5-Sterne-Hotels in Bezirk Famagusta, Zypern

Me and my mum stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Two of the main reasons I booked this hotel were because of its excellent location and they have front sea view room available on the dates I wanted. Let’s talk about the positive first. The seaview in our room was amazing and the location was perfect. Easy to go around, restaurants and bars and grocery are all walking distance. Bus 101 and 102 right next to the hotel can take us to all the tourist attractions nearby. The balcony door was so soundproof that despite located in the middle of the center, we barely hear anything once the door was closed. They did surprise us with a compliment bottle of champagne when we arrived as I mentioned that it was my mum’s birthday trip. It is definitely a family oriented hotel if you have kids with you. They did have some sort of program daily for the kids to join and having a calm white sand beach right in front of the hotel is definitely something you want to have when travelling with kids. Now comes to the negative. First of all, the service was definitely not I would expect from a 5 stars hotel. We arrived with a taxi, there was two bellboy approached our taxi which I thought they would helped with our luggage as we were all female including the taxi driver. However the older bellboy just stand there when me and the taxi driver were unloading the luggage from the taxi. He was literally right next to me and watched me struggle a bit with the luggage and did not even lift a finger. The older guy then told the younger one to take our luggage to the lobby after me and the driver unloaded it from the taxi. Honestly I found it quite unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel. The receptionist that greeted us was nice and she gave me all the information I needed and brought us a welcome drink which it did immediately make me feel better. The room was definitely dated, no toothbrush or cotton bud and cotton pads were presented in the room. Only shower gel and shampoo was provided ( no actual conditioner). It was fine for us as we always carry and use our own but I would expect those amenity to be already present in the room of a 5 stars hotel. Bed was extremely soft but we did not end up with back pain waking up so I think it was fine. All in all , the room was definitely not posh or what one might expect from a 5 stars hotel. Then when we tried to reserve for the sunbed, there was not much available so we ended up on the grass but not next to the pool but I guess that’s just our luck and the hotel was pretty packed so can’t do much about it. Breakfast in the hotel was ok. Quality was fair. Same food everyday. Freddo coffee is not included apparently. Service at the breakfast was 50/50. There were staffs that were smiling and greeting us and even remembering us ( all were from south Asian) and there were staffs with a poker face and just come collect our plate without even asking us if we still was eating. One Manager just stand there observing with a kind of upset face and zero interaction with customers. Another was annoyed by the staffs as some seem to not knowing which area they should be working in. As someone that works in hospitality I could sense that it was not a happy environment to work in. It seems like they were hiring inexperienced staffs and provide them only basic training at the peak season just so they can deal with the high amount of customers. The tension was high and even the customer can feel it looking at their interactions. By 10:30am they would try to collect everything on the table even you might still be working on the breakfast as they have to prepare for the lunch hour for the all inclusive plan customers. I would not say it was a bad stay. I still did enjoy my time there in this hotel. However I think the hotel did not quite meet the standard of a 5 stars hotel. Next time when I go back, I would tried their other sister hotel—sunrise pearl/ sunrise jade as they do look more posh and new.

Bis auf einen sehr unangenehmen Zwischenfall war alles großartig. Eines Abends schliefen meine Frau und mein zweijähriges Kind im Zimmer und mein Freund und ich tranken noch einen Drink in der Lobby. Gegen Mitternacht rief mich meine Frau an und sagte, zwei Männer seien ins Zimmer gekommen und hätten schreiend alle Lichter angemacht und das Baby aufgeweckt, das genauso verstört war wie meine Frau. Die Schlüssel zu unserem Zimmer funktionierten nicht mehr. Ich ging zur Rezeption, sichtlich erschüttert von dem Zwischenfall, denn es kann alles passieren, wenn fremde Männer mitten in der Nacht Zutritt zu Ihrem Zimmer erhalten - man entschuldigte sich schnell und sagte, es sei ein Fehler gewesen, dass sie unser Zimmer jemand anderem gegeben hätten. Bei einem 5-Sterne-Hotel hätte ich nicht mit einem so schwerwiegenden Fehler gerechnet und hätte mir eine etwas ausführlichere Entschuldigung als Wiedergutmachung für den Zwischenfall erwartet.

Der beste Strand und das Meer in Zypern.. wie ein Aquarium, sauberes Wasser wie ein Pool.. Ich besuche dieses Hotel für 10 Jahre war immer glücklich, kleine Entfernungen nicht wie andere Orte wie ein Fußballstadion zu Fuß und zu Fuß im Hotel.. Zimmer, Lobby Beach. Empfehlung Highlt und lieben Sie diesen Ort

Всё понравилось. Конечно, отель не новый, но на каждый минус( а их не много) есть много плюсов. Территория продумана, так,что ,не смотря на большое количество гостей, никто друг другу почти не мешает. Все номера главного здания с видом на море, но половина из них выходит ещё и на хоз.блок, в одном из таких на 3м этаже мы и жили. Было шумно от труб ,которые там расположены. Балконом пришлось пользоваться только для сушки белья. Хотя знакомые, которые жили дальше от нас по коридору на 5 номеров, говорили, что у них тихо. Но зато много локаций с красивыми видами. И благодаря наличию пирса и расположению бассейнов можно загорать до самого захода солнца. В номере вместительный сейф, минибар включен.Персонала много, территория убирается. Анимация хорошая, весь день при желании можно чем, то заняться. Еда разнообразная,вкусная, напитки качественные, включены также брэндовые. Мороженное, молочные коктейли, орешки и т.д....холодидьники с водой и айраном удобно расположены по всей территории. Все включено можно пользоваться до самого вечера в день отъезда, также в день приезда сразу надевают браслет еще до заселения.Такси, которое могут заказать в отеле в аэропорт Эрджан стоит 2800лир, это дорого. Уехали за 2000 лир , местные знакомые заказали такси. Вообщем, отличный вариант для семейного отдыха за разумные деньги.

