Die Lage ist bequem und eine gerade Straße kann zum Platz kommen. Das Zimmer hat eine große Terrasse und kann die schöne Landschaft von Cuss besichtigen. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und hat einen traditionellen indischen Geschmack. Das allgemeine Gefühl ist gut, es lohnt sich zu empfehlen!

The place is a hidden gem in Sacred Valley. If you get the chance to visit during Christmas you will love it. Yucay becomes the action point of the valley for 3 days you can enjoy a very festive experience with local traditions and masks. Location is great, near everything. Also the owner and all of the people there are so friendly, it gives you a nice family vibe when staying there. I will definitely come again when revisiting Sacred Valley:)

The hotel staffs always greeted us warmly and went extra miles to help us. Rooms and bathrooms are satisfactory, although there is room for improvement. The location is a bit away for the main action but the stunning view from the top makes up for it.

Besides the location (5mins walk from train and restaurant’s) and quality of the rooms, the reason this is getting a 5 star review from me and my mates was the customer service. The people working at the hotel - in particular Nathale and William - were absolutely wonderful. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever received (I mean this literally). They went above and beyond to answer all our questions and helped us navigate train suspensions and protests (even offered us showers and a place to rest after climbing Machu Picchu, post check out). They didn’t just respond to needs, they assessed and identified what would make us more comfortable and they delivered it proactively.

This is the best hotel before or after your Machu Picchu experience! Not only they offered to pick us up at the train station (although it's very close walking distance), they also offered to send our luggages to the train station on our way out upon check out so we could enjoy Aguas Calientes activities without dragging around our luggages. Everyone working there was exceptionally kind, and answered our questions and requests very promptly. We so appreciated our lovely welcome plate left in the room, too! Breakfast (included) was amazing as well. The building is right by the river, and we enjoyed the view as well as the sound of the river flow from our room. Highly recommended! We would totally go back to this hotel and stay again next time.

Im historischen Zentrum, aber das nächste Restaurant ist etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer an der Vorderseite und es war super laut, da es an einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße liegt. Keine Schallisolierung oder zusätzliche Verglasung, um damit klarzukommen. Frühstück ok. Ich werde hier wahrscheinlich nicht wieder übernachten, da ich ein Boutique-Hotel in der Nähe des Hauptplatzes und nicht an einer viel befahrenen Straße wählen würde.

地理位置不錯，就在太陽神殿附近。 雖然套房區域有點繞，但是畢竟是歷史建築，是以前印加帝國傳達命令的傳達室（印加文明沒有發展出文字） 早餐中規中矩。 因為歷史建築的原因，牆比較薄，噪音還是比較大。作為一個50平的套房，完全有面積做一個浴缸但是衹有一巨大的淋浴房…是考慮大庫斯科海拔太高的原因麼？

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Hotel in Cusco. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special mention to Wilma, who went the extra mile to accommodate our request to change to a room with a queen bed instead of two standard beds—her helpfulness made a big difference. The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable with fresh bedding, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cusco.

Ich ging im Juni(ihr Winter) und die Nacht ist 2 Celcius. der Heizgerät hat nicht so viel seine Gefrierfroren. Jedoch habe ich eine Junior Suite mit diesem fantastischen Jacuzzi!! Sie sind weit von allem entfernt, aber die Autos aus der Indrive App ist billig, so dass es nichts angeht.
