We slept in everyday, so cleaning never managed to get in our room. The floor was filthy after the first day from sand and silt. The bathroom either didn’t have a fan or it was tied to one of the lights and was broken. The room was constantly humid and our swimsuits never really dried. The public areas were clean and well kept. There were a lot of families, most of whom were great. Eating breakfast to the sound of a girl being beat by her younger brother with a stick wasn’t fun on that one day though. The location was a two block walk from the beach and was quite close. Mostly what you’re paying for here is the location.

We were so pleased with excellent service, cleanliness, and location of the establishment. The breakfast is self serve. It would be nice to offer a little more to eat. We would stay there again.

Das schlimmste Hotel ID war jemals zu. Unser Zimmer war zuvor als langfristige Vermietung verwendet worden und war NICHT GESCHLÜSSET, bevor wir ankamen. VERSCHMÜSSEN!

Average stay with some areas that need improvement Overall, my stay was okay, but there were several areas that could be improved. The room was not as clean as I expected. I found dust on the floor and on the bedding, and there was also a strand of hair on the blanket. The bathroom, however, was clean, and all the necessary amenities were provided. The hot water also worked well. The staff seemed somewhat confused and not very organized during my stay, which made the service feel less professional. The breakfast was acceptable, but there was nothing particularly special or memorable about it. One thing that made me feel uncomfortable was the parking situation. There was a sign stating “Parking at your own risk,” which made me concerned about the safety of my vehicle while staying at the hotel. Overall, the hotel has some positives, especially the clean bathroom and basic amenities, but cleanliness, staff service, and parking security could definitely be improved.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Ich wollte eine Flasche Wasser kaufen, gab mir aber eine Flasche umsonst. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Der Hoteltyp. In der Nähe gibt es einen Baseballpark für Frauen, und am Wochenende bleiben mehr Familien mit Kindern. Die Schalldämmung ist nicht sehr gut, und das Heizungsgeräusch ist etwas laut, aber es wurde vor dem Schlafengehen ausgesteckt.

Das Hotel selbst war erstaunlich! Bettkomfort, sehr gut geschlafen! Zimmer geräuchert schrecklich, leicht geflickert, Schreibtisch wurde notifiziert, Badezimmer hatte Haare überall, Bierkappen, auf dem Boden, Zimmer hatte einen Geruch. Ja, ich habe das Zimmer gereinigt, bevor ich im Zimmer ganz verbleibt. Fernseher würde nicht aufbleiben. Kühlschrank gepflückt die ganze Nacht, die Kuchen waren jedoch komfortabel. Leider war die Reservierung nicht rückzahlbar, so dass wir bleiben mussten. Andernfalls hätten wir wahrscheinlich verlassen und zum Preis hatten wir nicht diese Menge Geld verloren. Die Lage, die ich zugeben muss, ist perfekt, nahe zu allem, Einkaufen, Lebensmittel, Gas, interstate Sie es nennen. Das Hotel ist nicht mein übliches Hotel, wenn ich nach Kolumbien komme, aber es war ein Aufenthalt.

The first room I booked was an oceanfront king. When I arrived I was placed in a small room on the 2nd floor by the pool. It smelled like it was just bombed for roaches. The bathroom was the size of a walk in closet with the shower directly behind the door. I was starting to get discouraged about this trip at first but I went up front to ask for another room higher up. The guy at the front desk was very understanding and moved me to the 7th floor with a room with 2 beds. The elevator there made me pray for my life every time I used it but once I reached my room I was highly satisfied with the change. The room was twice the size of the original king room I booked. Bathroom was still kinda small but cleaner. The view was amazing compared to looking at everyone in the pool and the room didnt smell of raid. This place could use some updates and definitely has potential.

Came in for town for an event at Winthrop Coliseum and was looking for a nice inexpensive place to stay. Clarion Point was very close to Winthrop. The owner and staff were very friendly during check in and check out. The hotel is clean and smelled good. Our room was spacious for relaxing, it was clean and modern. They do have a free breakfast but the only hot items were potatoes, biscuits, and sausage gravy with little sausage. You could make waffled and toast bread. Since we were on a keto diet the only thing we could eat was the boiled eggs. Which they would have had scrambled eggs and a meat choice. Not sure if they change up the hot items routinely or not. They did have fruit, yogurt and juice. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a clean, convenient and reasonable price place to stay.
