This was truly one of the most unforgettable birthday experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was beyond anything I expected. The staff went out of their way to make the day feel extra special, and I was genuinely moved by their kindness. The room was stunning, the vibe was just right, and every facility added to the comfort of our stay. A big thank you to the lovely lady at reception, her warm welcome and constant support throughout made all the difference. It was a birthday I’ll always remember!

這是第三次入住了，還記得10年前留學第一次和女朋友來的樣子，站在頂層河景房的陽台上看着英國少有的金色沙灘和河口景色。之後和父母也來了，這是我在英國住過的最有特色的房間，非常推薦頂樓的河景房。絕對物超所值。

The room appeared a little old, and the bathroom was not the cleanest, but the place itself was nice, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a lovely garden, a sauna and gym equipments.
The breakfast room had a fantastic view of the sea, and the choice of food was varied and delicious.
Would definitely recommend.

The hotel and area was fantastic, however, service at the front desk and the restaurant was lacking.
We took a long weekend break and were excited to try the beach club, however our experience was dampened by the service.
Being made to stand around for 5 minutes, whilst being told we hadn't paid (when we had) was unnecessary and frankly embarrassing.
The restaurant was the most disappointing part of the stay.
I'm the evening service was slow, followed by having our order wrong twice and also dropped.
Breakfast at the restaurant was lacking compared to cheaper hotels that offer continental. Small selection , nothing outstanding. When we ordered a cooked breakfast, it took 30-40 minutes to receive some eggs and pancakes although the restaurant was fairly quiet.
However, the room, facilities, and the spa were fantastic. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The beach club outside was gorgeous. The spa was perfect and treatments were, to quote my partner, 'one of the best massages of my life'.
We're unsure if we would come back. Although the facilities were great, the service was mostly subpar and not what we'd expect from a harbour hotel.

Sehr alt, aber guter Ort
Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum der Stadt. Ein Einkaufszentrum nur wenige Minuten vom Hotel entfernt, wo Sie eine ganze Reihe von Geschäften und Restaurants finden können, um Ihre tägliche Anforderung zu erfüllen. Einige anständige Restaurants am Hafen können auch innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden. Viele Cafés können auch mit wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden.
Das Zimmer ist geräumig, aber die Einrichtungen sind ein bisschen altmodisch. Es ist ein bisschen enttäuscht, dass kein Kühlschrank vorhanden ist.

Hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Indigo Hotel , schönes sauberes und modernes Zimmer mit einem schönen großen Bett und schöne Dusche , wir hatten auch eine komplimentäre Minibar mit kostenlosen weichen Getränken , große Lage im Herzen von Exeter , die für ein paar Bars und ein Essen war großartig, das Personal, das wir sehr freundlich und willkommen fanden, und ich würde Ihnen definitiv empfehlen, hier zu bleiben, wenn Sie ein Hotel in Exeter 👍 suchen

Sie müssen auf dem Hotelparkplatz im Kreis herumlaufen. Es gibt nur sehr wenige Parkplätze an der Tür. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage muss manuell betätigt werden, um die Tür zu öffnen Für bequemes Einkaufen gibt es einen Supermarkt direkt vor der Tür!

SSantha_RoyLovely place with peacocks roaming around. We had a wonderful stay but the washroom was bit a drawback. No shower curtains or shower head in the washroom. There was a stand in shower but unfortunately our shower doesn't had a good heating system, so we couldn't use it. Washrooms needs to be improved.

GGastnutzerHi had a lovely stay at the leonardo hotel in Exeter , had asked for a 1 st floor but was given 4 th floor as I don’t like lifts it’s easier to be on the 1st floor to walk up & down , the man at reception called me & changed the room so all good , love the bar and restaurant area and all staff are friendly , will be staying again soon thankyou mrs Stillwell

GGillfromUKDas Mercure liegt zentral 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum der Stadt und der Kathedrale entfernt. Unser Zimmer im dritten Stock war sauber und bedienbar, obwohl einige der Möbel bessere Tage gesehen hatten. Autoparkplatz ist verfügbar und kostet £15 pro Tag, was günstiger ist als das öffentliche Parkplatz auf der Straße. Familienanmerkung, Pool kostet £10/adult. (Kinder kostenlos)

GGastnutzerI found the hotel staff very helpful and friendly, especially the bar and restaurant staff. In particular Cloe was very efficient and helpful behind the bar. She explained really well how to find the various attractions that we wanted to see. Nothing was too much trouble.
The staff in the restaurant were also extremely efficient and friendly both at breakfast and especially during the evening meal. Unfortunately I did not think to take their names at the time.
The only negative was the meal itself. Everything was good except for my steak. It was cooked just as I liked it, however it was tough and gristly. I did not complain at the time because as I said, everything else was really good, and I was not going to put a damper on the evening.

SSan NaikAs usual with my frequent visit to this area I find Woodbury Park hotel has been my preferred place to stay. Staff are lovely kind and helpful. It’s a beautiful hotel satin a very picturesque location surrounded by pleasant scenery. Hotels and rooms are very clean and well attended to. Restaurant services are clean and impeccable. Credit goes to the chefs and the team who managed the service. I have had a pleasant breakfast service during my stay at Woodbury. I hope the staff and the team at Woodbury keep up the good work and encourage us to use them during my future trips to the area.
