2-Sterne-Hotels in Sarawak, Malaysia

I honestly didn't expect the bathrooms to be shared, as I thought each room would have its own private bathroom. But it's okay. Thankfully, my family and I were safe throughout our stay here. Although the bathroom are share, the cleanliness is always well maintained. The rubbish bins are also cleaned regularly, so there was no unpleasant smell around the outside of the rooms. I appreciate that. Thank you. However, what was very disappointing was the owner's and way of communicating with guests. On the first day, the fan and light in my room were not functioning properly. I needed to do some office work, but I had to use my phone flashlight because the room light was not working properly. The light was very dim, since the room also had no window, it was quite dark. That morning I called the number that had contacted me before my check-in date. I thought it was the accommodations service number,so I called it directly. However,tthe owner became angry with me. Eventually,I was moved to Room Aiman 2. Unfortunately,there were also some issues with the second room. The floor was wet and the mattress had not yet been properly prepared,perhaps because the previous costumer had just checked out. I contacted the service number through WhatsApp,but there was no response. When I returned night,I called the number directly. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding in the way the information was communicated,and as a costumer,I may also have misunderstood something. I can accept that.However,what really upset me was the owners rude choice of words and the accusation that I did not know how to read. What was even more offensive was the remark, ”Are you Indonesian?Don't you know how to read?”.I am Malaysia ok. That statement was inappropriate and made me feel as though I was being judged based on my nationality. As a business owner,I believe it is important to be careful and respectful when communicating with customers. There was nothing wrong with simply saying, ”Oh,I'm sorry,ma'am. I let my staff come and have a look at it shortly.”A simple and polite response like that would have made a big difference. As customers,we would also leave with a good impression and wish the owner well. I don't travel very often,but whenever I stay in other people's place,I always try to be respectful when dealing with others,whether by phone or face-to-face. This was the first time I experienced this kind of treatment. I hope other customers will not have to experience the same thing. For my next trip,I would not recommend this place. The owner really needs to improve the way they communicate with customers. Having a strategic location is not enough if the communication with customers is rude or disrespectful. Peace, no war. Ich habe viele schlechte Bewertungen gelesen, aber als ich dort blieb, war es nicht so schlecht wie ich mir vorstellte. Das Zimmer war ok, aber die Blätter und Handtücher waren etwas schmutzig. Das Duschewasser war stark genug, und der Personalservice war ziemlich gut.

1. Hart zu kontaktieren. Ich versuchte, anzurufen, WhatsApp, E-Mail. Keine Antwort überhaupt oder auf Lesen links. Wir wollen nur wissen, ob es möglich ist, den Sack zu werfen, bevor Sie auschecken. Ich weiß, es ist nicht zwingend Service, deshalb wollen wir nur die Einzahlung. Aber da wir sie nicht erreichen können, können wir unsere Route nicht richtig planen. Nach Ankunft antworten sie endlich auf unsere Anrufe und sagen uns, wir können unsere Gepäck nicht loswerden. So mussten wir am nächsten Kaffee von 10am-2pm warten. Wenn wir wissen, dass wir nicht früh aus dem Tasche fallen können, könnten wir für diesen Tag ein Auto mieten. Dann, sogar um 2 Uhr, hatten wir immer noch harte Zeit, sie zu kontaktieren. 2. Normalerweise werden alle Details zur Selbstkontrolle vor der zeitlichen Kontrolle gegeben. Aber wir mussten sie zuerst kontaktieren, um ihnen den Passwort zu geben. Noch einmal haben wir außerhalb des Hotels nur warten, aber nur für wenige Minuten. Selbst wir trafen einen anderen Gast, der vor dem Hotel bei 4-5pm etwas steht und uns fragen, wie man den Passwort bekommt. Wenn diese Person nur bis Mitternacht wartet, wird das Hotel auch warten? Wenn Sie nicht erreichen können, sind Sie zumindest vorzeitig proaktiv vor der Überprüfung. 3. Dusche aus einem anderen Zimmer ist tragbar. Aber der Geruch von Rauch??? Welche Art von Belüftungssystem ist, dass ich Rauch aus einem anderen Zimmer stinken kann? Da mein Zimmer kein Fenster hat, ja, ich habe nur schwer zu atmen, während ich wach und plötzlich während des Schlafs aufwacht.

