CChristy197I usually stay at this hotel unless I'm camping when I visit Eureka Springs. It always has great service at the front desk, a really good breakfast, and rooms that are easily accessible from the parking lot. When I packed for my trip, I expected the same rooms and amenities that I usually get. This time was different. It was still a good location and provided a clean room except this is the only time I've been put around the very back on the very top floor and couldn't easily load and unload my suitcases from my car. The elevator was broken and I had a heck of a time finding my way around the winding floors of the building. Not only that, but the main reason for choosing this hotel was the hot tub and indoor pool. Both were closed for maintenance. The door to my room also did not seal well and I had to make sure it was pushed in physically in order to make sure the top lock would lock correctly.
I had a wonderful breakfast and a quiet night. It was still a nice get away.

PPatricia RoseburrowIch kam da und ich musste mindestens 30 Minuten warten, bevor ich konnte mein Zimmer etwas passierte mit dem Computer-Eigentümer er hat mich anstelle von mir zahlen die $56, die ich vorher bezahlt hat er endlich erhoben mich nur $38 und das war gut Aber als ich da reinkam, war es Räume, die um das Essen schütteln, war im Bad Essen im Kühlschrank Drogen Kopf mit stetigen Schlag auf meiner Tür vielleicht unbehaglich, aber für den Preis war es wert, dass Sie nicht mehr um etwas bitten konnten sie hat ein großer tiefer Schwimmbad kein Wasser war in ihm wünsche ich, dass der Pool funktioniert, aber wenn sie keine Lotterie auf ihrem Besitz ihre Eigenschaft wäre viel besser, aber weil es eine Menge Lotterien und Drogen gehen dann macht es schwer und es macht die die dort wohnen manchmal besonders Angst, wenn Sie neu zum Staat Arkansas sind, aber insgesamt für den Preis zwischen 30 und 50 Dollar die Blätter waren sauber die Handtücher waren sauber

MMaryDer Pool funktioniert nicht, aber das Personal war freundlich. Und sie sind tierfreundlich. Nicht zu viele Hotels sind heute .
Insgesamt ist es nicht der Ritz, aber es ist besser als eine Menge der lokalen Wettbewerb. Ich würde sicherlich nochmal bleiben.

RRebecca daughtreyI had requested early check in if at all possible as I am a stroke survivor and I had been driving all night. I got there about noon and told the girls up from o was there. The one young lady told me she didn't have any rooms available but would have one for me a son as she could. I got back in my car and hunkered down for a nap BUT within fifteen minutes the little girl was there telling me she had me a room ready. I was shocked and o so thankful! These young ladies at this front desk were so pleasant and so nice and made me feel so good and welcome. It was like like seeing old friends. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends or family

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help, making us feel right at home. Our room exceeded expectations; it was impeccably clean, thoughtfully arranged, and notably free of any musty odors that can often linger in hotel accommodations. Overall, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, thanks to the attention to detail and excellent service.
