Booked and paid in full online. They have our credit card on file. Didn’t expect they want to charge extra money for room deposit. No problem we can handle the additional payment except Their machine didn’t work scanning my Apple Pay. The older lady was rude and told us we couldn’t stay. That was not our fault. It really hurts! they should fix their machine problem first rather than blaming customer. Finally the younger staff on training figured out how to charge my Apple Card by keying in the numbers. Overall check in was not as friendly and professional as it should be. Breakfast was okay, oatmeal was not done correctly super dry, a simple fix is adding a bit water , yet no one cared. Eggs are not real , artificial eggs. Just a bit disappointed. Rooms are warm and bathrooms is clean.

The accommodations did not even come close to the pictures online. the pictures are for the highest cost units off the lobby. Although they claim they are renovating their units for moderate and low-cost rooms, they are very old and like staying in a jail cell. Windows didn't open or were fixed closed. No ventilation from the outside. units open to small exterior corridor with no view of anything but a wall. the breakfast was typical, bagels, waffle maker, toast, cold cereal, hot cereal packets, hard boiled eggs, yogurt. Room was clean, door keys didn't always work, bed was comfortable. Shuttle to airport and float plane area was very useful but only runs on the hour and half hour.

Staff are nice. They pick us up from the airport and drop us off to the airport. They have a good size ref and good microwave that heat fast. I just want to suggest to add eggs or any meat like sausage, bacon in their breakfast. Other than that, overall stay was pleasant.

Nothing to complain of except the room temperature is cold set 66 degree, even I turn it to heat with 80 degree, the machine still blow cool air. Das war ein tolles Hotel zu bleiben! Es hatte einen Spaziergang auf der Immobilie, die bis zum Bishop Beach führte. Ich verbringe Tage und Stunden langs dem Strand. Die große Suite hatte selbst eine Küche, die es bequem zum Essen im Hotel machte. Es ist direkt über die Straße von einem Gemüsegeschäft und einen einfachen Spaziergang zu vielen Restaurants. Ich würde hier wieder auf meiner nächsten Reise nach Homer, Alaska bleiben!