Staffs are very friendly but the facilities at hotel need maintenance. Only 1 out of 3 plugs can be used, only cold shower available after a long day and the solution is technician only available after 8am next day, the bed n aircon has a terrible smell which makes us hard to fall asleep…

Bed is comfortable. Location is good. Near airport. There is a restaurant downstairs. Cockroaches are visible the moment I entered the room. I killed few of them myself. There are no shampoos provided (only 1 soap) so, bring your own shampoo. Towel is available. Hair dryer is available at request at counter for 1-hour use only. Wifi is available. Just ok for this price.

During my recent stay at Maxi Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the combination of luxury and comfort it provided. From the moment I checked in, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making the process smooth and stress-free. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail, like the complimentary toiletries and well-stocked minibar. The hotel's facilities are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, which offered stunning views of the city. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The on-site restaurant also provided an excellent dining experience, with a menu that featured both local and international cuisine. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's location. Situated in the heart of the city, it provided easy access to major attractions, shopping districts, and dining options. Despite being in a bustling area, the room was quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. Overall, Maxi Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, it offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the city.

Liebe es! Das Zimmer ist nicht alle schwank, aber es ist mit AC passend, wie wir aus waren und etwa die ganze Zeit. Sauberes Zimmer. Komfortable Bett. Von der Ankunft Benarat hat sich gezeigt, dass es wert ist. Sie kamen uns am Flughafen zu sammeln, Wir kamen an die Unterkunft und unser Routeplan war bereits geplant und uns erklärt. Amazing, alles funktionierte wie Uhrwerk, Schreie aus an Anil, der Manager. Er begrüßte uns, erzählte uns, was in den nächsten 2 Tagen einbezogen werden würden, dann trafen wir unseren Leiter, den sehr erstaunlichen und großen Humorsens David der Große. Wir liebt wirklich unsere zweitägigen Ausflüge mit ihm. Er machte nicht nur die Tour informativ, sondern auch Spaß und war ein Allstar.. Wir denken immer noch an ihn mit Füßigkeit. Er machte unsere MuLU Erfahrung, dass viel besonderer. Der Pool war großartig nach einem Tag der Tour in den Höhlen. Anil, der Manager ließ uns zurück zum Flughafen und machte unseren Check so einfach. Er tat alles für uns. Geben Sie dem Mann eine Erhöhung bitte. Er war erstaunlich und nahm den Stress der Planung weg, weil er sicherte, dass die Vereinbarungen erfüllt wurden, als er sagte, dass das Auto uns zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt aus dem Park er angekommen genau zu Zeit gesammelt werden!!!  Wir schauen zurück auf Mulu und die Unterkunft mit Fantasie und großartigen Erinnerungen. BETÄTIG HER. Wir werden es sicherlich wieder für die Abenteuer Rock climbing Tour auswählen. David, Anil und die anderen Guides und Restaurantpersonal, danke für die großen Erinnerungen . 

Das Inn war angemessen schön und sauber. Es gab alle grundlegenden Bedürfnisse einschließlich Shampoo, Waschgel, saubere Handtücher, Toilettenpapier und Haartrockner. Wifi in den Zimmern. Fernseher hatte jedoch nur grundlegende Kanäle mit schlechtem Signal. Aber sonst war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

The room is big enough even for 2 people. You have place to pray and even have the kiblat direction. Just look at the ceiling. Got wardrobe as well to put your bag and stuff. Even dds not put the luggage in the wardrobe, there is still space to do anything. For solo travel like me, it is convenient. No shampoo but not sure if the shower cream is 2in1. Got tv. I hear 1 or 2 times people open the door. Maybe not many people at that time. Do not hear the cars outside. Have coway. Cold and hot. Parking outside is based on 1st come 1st serve basis and need to pay but not sure how much. It is public parking. The towel maybe need changes. It is clean but have the 'bulu2' kat tepi. But overall is nice. Got bidet.

we stayed at Miri Hotel during our trip to Miri. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and had a peaceful atmosphere. The beautiful sea view and the friendly service from the staff made our stay more enjoyable and memorable throughout the trip.
