Auf einer Geschäftsreise vorbei, die Lage des Hotels ist gut, das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß, relativ sauber und geschmacklos. Das einfache amerikanische Frühstück des Hotels. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung.

Sehr beeindruckende Einrichtung und sauber. Das Zimmer war warm und gemütlich. Ich war so komfortabel und wollte nicht auschecken. Ich würde sicherlich Freunde und Familie beziehen.

Großer Ort zum Aufenthalt. Große Lage nie I-95. In der Nähe von Gasstationen. In der Nähe von Dunkin Donuts, Dennys und Waffle House. In der Nähe eines mechanischen Geschäftes. Große Preise. Großes Personal. Saubere und sehr schöne Zimmer. Sehr empfohlen!

Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind sehr neu, 5 oder 6 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, sehr bequem, der Flughafenbus ist eine halbe Stunde lang, Sie können sich im Voraus auf der Rezeption registrieren und das Auto kann vorzeitig fahren. Der Rezeptionservice ist sehr gut. Das Auto, das ursprünglich 6:20 Uhr gerade 10 Minuten lief, der Kellner half uns sofort zurück, um das Auto zu holen, und vielen Dank.

Ich hatte eine Änderung der Pläne und musste meine Zimmer ändern. Sie waren unglaublich hilfreich. Leider wurde das Zimmer, das ich versetzt habe, so aussehen, als sei es in Wochen/Monaten nicht berührt. Das Bett hatte keine Blätter, Farben, Schnittstellen überall, TV war im Bett, leere Luft-Revolver-Box.. gewissermaßen abgeschrotten Raum. Ich ging zum Büro für Hilfe, und sie zogen mich sofort in ein neues Zimmer. Viel, viel besser ... aber wissend, wie ein Zimmer aussah, machte mich für den Rest des Hotels ein bisschen merkwürdig. Ich war unter dem Eindruck, es gab ein Frühstück, aber es war nicht verfügbar. Nicht ein großes Problem für mich tbh.
Dies ist definitiv eine Situation ”Get what you pay for”. Wenn ich hier nochmal bleiben müsste... Ich würde, wenn es keine anderen Optionen gab.

KK1KiPet friendly hotel is a great thing. There seem to be fewer and fewer of them these days or ones changing up and becoming ones that no longer accommodate those with pets. So huge plus there. Wish the other guests with dogs would really just do better and clean up after their dogs like we are supposed to. Also wish guests with and without animals would cleanup properly after themselves and stop the unnecessary disgraceful littering. It’s such a horrible trait on a person and you can’t blame staff here for that at all. They can’t make them stop and follow all these littering folks around. It’s quite ridiculous when you see the proximity of a trash can to where and what some of these guests throw out onto the ground or leave out expecting house keeping is responsible to take care of what in my opinion is a ridiculous amount of trash that they can easily take to the dumpsters or even put into a trash can. Let alone just bag it up nicely at all if they are going to do that since they help attract rats to come by before well it’s what they look for. Again can’t blame staff or management for this. They try to enforce it and us guests who do our best and take responsibility do speak up, but there’s a reason they do this and it’s just high hopes that maybe something they hear other guests around them say will embarrass them or wake them up enough to do better and treat the staff and their fellow guests with the same respect they think they are due. House keeping is still on point coming by most days of the week and you can always pop by the laundry room or find them around during their shift and go grab what you need from them yourself. Also at the front desk most commonly needed amenities like toilet paper, soap, towels can be sleep for whilst they are off if you happen to need something or even a plunger. Just be kind and return items like plungers or brooms etc. if you borrow them. Don’t make the staff come to you looking for it. Location well hasn’t changed and you’ll be right by the main highway exits with easy routes to them and directions to me aren’t hard everything is close by when it comes to food, shopping, car services, delivery, things to do since you’re close to the city if you’re from out of town or just want to have a night out. Fast food spots and a some more restaurant type spots are within walking distance with most of the fast food being extremely close so if you are without a vehicle and don’t want to order delivery you can walk and gas stations near by as well that supply a little more than you’d find at most since their location is by the hotel. You can find yourself some shampoo, soap, tooth brushes, hats and gloves, dog/cat food even cat litter, coolers etc. and within walking distance. Over all it’s still good to me and if you plan to stay a while you get to know and consider those around you who also stay long your neighbors and everyone tries to help one another out those of us that do interact respectfully at least. Can’t say some things don’t go down, but that happens anywhere especially if you intend to stay for a decent amount of time you’re going to witness some things, but police are on point and helpful if it’s ever necessary to have them come by and they also come by to make sure things are A OK even when it just assumed something has happened and it was mistaken so that’s always a good thing. CCTV exists here and if needed as said the police come and access and address situations quickly as far as I’ve noticed and they are from experience more just about keeping everyone safe and subduing and ending any situation at hand without having to go as far as arrests unless necessary or provoked violence. I like that I can feel safe that there are many cameras around and even security during the late night and early morning keeping their eyes peeled to make sure we are safe. 👍🏼👍🏼

GGastnutzerEs war sauber. Wir schliefen gut. Der Service war schön, aber die Einrichtungen waren enttäuschend. Ich habe auf Fotos basiert, aber der Pool war voll von grünem Goo und es gab keinen Pooltisch wie abgebildet! Das Frühstück war gut außer keine Eier und Sie mussten um einen Joghurt bitten! Wenn wir eine Sekunde fragen, wurde uns gesagt: „keine Mas“!

It's a city hotel, so the room was smaller than other Hampton Inns, but comfortable with nice amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, usb ports) and a big TV. Home2suites shares the building and the floor. The self-parking is expensive ($20/day) and is a walk up a hill to a public lot.. The valet staff was nice and let me unload and check-in before parking. The front desk staff, however, was remote and unfriendy. It wasn't explained how parking worked - other than that the charge would be added to the room. It meant a trudge back to the car in a thunderstorm to get a ticket previously left in the car. It is to be validated at the front desk. I won't be going back. There was no maid service for a 3 day stay. Service is supposedly ”every other day.” I had to ask for extra towels and put trash outside the door when the baskets were full. (I also know nose rings are popular - but people wearing them are hard for me to look at. After seeing too many kids with runny noses, what looks like metal buggers coming out of people's noses, gives me a startling bad physical reaction - Sorry - can't help it.)

(Der Grund für 2 * für Service und 3 * für Einrichtungen) Sie bieten eine Entschädigung für Uber / Lyft / Taxi innerhalb von 5 km (Rio Shopping Center und Shady Grove Metro), aber aus irgendeinem Grund haben Taxis Services gewonnen nicht an diesen Ort kommen. Nutzen Sie stattdessen das Radisson Hotel nebenan zur Abholung. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, und das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Es ist ein großartiger Ort zum Übernachten, wenn Sie nur schlafen, essen und gehen möchten. Das gemeinsame Fitness-Center ist gut gepflegt sowie ein rund um die Uhr geöffnetes kleines Dunkin' Donuts. Pool ist saisonal. Alles funktioniert, aber die Klimaanlage / Heizung (ein defektes Netz) und der Fernseher (30”?) sind etwas veraltet.

GGastnutzerThis was a decent budget hotel provided you stay in the updated premium rooms until they stopped airport pick up shuttle services which also used to drop one off at the nearby MARC AMTRAK Station. Though an older motel, staff was the best. I have used this for the past 3 years. Staff is very good at their work and have a smile.. Always.I hope they return their shuttle service. Even if it is for limited hours.