We had a wonderful stay and were truly impressed by this resort. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. Every member of the staff was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. The resort itself is absolutely stunning. Everything has been designed with outstanding taste and attention to detail. The level of cleanliness throughout the property, including all public areas and facilities, is among the highest I have ever experienced. It is evident that no compromises were made in terms of quality, comfort, and maintenance. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to lower the volume of the music around the swimming pool. The music was quite loud throughout the day and at times made it difficult to fully enjoy the otherwise peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Apart from that, everything was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable vacation.

Großartig Hotel. Sehr ruhig. Gut gelegen. In der Nähe von Protaras und seinen Stränden (wo man zu Fuß gehen kann), aber wo man das Volk vermeiden kann! Entfernung von Massenkomplexen. Kriechen Sie vor dem Hotel, wo man sich baden kann. Ein Spaziergang vor dem Hotel. Parkplatz im Hotel kostenfrei. Mini-Kühlschrank im Zimmer, das mit Drink (kostenlos) bei Ankunft (nur einmal während des gesamten Aufenthalts) gefüllt ist. 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser pro Tag werden im Zimmer gelagert und 2 kleine Schokolade am Ende des Tages (was wertvoll ist). Eisen und Flachs auf Anfrage kostenlos wiederzugeben. Ein sehr sicheres und kostenfreies Gehäuse im Zimmer. Kein französischer Fernsehkanal, aber die Möglichkeit, seine Netflix-Konto auf dem Fernseh zu verbinden. In der Nähe von 15min Auto von Cap Greco. Sehr schöne Dekoration. Ich hatte Glück, mit Blick auf das Schwimmbad überrangiert zu werden. Charmante Mitarbeiter (insbesondere die blonde Dame bei der Gastronomie - die ich herzlich danke - die alles getan hat, um mir am Tag meines Abgangs um 5.30 Uhr morgens ein Frühstück zu geben).. 2 Mitarbeiter sprechen Französisch (was hilft). Das Hotel bietet Ihnen für Ihren Aufenthalt eine. Beach-Matelas zugewiesen, wenn Sie ankommen, je nach Ihrer Zweckmäßigkeit (Sie können sie ändern), was vermeidet, dass Sie Transaktionen vorbehalten. Ich habe die Ruhe des Hotels wirklich geschätzt. Wir sind gut daran. Ich würde gerne zurückkommen und empfehle es unzweifelhaft.

Luxus 5* Hotel. Wir haben 2 Nächte geblieben und hatten super angenehm und entspannend Zeit. Sehr schöne Designs, Pool und Aussicht auf es ist erstaunlich, schöner Balkon mit großen Stühlen, Ich mag ein Fenster in einem Badezimmer, das Sie schließen können, wenn Sie wollen. Literalmente alles, was Sie wünschen. Eisen im Zimmer war sehr gut plus. Frühstück mit schöner Aussicht und große Auswahl aus Buffet und a-la-Cart. Sehr hilfreich und respektvoll Mitarbeiter! Wir hatten Probleme mit unserer Tür spät in der Nacht und sie halfen uns mehrmals, es zu reparieren, obwohl diese Frage ziemlich irritierend war. Tatsächlich alles, was wir gefragt haben - sie halfen uns! Wir baten um die günstigere Zimmer zu ändern und sie fixierten es auch, selbst das Hotel wurde voll reserviert. Sehr ruhig im Zimmer und Sprecher im Badezimmer war schön hinzuzufügen. Das einzige, was wir nicht erstaunt waren, war das Abendessen - es war nicht gut nach zweimal, das Frühstück war viel besser. Das Hotel ist super frisch, nur geöffnet, die Zimmer sind immer noch wie neue Möbel. Die Lage ist schön! Es hat uns buchstäblich 5-7 min gekostet, um zu den Bars Straße und 5 min nach unten zu gehen zum Strand (neben der Kaliva Strandbar), hat eine direkte Straße durch den Parkplatz neben dem roten Supermarkt, die wir nicht zu Beginn gesehen haben. Alles ist wirklich für zwei entwickelt. Viele Paare, schöne Kontingent, keine Kinder und vollen Entspannung. Ich empfehle Ihnen, sicher ❤️ und erstaunliche Fotos als Plus zu besuchen.

A really beautiful hotel, excellent service, a little far from the center, a fifteen-minute walk, and the breakfast is reasonable and there is a large selection. If you want a relaxing vacation and relax in a luxurious hotel, this is the place for you.
