Ein weiterer wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Upgraded to a sea view suite, wunderschöne Aussichten über die Bucht, was eine Aussicht zu wachen. Große Auswahl an frischem Frühstücksgericht, erwartet Sie das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.  Die Lage ist fantastisch ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von der Hügel bis zum Hafen. Unser 2. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel im Jahr, 5 Aufenthalte insgesamt.

The hotel and area was fantastic, however, service at the front desk and the restaurant was lacking. We took a long weekend break and were excited to try the beach club, however our experience was dampened by the service. Being made to stand around for 5 minutes, whilst being told we hadn't paid (when we had) was unnecessary and frankly embarrassing. The restaurant was the most disappointing part of the stay. I'm the evening service was slow, followed by having our order wrong twice and also dropped. Breakfast at the restaurant was lacking compared to cheaper hotels that offer continental. Small selection , nothing outstanding. When we ordered a cooked breakfast, it took 30-40 minutes to receive some eggs and pancakes although the restaurant was fairly quiet. However, the room, facilities, and the spa were fantastic. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The beach club outside was gorgeous. The spa was perfect and treatments were, to quote my partner, 'one of the best massages of my life'. We're unsure if we would come back. Although the facilities were great, the service was mostly subpar and not what we'd expect from a harbour hotel.

I love the design of this hotel—it's a dream come true for William Morris fans! One thing to note: the hotel is located on a pedestrian-only high street, meaning cars cannot access the front entrance. The nearest taxi stand is at least a 10-minute walk away, which may not be ideal for guests with large luggage. However, Uber can drop you off near the shops, about a 6-minute walk from the hotel.

Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr sauber und komfortabel und verfügen über alle üblichen Annehmlichkeiten wie Tee, Kaffee, Haartrockner, Bügelbrett, TV, Telefon, Kombinationssafe für Wertsachen und gute Sitzgelegenheiten. USB-Anschlüsse und Steckdosen. Die Zimmerreinigung ist sehr effizient und der Hotelservice ist ausgezeichnet Das Restaurant bietet zu allen Mahlzeiten eine große und abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte. Die Preise sind wettbewerbsfähig und die Qualität ist hoch

The spa is incredible, so relaxing. Ideal location with about 10 mins walk to Harbour and to Meadfoot beach. Breakfast was on the small side but tasty. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are okay, clean, but for 4* I’d expect a bit more like an iron in the room, toiletries, wash cloths etc. Didn’t sleep that well unfortunately as was woken up by people coming back to room as doors are loud and corridor floors are creaky. This let it down, but I’d return for the spa experience!

GGastnutzerI always try and book a pre Xmas stay somewhere, with my children . I came across Woodford Bridge on a booking site , and it seemed to offer great value for money so I thought why not. There are some positives and negatives which I ll list below. Arrived on a dark and gloomy Tues evening, the roads are not particularly great , potholes galore in the area. In the dark its quite scary roads too, in the middle of nowhere !! Check in was straightforward, nice friendly staff , however I found they have a tendency to talk amongst themselves and leave you waiting for too long before saying ” can I help you ”? Apartment was very clean , modern and warm. Incredibly happy with the size of it. Easy location to the games room for my boys, which they enjoyed very much, the pool table and table tennis. However the lighting is not great around the steps , and also the warning paint on edges of steps have worn off , so I had to be very careful walking back to apt in the dark. Used swimming facilities , nice , clean , quiet . The other facilities looked good . Went to the pub on site one night. Lovely little place , although totally devoid of atmosphere, hopefully better at weekend when live music on. They definitely need something. Prices of wine extortionate 175ml for 7.25 . I had to contact reception as the seal around the oven was coming off, did this in the morning before we went to atlantic village. On our return it was still hanging off, so had to contact reception again. Although I really liked the apt , there are a couple of improvements needed I feel. Firstly I could not find a chopping board or fish slice in the kitchen. As a single female with 2 children I also did nt feel safe as the apts can be accessed by anyone , there needs to be a key card reader on the entrance to the block , not just the apt door. Overall , it was a nice enough stay but I Don t think we d return. Probably much nicer in the Summer , and more going on in the area

FF HonourBuchen Sie eine letzte Minute Pause und müssen sagen, was ein kleines Gem ist dieses Hotel. Wir wurden von den Besitzern Steve & Wendy begrüßt, die die freundlichsten und nach unten auf Erden Menschen, die Sie jemals kennen lernen würden. Ihre Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details ist zweit bis keiner. Komplimentaren Haus bakewell-Tart, frische Milch, falls erforderlich, und eine sogar ehrliche Bar, wo Sie vertrauen, Ihre eigenen Getränke zu servieren und sich bei der Abreise zu bedienen. Das ist nie zuvor bei jedem Hotelaufenthalt zu erledigen, zeigt nur, was echte gute Leute die Eigentümer sind. Das Hotel ist unschön, geschmacklos eingerichtet und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer vorne. Wir hatten die besten Nächte, die Matratze war sehr komfortabel und das Bettwäsche war von hoher Qualität. Schön frisch gekochtes Frühstück gemacht, um mit zusätzlichen frischen kontinentalen Angeboten bestellt. Dieses Hotel hat uns nicht enttäuscht, dass wir nicht warten können, um wieder zu besuchen.

GGastnutzerOverall a great stay, receptionists were welcoming, although a little bit more effort could have gone into directing me to the room as the grounds are so big I got a little lost. On entering the building where my room was located the carpet definitely needs to be upgraded, my room was nice and clean. It had a sink, and an ironing board and iron which I was very impressed with, it also had two wardrobes one with a kettle on top and one with hangers inside. The grounds are lovely, the garden is spectacular, it would be a perfect setting for a wedding. The staff in White Hart are lovely and the customer service provided by them was great. (Two males) thank you. On the Friday they had a live band (male / female) singing the old classics for VE Day that was great. The food was also nice. I would defo stay here again.

GGillfromUKDas Mercure liegt zentral 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum der Stadt und der Kathedrale entfernt. Unser Zimmer im dritten Stock war sauber und bedienbar, obwohl einige der Möbel bessere Tage gesehen hatten. Autoparkplatz ist verfügbar und kostet £15 pro Tag, was günstiger ist als das öffentliche Parkplatz auf der Straße. Familienanmerkung, Pool kostet £10/adult. (Kinder kostenlos)
