Great place to stay to enjoy the many wonders of the Snowdonia National Park. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar is well stocked with excellent local real ales and the food is superb and really good value. Especially good is the Tuesday night Curry and a Pint for £15! Breakfast excellent, served quickly and great value. Had a slight issue on arrival where I was given a double room instead of the twin I had booked, but they were able to move me without problem. Was also expecting a Mountain View according to Trip.com but didnt get that either.....wasn't bothered in the end as I was out in the mountains all day anyway, but others may be disappointed if that happened to them. Room was very clean and serviced each day, although the coffee/tea/etc was not replenished and the cups weren't cleaned - possibly an oversight on my particular visit. Again, not a big issue for me but others may be more critical. All in all a great place to stay and good value for the money.

Absolutely fantastic, wonderful views, Excellent food, Great selection of amenities, Room was big, beautiful and very clean. ALL THE STAFF where very polite. Receptionists where incredible they helped me and my mum with alot of things. THANK YOU ALL FOR A WONDERFUL STAY . CANT WAIT TO BOOK AGAIN.

I initially thought the countless reviews mentioning Nathan were AI generated, but meeting him in person proved otherwise! The hotel’s interiors and stunning sea view made it an easy choice after a long search for a cozy place to stay. Nathan is genuinely one of the kindest and most hospitable people you could meet, he treats every guest like a friend and goes out of his way to make your stay special. He even recommends the best local restaurants, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel itself is wonderful, but having Nathan there truly made our stay unforgettable. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with top notch service. Thank you, Nathan!

Die geografische Lage ist in einem Kreuzweg vom Meer noch etwas weit entfernt, es gibt einen großen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Die Unterkunft ist eine separate Einfahrt hinter der Bar. Ich mag das Design der Spiralschritt sehr englisch und das Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel und ein altes Windschuh. Das Restaurant unterhalb der Bar ist bereits voll, sie haben uns in der Ecke der Bar zum Abendessen geplant. Die Produkte sind sehr gut. Ich persönlich mag die Dekoration und die Atmosphäre der Bar lieber, eine sehr glückliche Nacht! Am nächsten Tag ist das Frühstück ein halbes Punkt, das heißt, der Kaltplatte ist Selbsthilfe und dann ein Punkt warmes Essen ist immer noch wunderschön und lecker 😋... Insgesamt ist es sehr gut, besonders empfohlen für Freunde, die Bar-Hotels erleben wollen!

Bei der Ankunft war der Empfangsmann sehr hilfreich, Zimmer war sauber, Betten bequem, wir fanden das Zimmer sehr warm und konnte das Fensterzimmer 311 nicht öffnen, nicht sehr Blick von diesem Zimmer. Hotel war voll so unfähig, ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen. Wir hatten Abendessen im Restaurant .Essen war ausgezeichnet, und unser Gastgeber war sehr hilfreich. Wir hatten am nächsten Morgen Frühstück, aber wir fanden, dass der Bacon und schwarze Pudding wie das gefrierte Ei überschritten wurde. Aber wir sollten auf die frische gekochte Nahrung warten, um aus der Küche kommen. Ich erwähnte das an die Wächterin. Das Frühstück war die einzige Nebenansicht unseres Aufenthalts.

Good things: - Location: The hotel is right by the ocean and only 20 minutes walk to the pier, which is perfect when you want to take in the view and enjoy your walk. - Parking: available parking around and infront of the hotel, free from 4pm - 9:59am , paid from 10am - 3:59pm. - hotel is dog friendly - amenities is complete, from Elemis body wash, coffee, tea, etc Not so good things: - Double room is smaller than the picture, especially the ones on third floor - Our bed is old and lopsided, I nearly fell down as I was sleeping. So that wasn’t nice at all.

What a treasure! Firstly the host was lovely and had some wonderful information about the house and surrounding restaurants and activities. The location is stunning! Comfy bed and pillows, spotlessly clean bathroom and room, breakfast was delicious and the best we have had in 6 weeks of travel. It's made to order so freshly cooked and there are plenty of options also there's fruit, juice, yoghurt and cereals. We walked to a fabulous restaurant only 100m away. Quiet at night for a perfect uninterupted sleep! Thankyou Sean and Marianne for a wonderful stay!

Our room was very spacious with a huge bed , 2 comfy chairs & table and a balcony ( also with 2 chairs and a rable) The bathroom was very spacious and spotless Spa facilities were fabulous and included a pool , jacussi , sauna , steam room , infra red spa and an holistic room to relax Breakfast very good and the bar area has beautiful views looking across at Conwy . Caught a train into Llandudno ( under £2) and station is about 6 minutes walk from the hotel You can also walk to Conwy which takes about 25 minutes Would definitely stay there again

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bereit, mit allen Anfragen zu helfen. Die Lage ist perfekt, bietet einfachen Zugang zu lokalen Attraktionen und bietet eine friedliche Rezeption. Die Lebensmittel und Getränke waren hervorragend, mit einer Vielzahl von leckeren Mahlzeiten zur Verfügung. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel jedem, der einen erinnere�rbaren und entspannenden Aufenthalt in einer atemberaubenden Umgebung sucht.
