and an overall interior that felt dated, with peeling paint visible in several areas, including the room door. The door lock also did not feel particularly secure, which affected comfort. When I raised these issues and requested a room change, the front desk staff responded promptly and moved me to a better room. This quick response is appreciated. However, the explanation given suggested a lack of internal coordination, particularly between housekeeping and the sales team, which ideally should be better managed. On the positive side, the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. Dinner at the restaurant was acceptable—nothing outstanding, but satisfactory. There are limited activities available for adults, and due to the hotel’s secluded location, guests should plan their own transportation. Ride-hailing services and taxis are available, but waiting times can be longer because of how hidden the hotel is. Overall, the hotel offers a calm environment, a large property, and pleasant weather. However, in terms of room size, basic amenities, and interior condition, the experience feels closer to a 3.5-star hotel rather than a full four-star standard. With better room maintenance and attention to small but important details, this hotel could significantly improve the guest experience.

GGastnutzerI stayed 3 nights. First of all, check in time was quite slow. The officer asked some questions which are not important. When I entered my room, the smell was too fragrant that makes staying not enjoyable. The next day when I back to my room, the way the housekeeping cleaned my room not the same as the first day I came. For example, the water jug cap is opened, both mug were opened (while I only use 1 of them). Breakfast have lots of varieties but keeping the same everyday so if you stay long, it's a bit boring. The hotel is opposite mall, but for me it's quite crowded so you cannot have morning walk, while the hotel gym was small and so was the swimming pool. If you ordered food online, the driver also cannot drop to security near lobby but at hotel side. While if it's raining, it will be troublesome.

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us. We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones. Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton. While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff. GGastnutzerIch hatte für 2 Nächte gebucht und kam gegen 16 Uhr an. Der Check-in-Prozess verlief reibungslos. Danach machte ich ein Nickerchen und wurde um 18 Uhr vom Lärm der Leute geweckt, die sich im Zimmer neben mir unterhielten. Es stellte sich heraus, dass es ihr Fernsehgeräusch war und in meinem Zimmer deutlich zu hören war. Ich rief sofort die Rezeption an und wartete, aber niemand kam. 5 Minuten später rief ich erneut an und niemand kam. Ich stürmte zur Rezeption, weil es offensichtlich niemanden interessierte, den Sicherheitsdienst zu treffen. Anstatt sich zu entschuldigen, sagte er, dass er gerade nachsehen würde. Ich war wirklich verärgert und erst danach wurde man darauf aufmerksam und versuchte, meine Situation zu regeln. Nach langer Diskussion zog ich schließlich in ein anderes Zimmer um und versprach, am nächsten Tag in ein größeres Zimmer umzuziehen, da diese Nacht ausgebucht war. Ich zog in das neue Zimmer um, aber es war ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, das zu einem zusammengelegt worden war (ich stimmte widerwillig zu, weil meine Frau bereits ok gesagt hatte). Am nächsten Tag zog ich in ein größeres Zimmer, ich glaube, es war die Suite, und stellte am Morgen fest, dass die Bettwäsche nicht sauber war (Bild 1). Zu allem Überfluss war die Akustik im Zimmer genauso schlecht wie in einem normalen Zimmer. Ich war im Zimmer am weitesten vom Flur entfernt, aber sie öffneten das Flurfenster und ließen den Straßenlärm ins Gebäude. Ich wurde vom Lärm der Pfeife des Parkwächters (der lauten) geweckt. Ihre Suite hat eine Badewanne, aber das heiße Wasser ist nur warm. Wenn Sie also ein langes, entspannendes Bad nehmen möchten, wird das Wasser sehr schnell kalt. Meine Frau fragte nach einer Duschhaube, und wieder musste ich zweimal anrufen, um sie zu bekommen. Ihr Service war sehr langsam. Ich war zu müde, um mich noch einmal zu beschweren, also packte ich lieber meine Sachen und checkte aus dem Hotel aus. Wenn Sie einen Ort zum Entspannen und Ausruhen suchen, suchen Sie sich ein anderes Hotel.
